Yes, this has been an interesting ramping up and winding down settling in two and a half years in Massachusetts.  I am grateful and thankful for all the variety of life experiences.  Communication maybe over the top, but that was me from the beginning when the doctor smacked my newborn bottom to cry and yell. I have not stopped communicating ever since that day.

It has been a good reflection of how much one person or at least I went through, and have no specific regrets for moving forward.  My work routine has wind down to just the gym, lawsuit paperwork, renewal paperwork, track and field, learning French, simplified travel, and learning the free options around Linux and Oracle.  These are the same things mentioned on the front page of my website.  As I sit on the money (never ever did that) until I decide what to repay.  Technology and business app or service subscriptions are coming, but it is not necessary at the moment.

The New Year is here. Happy New Year to everyone. Thank God or the higher being for another day of life.  It is an interesting crossroads when so much reality and education happens to visit the crossroads of debunking biblical stories that happened to survive the test of time.  People may try to classify me on what I do, but I am truly happy with who I am, what I have been blessed with, ability to age well and accept it, and self-defend/self-protect me.

The original change in physical behavior was setting the boundaries on how people touch or assault me has become easier to do. Not even cultural norms will ever happen until something gives way or comes out right.  Thus, my topic suggests sitting and patiently waiting.

Another change in physical behavior was the ability to send mail directly back to the ones that send it, whether it is the bill collectors or charity organizations.  Yes, normally it would be trash, but let the owner or sender trash it.

With WellSense (MassHealth) public insurance, I did attempt to change my old medication, Zyprexa (olanzapine) to the new medication, Caplyta (lumateperone), but learned that through the appeal process and my MGH psychiatrist that I needed to go through four (4) of the old medication before getting approved for a new medication including Latuda.  It is very interesting if I had private insurance I can the new medication, but for public insurance they commit to the duty of just sufficient enough care.  It is bureaucracy for me.  However, BMC psychiatrist states that I no longer have any mental health conditions, which was slap in the face, but I knew some type of logic like that was coming after the losses.  I told BMC psychiatrist that I am not coming off my medications, but maybe in Europe I will try to manage without medications.  McInnis Health Center (Boston HealthCare for the Homeless Program) stated see my primary care physician for care.  MGH psychiatrist saw that I was seeing BMC for care and suggested to see BMC for all my care because the insurance is not going to do double billing for the same service.  However, Adia Solutions LLC and Adecco Staffing provided health, medical, dental, vision, life, and other group benefits, which included United Healthcare, but I canceled and denied all those benefits because I do not work enough to pay the premiums.  Then comes in the postal mail, United Healthcare unveils it has a contractual obligation with the Massachusetts hospitals to pay for a portion of care and I pay the balance.  The Adecco-Adia new type of United Healthcare package provides a stripped down version of HMO-PPO plans, which limits PCP visits to two per year, limits ER visits, and other manageable care.

I ate Christmas breakfast and lunch at St. Francis House and made a donation to St. Francis House.  I saw the email promotion which featured me eating with others.  I was very much in the Christmas spirit at the beginning of December.  I also did Thanksgiving breakfast and lunch at St. Francis House.

I was apart of the group that Biden Administration and United States Department of Education tried to help with the student loan burden...again tried to help.

Joel Osteen's Sunday messages have been pretty uplifting and good.

I am still getting Washington, DC, South Carolina, and New York notifications for most government services that I signed up for, but do not plan to correct them no time soon.

I went through Dorchester County District Two (South Carolina Public Schools) SafeSchools certification.

I attended the NASM AFAA Optima Virtual Conference 2022.  I did not sign up for credits. It was a great conference from developing and maintaining the business. The fitness gurus were doctors in their related fields.  I learned of other muscle groups more defined than just general biology.  I learned about how to create a format for certain classes.  I learned how to speak and treat those with obesity, diabetes, and menopause.  I forgot the conference was available until 12/22/2022, then I clicked on the link 12/23/2022 and was so disappointed...my brain said, "Damn!"  I did speak to NASM AFAA for other ways to great credit for renewal and they take credits from IFBB and other groups. I was impressed.

Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. sent me communication regarding Fraternity's House of Alpha in Ithaca, New York on the Founder's Day - December 4th. I am still getting reminders for donations, etc.

Shutterfly may delete all the uploads of photos for storage if I do not make a purchase every 18 months. I do not mind that policy that would help me narrow down who to purchase subscription services from because AT&T, VistaPrint, and Flickr provides the same service.

I did obtain my United States Large Passport Book and Passport Card, again, from the United States Department of State.  I was surprised and grateful.  USATF thoughts lit up on possibilities on World Athletics Track and Field Meets. I am in another dilemma that Paris, France is hosting the Olympics in 2024.  I signed up to purchase tickets, but the United States and everyone knows if I leave I am not coming back.  However, the criminal court ordered deduction still needs to be paid and I do not want the United States to do me in Europe. I have never been an irresponsible human.  I updated American Airlines, United Airlines, and Delta Airlines with my new passport information.  The United Airlines app was able to scan the passport book to place the information in the app.

One of my banks I was able to make a deposit through a CVS Pharmacy. I got notified and the money was there.

I had to escalate TSA Enrollment Pre-Check after the 60 days expired from notification, but the customer service representative mentioned that it was overwhelmed with enrollment. I was stuck in the security assessment process.  I do remember getting the extra security pat down with Boston Logan TSA staff and laptop bag was searched.  I hope they do not expect to get something different that my education, experience, and daily life of telling.

I attended some workshops with Massachusetts Vocational Rehabilitation Center.  From the orientation, I went to pull my first iCORI background screening report.

Samsung was on point when ordering a phone directly from them, and the follow up after delivery.  Samsung trade-in program is superb and impressed the heck out of me for how much I got for a 3G phone.  I still did not upgrade to the latest phone after learning how 3G, 4G, 5G, and 6G works is not really those specific networks.  I am in the Samsung Galaxy S-class, which makes feel like a Mercedes.  Apple was okay during their ordering process, but lighting up personalized email and texting during the ordering, shipping, delivery, and follow up process could spice up enthusiasm getting an Apple phone.  Apple trade-in program sucks as technology gets older so decreases the trade-in value.  I do not understand what Samsung does with an impeccable trade-in phone.

I got my Internal Revenue Service refund, which informed me that all the holds were removed from the account.

Other Topics from Summer, Fall, and Winter 2022:

Pine Street Inn still have everyone in place regarding touching and assaulting. A homeless community member deemed himself good, but kept assaulting me from the security gate to my locker. I gave him the warning talk three times and I grabbed his dick and balls. He got upset and stated not to do that, then I yelled to him, "I told you not to touch me three times so I grab whatever the h*ll I want!"  Others who committed similar acts heard me and fled.  Everyone on the entire first floor who heard was angry at me that evening ("cause they heard the public speaking, deep bass, commanding leader voice").

I had my Busuu French lesson on the day before New Year's Eve.  I still have to book some more lessons into the new year.

I ran in the USATF New England Indoor Season at the Track at New Balance. It was a mix of high school, open, college, and masters in all the events.  I did the 60m to see my time. The track was banked on both ends.  I almost got thrown off balance running in the sixth lane for the 200m, but it was fun. I did all six (6) of my long jumps.  See photo blog and albums.

I made it to the end of the University of Phoenix Dissertation to Publication Workshop. I sent my summarized dissertation to my first publication. It is the holidays so we will see what happens in the Spring.

I got my American Red Cross Adult/Child/Pediatric/Infant First Aid/CPR/AED certification.  The skills session was informative and fun.

Pine Street Inn housing program had appointments for updates, and notifications on the 1st and 15th with paystubs to continue to receive the benefit of late night admittance after 8pm.  I stopped sending the notifications and making the appointments after my employment was taken by the New York situation and Winter began to settle in. Pine Street Inn provided more housing applications to Peabody Properties, and I applied to two of their properties - 25 Amory and Roxse.

I attended another Hey Siri, Meetup event with ice skating at the Warriors Ice Arena.  It was a good hour of fun and conversation.  We ate a nearby restaurant.

I attended an in-person United States Census Bureau recruitment event for the upcoming Housing Survey period.  I gave a copy of my mailed application and assessment with letter of confirmation that it is in active status.

Apple still send me offerings for Apple Learning Coach and Apple Teacher. I am still sour about losing my brand new Mac mini with all my data along with my storage drives, April 3, 2016.  There was no AppleCare Theft and Loss with that technological device.

I started my new gym membership with Beacon Hill Athletic Clubs.  It is the small franchise of gyms I ever been a member.  It is small, quaint community.  Trade offs - I got the whole gym myself at downtimes. I do not have 2,000+ locations not even 300+ locations. I got seven (7) locations and only can make it to six (6) locations on a regular basis and only in Greater Boston area.  Each location is uniquely different vibe and artistic environment.  It has a mix of old school and new school equipment. Group fitness is little to none except Combat/Boxing, which I have to upgrade for that option and they recruit heavily for that program.  I am a regular, everyday member to meet my fitness, training, weight loss, and athletic conditioning goals.  Due to locations of some gyms, you have to drop weights with care.

Morgan and Morgan/Simon and Simon dropped me as a client for the pedestrian accident getting hit by an SUV.

Google had changed the process on YouTube handles. I had make sure to secure all my handles.

From an Adia co-worker, he stated he needed a roommate for an East Boston location because his sister was leaving. I told him sure I can do the process. He gave me the links and the photos. He told me how much it was.  I was ready, and submit the application. The landlord disapproved the application because of the work history or job history even though I worked with my Adia co-worker. He vouched for me, but I told him I stated government money was guaranteed and on the application.  No credit check, but denied on application.

I made an end-of-the-year donation to the Boston Public Library for the use of its resources.

From my Nokia first cellphone to current Apple iPhone and Samsung Galaxy Smartphone Apps:

I discovered a new app called Fax.Plus for faxing capabilities across the globe.

Walmart app was cool to scan in store and make payment.

Amazon Shopping app was great to be able to get notifications about orders and deliveries. I am able to use my In-Store code in Whole Foods Market. I used it in New York Whole Foods Market stores and got email notifications about sales.

Airbnb app is great. It took a while to update and configure with all my updated information.

BodySpace is awesome. My bodybuilding programs are working great. The summaries can be off sometimes when all the data is not captured.  It is how I plan my gym workouts.  For the exercises not covered, I take a day to get those body parts. See my photo album.

Nike Run Club app is lifelong running for days, weeks, and years. It is awesome to get notifications regarding orders along with the Nike app. I have not gotten much use out of the Nike Training Club yet, but it does retrieve the cross data from the Nike Run Club.

Expedia app is good for travel research. I updated my passport information.  We been together since 2000s.

FaceBook app got smart and upgraded my multi-factor authentication. It is still a good relevant social media app.  I am very impressed on how much Europe (France) and PSG is running through my newsfeed.  My group is small so I do not see so much crazy.

Netflix app is a default app installed by manufacturer.  It will remain dormant. I do not have subscription.  I am watching less television other than the shows I can see for free.

Samsung Global Goals is very awareness app about climate change. I like it, but I do not want it to overtake phone by reminding me everyday to help the climate.

Mortal Kombat 11 app was available from the Google Play Store.  Unfortunately, I could not backup or restore my data from my Apple iPhone.  I am starting over and kind of fun getting new characters.

Marriott Bonvoy app is awesome. I was able to book, cancel, and do research in this app. I was able to get a doorkey and it worked over the Wi-Fi Marriott system.  Five stars for this app.

Happy Independence Day to the United States of America!

Schizophrenia and the recognition of my American mental health issues was created solely based on the topic when I shelled out information about a future to people that I did not know what I was talking about.  Normally, life would call it a 'lie' or 'alternative truth', but made sure my American life, in English, reap every word of having anything mentioned about my future and losing it very fast with little or no evidence.  So now my readers or people now dislike or love me revealing my past and present of what he/she does not expect to see.

Ever since the Journal Entry regarding my depression and how it came to fruition, I never have and do not plan to shut up for anybody since 2007-2008.  I know all this information is coming fast, but I am just like you sharing in bits in pieces, but I am all at once to catch up.

Pine Street Inn provided me a locker for storage. It is about half the size of a middle school or high school locker.  I only store daily stuff, such as my multivitamins (Vega All-in-One Protein Shake, Gatorade G-Fit, Lenny & Larry's Plant Based Cookies, Metamucil Fiber Gummies, Metamucil 4-in-1 Single Packs, One-A-Day Men's Multivitamin, Hydroxycut, Metamucil Cinnamon Fiber Wafers), everyday clothing, medications, and work clothing.  I do laundry every two weeks. You can see them in my photo albums.  Pine Street Inn provided more housing applications to Somerville Housing Authority, Pine Street Inn Housing, Woodburne Apartments, and The Bay State Banner real estate section had housing lotteries.  I am still on the lottery list for a brand new affordable housing project.  At Pine Street Inn, I had to get a tuberculosis test and reading done, which I was informed I was supposed to get every six (6) months.

With my former residence in Atlanta, Georgia and in between actual health or medical plans, I never signed up for public insurance.  So with me very focused on rolling off United Healthcare impacting the ability for my bills to paid by MassHealth (BMC Community Health Plan now WellSense).  I wanted to test At-Home Medical Tests for all the same services you see in my photo albums.  I did the tests publicly so others can see me do it.  The results were the same.

Racial profiling and customer profiling does happen in Boston, Massachusetts despite importing diversity to create diversity.  So here it goes, Target (Beacon Hill), a white/Latino retail floor employee, did racial and customer profiling, and I informed them through their surveys.  CVS Pharmacy (North Station), overabundance of female employees, did racial and customer profiling, and I informed them through their surveys, but it still happens at random.  StarMarket (North Station), a white manager, did racial and customer profiling, but stopped surveys for a year now.  Whole Food Market (Charles River Plaza) security did racial and customer profiling, and I informed them through their surveys and it stopped.

I got my Monkeypox/smallpox vaccine JYNNEOS from Boston Medical Center Sexual Health Clinic.  I still have a residual mark from where the vaccine was placed. Hopefully, my Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides start helping my hair, skin, and nails along with my prenatal multivitamins.

I purchased TurboTax to prepare to file my taxes.

I attended BayState (Massachusetts) Summer Games. I ran the 100m, 200m, and long jump.  I won the long jump.  I may or may not plan to go California for the State Games of America.  It is in my photo blog.

I had to seriously pray the Lord's Prayer, read a Bible verse, Joel Osteen's message of the day, and recited the 23rd Psalm before my criminal court hearing at New York City / New York State Criminal Courts.  It is in my photo blog.  I also attended my follow up court date in September 2022, and the case and charges were dismissed.  I talked to my pro-bono The Legal Aid Society attorney via the phone, and he told me I can get a Certificate of Disposition if I needed it, but most likely not available for the next day.  The way I booked my trip was through Megabus and Marriott.  I booked to hear the decision and leave immediately.  My case came up first and the judge told me the decision without the presence of my attorney.  I did eat a good meal at Whole Foods Market (Hudson Yards) to treat myself. I missed the USATF Masters Outdoor Nationals Championship in Lexington, Kentucky.  I signed up for eTrack, the free case tracking service provided by the New York State Unified Court System, to actually track my case, which I never found and could not add.  Checkr, Inc. provided all the employers that I am employed by and uses Checkr's service to provide the post-adverse action notice due to New York's situation.

I joined new workforce apps called Adia and Instawork.  Adia Solutions LLC, works with Adecco staffing, and I filled out the profile.  My first gig was Wyndham Hotel & Resorts (Beacon Hill).  I worked as a bellman and backoffice customer service.  I made some friends, associates, and acquaintances.  It was my first time seeing the tipping business in the hotel other than housekeeping. When I can tip, I normally tipped the housekeeping and restaurant workers.  I never thought about the bellpeople.  I worked as a custodian and engineer, but I had to tell the supervisor that I do not mind moving other people (Wyndham's) stuff once a month and I do not do this type of physical activity on the regular.

Boston Medical Center had to prepare me for my first colonoscopy. My BMC primary care physician prescribes Golytely as the medication and gave me the instructions.  I discussed the instructions with McInnis Health Center (Boston HealthCare for the Homeless Program) doctors and nurse. A month before the procedure, McInnis Health Center provided interesting advice, but not efficient planning on how to go about the day. As the procedure came close, I was in discussion with BMC on how to prepare and I planned a week ahead for it scheduling a PT1 Medical ride.  McInnis calls the Friday before the procedure on Tuesday, and ask, "Am I still coming to the McInnis House?" I politely while enraged had to tell them, "No, I made other plans."

I communicated quite a bit through the Massachusetts General Hospital, McInnis Health Center, and Boston Medical Center information system with practitioners more than any other hospital information system for care.

Other Topics from Summer and Fall 2022:

I started participating in University of Phoenix Dissertation to Publication Workshop.  I attended University of Phoenix Knowledge without Borders Summit. I attend the UOPX KWB in person in Chicago and Washington, DC/Virginia, but this time it is virtual.

I started working with Massachusetts Vocational Rehabilitation Center for SSA's Ticket to Work to be local and not have Illinois's virtual center involved.

I never paid attention to what was happening with my toes. After everything happens and distractions, time becomes available to actually pay attention to myself.

I worked with some new rental startup companies, such as SplitSpot and June Homes. They are two of I do not know how many that rent out the megahomes throughout Boston and other cities.  SplitSpot does an application and roommate approval process for a room.  SplitSpot was funny because you provide a profile and roommate communication data is shared so I had to talk to the roommates.  For one place, all the rooms were vacant and the potential roommate was in another state (Florida), and disapproved me.  For another place, two male roommates and a potential female roommate with a pet, disapproved me, but during phone conversation individually with all three tried to blame each other for stating their vote, 'No.'  June Homes does an application and credit check before roommate approval process for a room.  When June Homes denied me on credit, I had to clutch the pearls and reflect that I have to have good credit score of 650 and above to rent a room in the house plus pay deposit.

I went to Atlanta, Georgia for the first part of my vacation and stayed at the Marriott TownePlace Suites. I switched from the J.W. Marriott at the last minute to prevent any shenanigans like New York City.  I met a few South Carolina State University college people (we were not in the same class to say classmate). I told all my Atlanta-based friends I was there, but I guess they wanted to do schizophrenia and not see me physically.  It did not matter, but I had a great time seeing three hairstylists and/or barbers and meeting people from Atlanta LGBTQIA+ Pride weekend, and unexpectedly ran into Rho Kappa Lambda brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. at House in the Park.  I flew Delta Airlines and used my points.  I had a terrible experience at Subway restaurant at Atlanta Hartsfield airport, the supervisor replaced the sandwich, and the Delaware North assistant general manager did reach out to me. I spent my second half of vacation in Charleston/North Charleston, South Carolina. I rented a car from Atlanta and drove to South Carolina.  I played with the hands-free technology and cruise control on rural road with minimal to no traffic.  I had to work at Dorchester County District Two (South Carolina Public Schools).  I signed up for three days to get my feet wet and see how everything operates.  See my photo album.  It was very restful and relaxing. I went through a half box of magnums and eight regular condoms so it was good.  Walmart was nearby so I was happy. UberEats worked very well on my order from Bonefish Grill, and it was hot and delightful.  Finally, I found the CSC Works smartphone app, it worked well at the Extended Stay America hotel, and gave me a bonus for using the app.  The CSCWorks vendor does Boston system of laundry centers, but you have to use a smartcard connected with one site.

I signed up for United States Department of Homeland Security Transportation Security Authority's Pre-Check program. My Global Entry program known traveler number expired.  I signed up for the new program.

I attended Snow Companies - Gilead - Advisory Board program on HIV prevention services and medicines. 

I had to subscribe to AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss because my original two-year subscription expired.  I did a month break between the original expiration and new subscription to see if anything was going to happen.  I had to replace the front glass on my iPhone.

ZipCar kept sending me reminders about re-establishing membership.

I updated my National Board's Candidate Management System (NBCMS) profile, which is supported by the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards.

I joined a new meetup Skip the Small Talk Online through the Hey Siri group. This is the first time I had audio issues over the Apple iPhone. I could hear everything, but they could not hear me.  We troubleshooted for thirty (30) minutes.

I filled out DoorDash Shop and Deliver form. I was already doing it, but I guess they wanted to make it official. UberEats provided these types of orders when they know I am at the end of my day.

I updated my Hilton profile.

All of Us Research provided some data.

Allied Universal sends me Special Security Briefing I guess to keep in touch and get additional business.

Massachusetts General Brigham started sending more research surveys about new features.

I started Busuu Live Lessons.

I participated in USATF Potomac Valley Association and PVTC Zoom call and voting process.  This was a first ever.

I sent in my United States Department of State Passport Application through the United States Postal Service.

I attended Oracle Cloud World. It was whole breadth of knowledge and experience on how one organization works around a winning product.  I do not have the $5,000 annually for training and certification around it, but learning bits and pieces through webinar and technical papers works too.

I participated in new Crunch Fitness Malden class offerings.  I participated in Crunch Fitness Summerville group fitness classes. I tried to enter North Charleston's Crunch Fitness, but that is when I was notified that my gym membership expired.

I am reading the newsletters, responses to my letter (all the different thoughts), and participating in polls by the United States Congress (Senators and Representatives).

Federal Express attorneys tried to answer the civil suit by stating nothing happened and deny everything. We are at the pre-trial conference stage.  MCAD still pending.  I was told to decide MCAD vs Superior Court, but I told them to settle.  I am only looking for one settlement from Federal Express, but however I can proceed with Pre-Trial and private investigator to proceed with one trial for both courts.

Southampton Street Shelter's case is left with the State of Massachusetts, but just continuous notice of appearances by different attorneys. I am unsure what that is about.

I am getting prepared to 'sit and wait' because the government trained me well to let routine drive people crazy up the wall, plus speakerphone, and wait until the end of time for something to give way or give me my money for what your people did.

I had the UberEats, Uber Driver, and Uber apps on my smartphone. I was using them, but until New York took Uber away. I threw the whole business in the trash, uninstalled, and did not bring to new phone.  It is backed up in cloud storage.

Google Chrome has done a great job syncing data with is apps platform. I was impressed just as much as I use Firefox in syncing data and search abilities.

The Google sync with Android phone was impressive.  No duplicate data anywhere...yep, throwing shade to Apple.

Security got much better with Android.  AT&T Cloud, AT&T Call Protect, AT&T ActiveArmor, plus Samsung HIYA and Samsung Cloud service darn sure capture my data, photos, music, documents, everything to help me not miss one communication beat plus secure any data network for a minimum fee. No Google Cloud or Microsoft Cloud services yet.

Starbucks app exemplifies the service provided by its restaurants. It has not missed yet, even with a cup of iced water.  I love the rewards, but I do not have Starbucks budget like that.  Thanks for always remembering my birthday.

McDonald's app knew its customers and how to get them store with the $1 deals, but when inflation raised it to $2. I had to rethink my trips to all the Boston's McDonalds.  I went for breakfast and lunch/dinner.

Grindr, Jack'd, GROWLr, Scruff, Recon, Bro, 3Fun, Mr X apps (outside of Massachusetts) are used for the purpose of sex and hookups, and its actual purpose.  Inside Massachusetts, New York, or Northeast is for scamming, headaches, and from me-educational purposes to eliminate those gray matter opinions. Remember my scamming Journal Entry what folks tried to do to me.

Google Authenticator was better than Microsoft Authenticator for rolling over from various phones. I understand Microsoft's logic to authenticate each account, but it becomes a headache when more websites are rolling out multi-factor or two-way authentication.  ID.me is very good for government multi-factor or two- way authentication.  Adobe Access authentication is pretty good for the Adobe suite of products.

My banks, credit cards, and brokerage firms worked all my phones and iPad.

Zoom was and is pretty good with weblinks. It is used by most organizations.  I played with the various backgrounds. It was slight hiccup when I tried to switch phones on my personal account, but I recovered figuring out it was multi-factor authentication had to be turned on.  Google Duo/Google Meet was pretty good.  Apple FaceTime was good.  Video calling became a better experience.

This is the beginning of heavier activity work in spring, summer, and fall.  The winter I normally hibernate and physically work on myself at the gym.  The gym practically sees me everyday as a part of my routine.  I rarely miss a day unless it is heavy day of appointments and personal errands.

Getting adjusted to a new United State is always work. 

I gave CubeSmart my release notice and asked for other locations with smaller units.  I moved into my new unit on the other side of town with less Mass-Cass type of scenery.

I expanded my Massachusetts Planet Fitness workouts and trips to Cambridge, Malden, Quincy, Chelsea, East Boston, Boston, Mattapan, Revere/Wonderland, Jamaica Plain, Burlington, Reading, Hingham, Braintree, Weymouth, Medford, Waltham, and Watertown.  I did attend my New York locations - Harlem, Columbus Circle, Chelsea, Times Square.  I did South Carolina locations - Summerville, North Charleston, and Charleston.  I did Georgia locations - Atlanta, Chamblee-Tucker, Doraville, Brookhaven.  See my photo albums for more photos.

Part of my schizophrenia wanted to search the human resources and federal laws regarding record keeping because my resume was long from actual positions, but who had a record of what puzzled me because Social Security and Internal Revenue Service had records.  The maximum number of years for recordkeeping is six (6) years.  I did send an email or request to find out, which employers had a record of me.  Another reason: It is because I was shown plenty of mental health conditions that I physically did not know and never could claim the benefit, but physically I was fine and for real suffering 100% materialistic loss from 1994-2019.  The selection of 'No disability' on my pre-hire and full background was correct, but life made me act like I was having issues without having control or knowing what I was going through at the workplace.

I researched getting Oracle and RedHat certifications because Microsoft became the prominent technology for my rise and downfall. I do not want to repeat that again. I went through my resume for all the skills I had to see what I missed or did not see.

I was planning USATF Meets.  Potomac Valley Track Club, University of Pennsylvania, and USATF made it possible for me to run in the Penn Relays in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  It was fun and enjoyable to see my teammates and friends in the city.  See my photo albums for more photos. I did obtain a Free Library of Philadelphia Library Card, which the temporary card only lasts a year.  I rented an AirBnb.  It was super nice and very impressive for the price, but could not control the room temperature due to the cool weather.  I hung out with a friend I met during the Democratic National Convention in 2016, and we went to Ravens Lounge, Graffiti Lounge, and Marsala Kitchen.  I also attempted to do UberEats and DoorDash to see if the adaptable market was still associated with the Boston region.  I registered my SEPTA key card.

Massachusetts State Police tried to additionally direct me to the Victim Advocate Program in Massachusetts District Court, East Boston, Massachusetts.  I found out some new information between Harassment Probation Order for co-workers and unrelated people, but has to have three different incidents.  I found out restraining protective order for relatives and people related to me.  The Boston Police and Massachusetts State Police are supposed to submit charges if anything is found during the investigation.  I already got confirmation that the investigation was closed, but I tried to submit new information. Massachusetts is deliberately using time to prevent any benefit or consequences for what grown adults do.

Illinois and Chicago played the same role on stating they are not responsible for what their residents or visitors do in their geographic location, in buildings, in offices, or public transportation.

Social Security Administration approved me for disability, but I got the initial payments. I had to configure how to do the money.  They also did court ordered deductions, but they found two, when for the last ten (10) years I only saw one.  Connecticut had the original deduction open done with my presence.  Washington, DC did another deduction in 2020 after I left the city and had no presence.  I never knew that could be done.  Social Security Administration kept doing this until I spoke up about where the extra money was going.  I inquired about the SSA Ticket to Work program, but learn I only have nine (9) months to make the most money I can make while receiving the government funding.

United Healthcare was doing something I never seen by healthcare companies, which was still keep a plan open after no additional premiums were paid.

Pine Street Inn housing provided me with plenty of new housing applications to get on the waiting list for a new apartment.

I tried using SurfEasy VPN, which was provided as part of the service with my Lenovo laptop.

I registered for the RedHat Summit Webinar 2022.

I submitted an Apartments . com application for a Boston apartment.  Apartments . com did show me that their application had two sides of it, such as Apartment Renters and Property Manager.

Boston Medical Center made available that PT1 medical rides were available. I did take advantage and use the rides to my appointments to Boston Medical Center.

I planned to attend the USATF Outdoor Championships in Lexington, Kentucky. I booked the trip with American Airlines and Delta Airlines, and the Marriott, but all had to canceled for the New York court date.

I participated in the All of Us Research program so started receiving information and newsletters about it.

I registered for the BayState Games.

After the tremendous of outpouring of information and therapy, life has provided me the confirmation that I have no reason to go back.

Many of previous posts and court documents alludes to physical fighting.  Unfortunately, I have grown through maturity, wisdom, patience, and do absolute nothing and let mental health take care of the issue.  It has been fifteen (15) years since I actually physically fought the people (family, friends, classmates) that I knew and who offended me in Washington, District of Columbia.  It has been six (6) years since I actually argued face-to-face with family in Chicago, Illinois.  For Massachusetts, you tried with 80-90 year olds to land the first punch along with all the other people in my blogs who tried to work it in socially and conversationally.  The senior citizens are trying to commit suicide or request their own death wish.

I am very classy, no drama scene, and very discreet.  As my previous journal entries and posts state what actions I want if people offended me, January came the month that enough was enough after a year and a half in Massachusetts.  I initially accepted it as a cultural situation, but the emotional background that came with each offending assault to me was not nice.  This is what families and church tries to protect people from what is really happening in the real world.

My approach to physical fighting as in to hurt someone takes this.  Fighting Round One (1) with accidental or purposeful touching gets a pass and the Warning Talk.

The Warning Talk consists of telling you what you did and how you did it, showing what you did it and how you did it, telling you that I suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder regarding touching, and eye-to-eye/face-to-face telling you, "Do not touch me!"  For some people, I perform the action of grabbing ass (butt), palming dicks (penis), groping pussy (vagina), and brushing the breasts (titties) and chest of the non-listening grown adult. The action is done so fast that no one will ever know.

Fighting Round Two (2) if it is the same person that does physical assault, my touching and sexual assault advances forward along with a statement saying, "Do you remember what I told you?"

Fighting Round Three (3) if it is the same person that does physical assault, my touching and sexual assault advances forward along with repeating, "The Warning Talk" and everything you already done.

Fighting Round Four (4) if it is the same person does get your ass whipped just like I do family, friends, and classmates, but since we do not know each other, my anger is bigger than the universe so I may break a few bones and give an alternative future than being your normal self before I met you.

All these actions started in January 1, 2022 with email communication and postal mail communication to the directors, executive boards, security groups, etc.  Federal Express got their notice March, April and May 2021. St. Francis House and Pine Street Inn staff members got a taste and the homeless community got a taste.  I did start recording the dates, times, physical description, location, just like a normal former security guard incident report.  

Initially, Pine Street Inn did make a change of security groups from Longwood Security to Jet Security.  Pine Street Inn Staff stopped after they started seeing Fighting Round Two (2) and Fighting Round Three (3) advances, but I am not seeing the offending staff as often as a daily basis.  Longwood Security got out of the contract and left Pine Street Inn.  Homeless community members that offended me I never saw again.  St. Francis House staff still in place and I do not attend the shelter as often, but they have listened and made sure no problems happened.  Allied Universal (my former employer (Barton)) left St. Francis House, and has no recollection of my employment history since it was the 1990s-2000s.  Planet Fitness staff and members just stayed away or left.  Crunch Fitness staff asked for consent and permission.  Boston Medical Center staff asked for consent and permission.

People that offends me in Fighting Round One (1) and "The Warning Talk" flees or avoids me at all costs. This process is still happening as of today in only Massachusetts so far.  Massachusetts so far only seen within the homeless community that random fighting happens with random people that happened to get pissed off by anything.  I have seen arguments everywhere.  I only seen random fighting in the nightclubs or the television.  Another reason I stopped donating blood at Massachusetts General Hospital before I hurt that tall, African-American/black, senior citizen male for punching the bottom of my right foot.

This same information was relayed to Arbour Counseling Services Therapists/Psychiatrist, MGH Psychiatrist, social media, and BMC Therapists/Psychiatrist.

United Healthcare started sending me bills and Boston Medical Center started sending me bills plus signing up with Acciclaim or Revecore.

I got hit and assaulted by a sport utility vehicle while walking on foot to Planet Fitness as shown through my photoblogs at Washington Street. and West Street in Downtown Crossing. I had to attend my daily physical therapy through Quantum Therapy.  Boston Police advised on hiring an attorney.  I did try Morgan and Morgan, then referred to Simon and Simon.  I made a Motor Vehicle Report to send to the Registry of Motor Vehicles, police report, sent it to my attorneys, and sent it to Progressive Insurance.

I was working with Federal Express rebuttal statement to Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.  I also sent the television media of the copy of Federal Express situation and the illegal immigrants driving in the city hitting pedestrians.

Crunch Fitness changed my home gym from the old Medford location to new Malden location.  I did go the Roslindale location. I did a New York location when I traveled.  The community in Roslindale was totally different from Malden location...nothing bad, but a different type of diversity.

Planet Fitness and Crunch Fitness smartphone apps allowed me to track my physical fitness activities. It helped me feel connected further with the gym.

I had a new RMV Driving appointment for my driver's license. It was scary because the road test official knew the roads and I did not.  Boston Driving School was my sponsor to the Watertown Service Center.  I passed and met another Boston Driving School student. I did not know how connected my sponsor and the RMV relationship was.  It was unexpected and wow, no city or state showed me that.

What did I learn about myself from the PTSD storm?

The old me would insert or inject myself into situations no concerning me.

The new me now only addresses situations pertaining to me only.  If people got their own crazy or problems, it is not my role to advise them or even provide my thoughts of the situation.

The PTSD storm throws back the information I already wrote or shown to people.  I personally do not have to take any action.  I only have to pause, relax, watch it happen, provide as many outlets to get thoughts out, etc.

The PTSD storm does reveal there is no need to turn back now that I discovered what life does, life is, life opportunities, life trials and tribulations, life stress.

The old me thought people stayed in the same geographical area or surrounding themselves with people that always knew them.

The new me says it is okay to travel into the unknown until I find my home, partner, new physical friends, etc., and I am not doing anything different than any other human.

The PTSD store did make me aware never ever pay for everything ever again.

Strava started showing the science of shoe mileage.  Nike started stating the science behind shoes too.  It is new information, but pertinent for walking and running.  This is why I buy Dr. Scholl's to extend the life of one pair of shoes after 500-600 miles to 1500-2000 miles.

I started getting reminders to renew my System of Award Management (SAM) contractor profile with United States Government/United States Department of Defense.

I planned my year of traveling to South Carolina, Georgia, and New York for celebrations and needed getaway therapy.

United States Department of Education approved my FAFSA and produced my Student Aid Report (SAR) for 2022-2023.

NASM AFAA performed the job guarantee benefit with the gyms I wanted to be employed by Crunch Fitness, Equinox, OrangeTheory, and Lynx Fitness Club.  All of them said, "No," so NASM AFAA refunded my group fitness certification money, thus giving me a good trustworthy feeling to continue with other health and fitness certifications.

I participated in the NBA All-Star team selection. Most of my selections were the Los Angeles Lakers (Westbrook, Davis, James, Anthony) plus Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Antetokounpo, Collins from Atlanta Hawks, Rose from New York Knicks, Harden from Brooklyn Nets.

I participated with New York City Civic Engagement Commission on various projects with my Chelsea and Manhattan community.  It was all online.  It was different so I researched the European countries and see where that idea came from.  I updated my New York City profile with pictures and information.

Boston MBTA CharlieCard offered a benefit of connecting my CharlieCard with Pedal and Park facilities located through the MBTA (T) system.  Yes, I took advantage even if I did not have a bicycle at the moment.

I had plenty of doctor and therapy appointments with Boston Medical Center, Massachusetts General Hospital, and McInnis Health Group (Boston HealthCare for the Homeless Program).

Remember, my previous posts stated job interview for executive positions in education - Nyack College was the first one of them and LaGuardia Community College was the second one.

A Mental Health Moment regarding Schizophrenia and Mental health conditions

With the New York June 21, 2022 incident, I did not know what was happening.  From May 2022 to June 2022, I still planned my trip to New York, but while in Boston, Massachusetts Department of Corrections van kept crossing my path everywhere I was going. I was trying to do the USATF volunteer background check, I was prevented from going through the process.  New York situation happened and my best advice for grown men and women is to stay the f*ck away.  Suffolk County sheriff van starting to do the same thing especially after speaking the MGH or BMC physicians.  In reflection on all the law enforcement reports and court cases I filed, every last one has been closed, and very little to no investigation, and the Judges let the folks go and try to state the situations never happened.  Massachusetts has this "do not listen, do not care," attitude.  It was a little bit overwhelming seeing the violators of the Ten Commandments, the authorities look on, and everything done in a central location and freely able to do what they want.

After New York situation, I do not support or condemn the role of those who are on Earth to purposely violate the Ten Commandments.  I do not support or condemn the role of those who I was raised to understand they were classified as good or right to enforce the laws of the land.  I am in no position to judge people habits and choices, but I am going to be the defender of 'ME' physically, emotionally, socially, and mentally.  I am the boss of 'ME'.  After the Warning Talk as a grown adult male and grown adult female, you choose to still violate 'ME' and create problems for 'ME', then initially I have every right to grab anything I want on you, such as breast, dick, pussy, butt, and chest.  I no longer care if you have a wife, children, husband, boyfriend, girlfriend, pet, etc.  As my previous posts, emails, and communications that went out directly to the offenders, do not let me grab, then I will beat, punish and pummel you for not listening to your parents/guardians, your teachers/coaches/administrators, the law, and your friends that told you, "do not touch anyone you do not know."  Any bystanders want to stop the punishment, get punished too.

Pine Street Inn, St. Francis House, and Southampton had street drugs being dealt, cigarettes being dealt, medications being dealt, drunks that had to down the alcohol before coming into the shelter, collectors of junk, trash diggers, no personal hygiene, fights, physical health problems without appropriate healthcare, sexual offenders, mental health people, illegal immigrants or migrants, thieves, killers, murderers, adulterers, barter and trade anything, got a vehicle and asking for money on the street, anything you can name that was not in the rule book or in the rule book was happening.  Yes, when Massachusetts community angered me, I reported to federal government, state government, local government, congress, and all the level of authorities, but I was the one that got done when I thought telling was going to get the help people needed.

Now I purposely understand how grown adults work, I will remain to myself, minding my business, let others go through their own misfortunes, and never expect anyone to think or be like me. I am an independent thinker and decision maker as the boss of 'ME'.  Yes, I did not know, but now I see, read, and know about grown adults in real life experience.  Just do not do me after New York situation or try to validate true life of a criminal or criminology or anything other new/old fields of the legal/law of the United States of America.

Yes, after all the stuff I bought with my money and the stuff I have now is called 'junk', useful for its purpose and simply discarded.

I mailed off my Social Security Insurance application to Massachusetts General Hospital to file on my behalf.  I had my interviews. I had more paperwork and verification I had to complete.

Citibank sent me a letter stating the accounts were going to be inactive so I made some USPS money order deposits.

I researched the supply needed as Group Fitness instructor while going through the NASM course. I passed my NASM AFAA Group Fitness Instructor exam on the second try.  I learned about virtual coaching.

Dreams are very normal and playful. It is very good since the 1990s.  Happy feeling or emotion.  It started happening in 2020s in South Carolina, but since I threw everything back to the universe, emotions and feelings seem to return back to the days of Atlanta, Georgia in the 1990s except there is no schizophrenia, depression, or bipolar disorder.  PTSD is still high.

Had a dream after telling someone (a physical conversation) in Zumba class about family fights.  Sunday night/Monday morning.  I am fighting with my own family from Washington, DC yelling get out of my house.

Dreams are sequencing up to some fantasy until 3:00 am or 4:00 am when going to urinate in the bathroom, then I go back or try to sleep - the same dream turns into a nightmare - not a true, scary nightmare - just horrible anger.

I am physically losing locks and small items to make me spend money.

Learned a famous alumnus from South Carolina State University named Lewis Berry passed away five (5) years ago.  One of my favorite Cross Elementary School teachers Martha Dupree passed away on Monday.

Talking about the librarians. Elise try to state something South Carolina sent me a year ago regarding stealing my identity.  She doesn't know in my world that after April 3, 2016 that angry context goes back to her.

New York University either is playing with my intelligence or just money hungry.

While doing another trim down of connection in FaceBook, another death is Orlando Brown, football player from South Carolina State and Baltimore Ravens.

Remembering the quote from my biological father, Mr. Manley Rochelle Nolen, "It does not matter where you are in the world." and my 2021 thought rebuttal, "You made a difference already the day you were born, life wants to see you do it."

I tried to get my money back regarding Lyft's CitiBike, but only was able to get a partial refund.  I learn the new rules regarding credit and debit cards are put in place regarding 90 days or less to get refund and the responsibility is to work with the merchant first and second tries, then the bank or credit card company for the third try.  There are most likely no refunds after sixty (60) days.

It was tax time again to file my Internal Revenue Service (IRS).  I always file it paper because it does something to and overrides the another party that files as well.

I explored WeWork office location at 200 Berkeley St. I got the full tour plus they do mail and printing, too.  They lacked storage lockers for the lower memberships.  They did offer plenty for office space and open workspace.  I explored based on the reason of potentially having another office job or desk job.  I was ready, but the job offers never panned out.

I researched and purchased Warner Bros. Mortal Kombat 11 for my PC and smartphones, and watched the movie.

I saw a new book and skimmed through named, "The Power of Habit." Charles Duhigg (he went to Yale and Harvard).  I never purchased the book because if you read through my blogs and see how I tried to be apart of them, the ivy leagues did not let me in so I began  disconnecting and stop supporting or throwing my money at the ivy leagues ecosystem.  I cannot stop all of it, but the ones I can read or see the credentials.

Boston Housing Authority Zero Income Statement validity.

I met with Crunch Fitness Regional GX Manager to possibly teaching there and the new locations.  The Regional GX Manager gave the encouragement to get NASM AFAA Group Fitness Instructor certification.  I renewed my membership with Planet Fitness, but added Crunch Fitness because of the ability to bodybuild or powerlift with higher weights and group fitness classes.  The Regional GX Manager stated Crunch did not accept IFTA certificates.

I took advantage of the Planet Fitness's Rockbot.  The staff and I had fun liking and disliking each other's song played.  I went through almost the entire catalog of songs, especially holiday themed stuff and Sunday/Saturday had the gospel. Every Massachusetts Planet Fitness knew I was in the building when I came in with Kelis 'Milkshake', Megan Thee Stallion 'Body', Justin Bieber 'Yummy', Drake 'Sticky', Shakira 'Waka Waka', or Martin Solveig '+1', 'Do It Right' and 'Places'

When Walmart is unavailable, of course, I go to the local Target in Boston or Cambridge.  CVS Pharmacy always get me with the coupons in email and on the app.

I had to temporarily serve as a process server for Defendants in lawsuits.  Cook County Sheriff's office plus ProofServe helped served the Chicago area of Defendants. I did like the electronic automation system.  ProofServe also helped served the Boston area of Defendants.  ProofServe was darn sure cheaper than ABC Legal, which tried have you make a mortgage or car payment to have someone served, thus maxing out my DiscoverCard.

I had a dental appointment with Trinity Dental, but from the dental exam I could not get my teeth cleaning because of long-term infections, but had really good tooth pulled (extracted) for one infection and still not teeth cleaned.  I was referred to a specialist for dental work I did not want to examine how get the other long-term infection (root canal).

Do I have any thoughts on running for Mayor or President of the United States?

Obama, Kamala, and African-American/minority leaders are paving the way and making it more realistic.  I know I have the skills and talent to do the position, but to make it real for me - for Mayor, I need one (1) million solid supports and voters or 70% of the entire voting rolls, plus 1 million dollars to run so that is $1.00 per person.  For Governor, I need 70% of the entire voting rolls and $10.00 per voter.  For President, I need solid 100 million voters to assure the win and $100 million dollars to start fundraising, which is $1.00 per person.  This would make it realistic for me in The United States of America.  I need my education debt paid for because I cannot or plan to go to Harvard University in getting more debt.

Otherwise, my realistic plans is my reality to do France and rise through the ranks to the Elyees Palace with family and all. I am not dumb, but only try once. France is my current focus.  I can let go my rage and anger against America or the emotions created from life experiences.

After seeing candidates go into debt for position, I will never do.

UberEats and DoorDash increases deliveries because students were returning and peaked because I hibernate during the winter. During the winter, there are no deliveries.

I began my research in VISAs to the European Union and how to make the most of 90 days to make it a one-way trip.

Apple impressed me with AppleCare program for repairing the front glass of the iPhone.  Belkin Invisiglass was very good, but was taking on a lot of beating. Belkin replaced one out of four registered purchases.  It was not cheap protecting the Apple iPhone.

I participated with Snow Companies and Gilead Advisory Board.

I did order Walmart using DoorDash.

I used UberEats to deliver my meals.

I signed up for a Cannabis Delivery Driver, but they did not allow footwalkers or bike so you had to have a vehicle with insurance.

I had to renew my Massachusetts SNAP or Food Stamps with Massachusetts Department of Transition Assistance.

I had to renew my MassHealth (BMC Community Health Plan) with Massachusetts Department of Transition Assistance.

I donated to Massachusetts General Hospital, St. Francis House, and Pine Street Inn.

I did not win the Massachusetts VaxMillions giveaway, but registered.

I had my second Federal Express Fitness for Duty Evaluation.

I participated with Centers for Disease Control VAERS and vaccine safety programs in giving feedback on the COVID-19 vaccination process.

I am working with Amtrak and Megabus scheduling trips to New York City on the regular so it was going to be a big celebration as usual.  Boston Housing Authority had my hopes up as I had my interview and sent in the paperwork for a two bedroom apartment, but since I did not meet the requirements of the two bedroom (actually having two people), I was returned to the studio and one-bedroom waiting list. Boston Housing Authority had me get three Certificate of Homelessness. 

I found Walmart....thank goodness.

I stayed at HI New York City for my 2021 birthday week in New York City. I went to Dave and Buster's Times Square.  I went to the Juneteenth After Party with DJ Q at TimeOut Market New York, 5th Floor, 55 Water Street in DUMBO, Brooklyn.

I kept my Harvard University Extension School profile updated every time I filed my FAFSA.

I was involved with University of Phoenix Alumni Advocacy Network or Marketing, but I had to cease working with them until I found how life was going to help me use my doctoral degree.

I shared my graduation photos to help DeVry University celebrate its 90th anniversary.

I started encountering all types of service issues with Lyft's BlueBikes from smartphone app not working to bikes not docking to overcharging.

Strava and Nike were getting the craziest GPS maps of trips on everywhere I was going across Greater Boston on foot and bikes.  I did use MBTA (T) public transportation when I am too far out or the day is very late in the evening/night.

I tried Apple TV+ trial subscription, but I actually found no content that I like.

I had United Healthcare with Federal Express for medical care and it was accepted by Massachusetts General Hospital.  However, I never understood behind the scenes what was happening with MassHealth (BMC Community Health Plan now WellSense) and United Healthcare.  I got a new MGH Primary Care Physician and Psychiatrist.

I sent a physical card to my ex-girlfriend for the passing of her mother.  She is happily married and her children are doing well.

I was trying to schedule professional photography session because my University of Phoenix commencement was coming up in Atlanta, Georgia.  Initially, it was Joe Henson, but he closed the New York City studio so I ended up with Beaupix in Burlington, Massachusetts.  During the process, I discovered hennaking . com had a plant-based beard dye and beard or moustache care.  I did repurchase and got update on getting my MAC Cosmetics foundation and concealer.

For UberEats and DoorDash, I saw that I needed to purchase a powerbank for my Apple iPhone because I always had to end my day when my phone dies.

After Federal Express suspension, they sent me in the direction of Paid Medical Leave while on Leave of Absence.  Federal Express tried to do Suspension with Pay, but that was short lived....James "Jim" McSweeney took or hold badge.  Gary, another new manager, took cellphone locker key.  I had to sign a document to see corporate doctor for Center of Cognitive Wellness.  I was assigned to a Health Human Capital Management Federal Express person - Cynthia "Cindy" Roten.  I ended up applying for Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) with Massachusetts Department of Family and Medical Leave.  I got denied, then I appealed, and I got approved for a specified time period.  I am still on United Healthcare.

I booked my flight with Delta Airlines, rented a car with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and lodged at Marriott Towne Suites.  See photoblogs and tweets for media.

I had the opportunity to apply for Lifeline or the America Rescue Plan for my telephone and data or network plan.  I got denied initially due to my address so I had to work the information through AT&T.  AT&T knows I will pay whatever price for dependable, reliable, and quality service...yes, 90% of my telecommunications experience, I always purchase the highest cost plan.  I believe this is due to having a professional background in telecommunications and educated through my degrees regarding telecommunications.

I sent information to TLC TV Dr. Pimple Popper / Dr. Lee for the small mole on my back for Season Two (2). I never got to audition or feedback on the information sent.

I started researching new places to eat (when I was eating every meal).  I saw the Haley House.  I went to Haley House, but the food was super heavy food - rice, beans, eggs, etc. for breakfast.

I attended Shakespeare in the Common supporting Commonwealth Shakespeare Company 25th Anniversary play named the The Tempest.  It was good.  Weather cooperated well.  I even talked to a young lady from Arizona.

I was scheduling appointments to use the computer at the Boston Public Library.

I met a friend and went to J.P. Licks, then walked the park from Boston to Cambridge to Beacon Hill in circle.

I was attended virtual service with First Baptist Church of the City of Washington, DC.

I donated street money to Pine Street Inn, St. Francis House, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Boston Police Foundation.
