Many of previous posts and court documents alludes to physical fighting.  Unfortunately, I have grown through maturity, wisdom, patience, and do absolute nothing and let mental health take care of the issue.  It has been fifteen (15) years since I actually physically fought the people (family, friends, classmates) that I knew and who offended me in Washington, District of Columbia.  It has been six (6) years since I actually argued face-to-face with family in Chicago, Illinois.  For Massachusetts, you tried with 80-90 year olds to land the first punch along with all the other people in my blogs who tried to work it in socially and conversationally.  The senior citizens are trying to commit suicide or request their own death wish.

I am very classy, no drama scene, and very discreet.  As my previous journal entries and posts state what actions I want if people offended me, January came the month that enough was enough after a year and a half in Massachusetts.  I initially accepted it as a cultural situation, but the emotional background that came with each offending assault to me was not nice.  This is what families and church tries to protect people from what is really happening in the real world.

My approach to physical fighting as in to hurt someone takes this.  Fighting Round One (1) with accidental or purposeful touching gets a pass and the Warning Talk.

The Warning Talk consists of telling you what you did and how you did it, showing what you did it and how you did it, telling you that I suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder regarding touching, and eye-to-eye/face-to-face telling you, "Do not touch me!"  For some people, I perform the action of grabbing ass (butt), palming dicks (penis), groping pussy (vagina), and brushing the breasts (titties) and chest of the non-listening grown adult. The action is done so fast that no one will ever know.

Fighting Round Two (2) if it is the same person that does physical assault, my touching and sexual assault advances forward along with a statement saying, "Do you remember what I told you?"

Fighting Round Three (3) if it is the same person that does physical assault, my touching and sexual assault advances forward along with repeating, "The Warning Talk" and everything you already done.

Fighting Round Four (4) if it is the same person does get your ass whipped just like I do family, friends, and classmates, but since we do not know each other, my anger is bigger than the universe so I may break a few bones and give an alternative future than being your normal self before I met you.

All these actions started in January 1, 2022 with email communication and postal mail communication to the directors, executive boards, security groups, etc.  Federal Express got their notice March, April and May 2021. St. Francis House and Pine Street Inn staff members got a taste and the homeless community got a taste.  I did start recording the dates, times, physical description, location, just like a normal former security guard incident report.  

Initially, Pine Street Inn did make a change of security groups from Longwood Security to Jet Security.  Pine Street Inn Staff stopped after they started seeing Fighting Round Two (2) and Fighting Round Three (3) advances, but I am not seeing the offending staff as often as a daily basis.  Longwood Security got out of the contract and left Pine Street Inn.  Homeless community members that offended me I never saw again.  St. Francis House staff still in place and I do not attend the shelter as often, but they have listened and made sure no problems happened.  Allied Universal (my former employer (Barton)) left St. Francis House, and has no recollection of my employment history since it was the 1990s-2000s.  Planet Fitness staff and members just stayed away or left.  Crunch Fitness staff asked for consent and permission.  Boston Medical Center staff asked for consent and permission.

People that offends me in Fighting Round One (1) and "The Warning Talk" flees or avoids me at all costs. This process is still happening as of today in only Massachusetts so far.  Massachusetts so far only seen within the homeless community that random fighting happens with random people that happened to get pissed off by anything.  I have seen arguments everywhere.  I only seen random fighting in the nightclubs or the television.  Another reason I stopped donating blood at Massachusetts General Hospital before I hurt that tall, African-American/black, senior citizen male for punching the bottom of my right foot.

This same information was relayed to Arbour Counseling Services Therapists/Psychiatrist, MGH Psychiatrist, social media, and BMC Therapists/Psychiatrist.

United Healthcare started sending me bills and Boston Medical Center started sending me bills plus signing up with Acciclaim or Revecore.

I got hit and assaulted by a sport utility vehicle while walking on foot to Planet Fitness as shown through my photoblogs at Washington Street. and West Street in Downtown Crossing. I had to attend my daily physical therapy through Quantum Therapy.  Boston Police advised on hiring an attorney.  I did try Morgan and Morgan, then referred to Simon and Simon.  I made a Motor Vehicle Report to send to the Registry of Motor Vehicles, police report, sent it to my attorneys, and sent it to Progressive Insurance.

I was working with Federal Express rebuttal statement to Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.  I also sent the television media of the copy of Federal Express situation and the illegal immigrants driving in the city hitting pedestrians.

Crunch Fitness changed my home gym from the old Medford location to new Malden location.  I did go the Roslindale location. I did a New York location when I traveled.  The community in Roslindale was totally different from Malden location...nothing bad, but a different type of diversity.

Planet Fitness and Crunch Fitness smartphone apps allowed me to track my physical fitness activities. It helped me feel connected further with the gym.

I had a new RMV Driving appointment for my driver's license. It was scary because the road test official knew the roads and I did not.  Boston Driving School was my sponsor to the Watertown Service Center.  I passed and met another Boston Driving School student. I did not know how connected my sponsor and the RMV relationship was.  It was unexpected and wow, no city or state showed me that.

What did I learn about myself from the PTSD storm?

The old me would insert or inject myself into situations no concerning me.

The new me now only addresses situations pertaining to me only.  If people got their own crazy or problems, it is not my role to advise them or even provide my thoughts of the situation.

The PTSD storm throws back the information I already wrote or shown to people.  I personally do not have to take any action.  I only have to pause, relax, watch it happen, provide as many outlets to get thoughts out, etc.

The PTSD storm does reveal there is no need to turn back now that I discovered what life does, life is, life opportunities, life trials and tribulations, life stress.

The old me thought people stayed in the same geographical area or surrounding themselves with people that always knew them.

The new me says it is okay to travel into the unknown until I find my home, partner, new physical friends, etc., and I am not doing anything different than any other human.

The PTSD store did make me aware never ever pay for everything ever again.

I corrected getting my physical Master of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from DeVry University Keller Graduate School of Management and discovered Parchment is the new online education service for transcripts and electronic version of the degrees.  I attended webinars with the school.

Strava started showing the science of shoe mileage.  Nike started stating the science behind shoes too.  It is new information, but pertinent for walking and running.  This is why I buy Dr. Scholl's to extend the life of one pair of shoes after 500-600 miles to 1500-2000 miles.

I started getting reminders to renew my System of Award Management (SAM) contractor profile with United States Government/United States Department of Defense.

I planned my year of traveling to South Carolina, Georgia, and New York for celebrations and needed getaway therapy.

United States Department of Education approved my FAFSA and produced my Student Aid Report (SAR) for 2022-2023.

NASM AFAA performed the job guarantee benefit with the gyms I wanted to be employed by Crunch Fitness, Equinox, OrangeTheory, and Lynx Fitness Club.  All of them said, "No," so NASM AFAA refunded my group fitness certification money, thus giving me a good trustworthy feeling to continue with other health and fitness certifications.

I participated in the NBA All-Star team selection. Most of my selections were the Los Angeles Lakers (Westbrook, Davis, James, Anthony) plus Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Antetokounpo, Collins from Atlanta Hawks, Rose from New York Knicks, Harden from Brooklyn Nets.

I participated with New York City Civic Engagement Commission on various projects with my Chelsea and Manhattan community.  It was all online.  It was different so I researched the European countries and see where that idea came from.  I updated my New York City profile with pictures and information.

Boston MBTA CharlieCard offered a benefit of connecting my CharlieCard with Pedal and Park facilities located through the MBTA (T) system.  Yes, I took advantage even if I did not have a bicycle at the moment.

I had plenty of doctor and therapy appointments with Boston Medical Center, Massachusetts General Hospital, and McInnis Health Group (Boston HealthCare for the Homeless Program).

Remember, my previous posts stated job interview for executive positions in education - Nyack College was the first one of them and LaGuardia Community College was the second one.

It has been an eventful past few months.  I guess folks are reading my posts and configuring my internet to show other sides of life I may not see.

I have been filling out paperwork starting with Year 2011 on trying to get Corporate America to give me some of the items taken or lost. Thanks with the help of Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, every state Consumer Protection Agency, and every state Attorney General.

My deepest gratitude go to Washington, DC for helping facilitating the transition to start that long journey onward to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave NW.  It was so much fun campaigning for mayor and it was a challenge I did not expect.  I met some great people including the entire city council.  I am very disappointed that no one told me about ballot access.  Even though, I was totally shut out of most or all forums, then I was able to change and go for open mic to reach a different audience not seen by forums or campaigns.  The Meet the Candidate Tour was successful in scheduling, but very poor turnout as I have learned when there is no support, there is no turnout.  The parades were exciting to do.  The open mic nights explored different talents that I did not know I had, but it helped me become comfortable in front of the mic and on a stage again.  The Office of Campaign Finance scheduled a couple hearings and showed the combination of business and legal type of communication.  Those fines imposed on my campaign committee, I say, "Good luck on collecting because DC Government has yet to give me a job."  Thanks to all the 2,787 voters, who helped me garner 3.81% of the votes and support in DC Democratic Primary 2018 election.

Internal Revenue Service, DC Government, and other parties dependent on my tax return, I do not apologize for always missing the April 15th deadline.  As I told the entire world and those dependent on my tax return, my filing date will always and continue to be October or November of every year unless I am going to get a government clearance or fix my previous DOD Secret clearance.  Running for political office does not change the fact with the exception of being actually on the ballot.  Even though, I am tied up in United States Tax Court about a previous tax return, please do not think I am going to file according to the standard deadline.  I am almost finish catching South Carolina up to the latest.  Stop coming through the psychics on astrology and horoscope readings....I know it is to the general public of Geminis and Cancers, but it seems like you trying make sure I see and read it.

My deepest gratitude goes to the best birthday present in all my years of living goes to American Express.  My company, Collins Incorporated, applied for American Express OPEN Gold card.  The card was decent, required total amount due the following month and membership fee of $175.  After a year and in my birthday month, American Express upgraded me to the highest small-to-medium business charge card, "The American Express Platinum Card".  The Platinum card allows me to charge $50,000 to $1 Million Dollars in one transaction.  The membership fee is $450.00.  How could American Express trust a black, close-to-broke, man with such financial power?  Darn, American Express for making me financially responsible!  Next, the American Express Corporate card.  I need to add employees and play with some more credit card features.  Thanks American Express for also providing the funds to pay for law school, which is $275,000 (JD and LLM).  Thanks also goes to Paul Davenport in the State of Connecticut for showing me how to do credit card, "small or tiny transactions make a big difference."  All other credit and charge cards, I am working to increase their limits to $5,000 a piece, right now, they are between $1,600 to $3,500.  As a business major, these are so much fun to learn and play with, every bank is different on how they implement credit cards.

I had to file forbearance request through the AmeriCorps program to ward off the student loan payments.  I also filled out an Unemployment Deferment and General Forbearance Request.   This should keep EdFinancial/IDAPP a little busy.  I did retake the LSAT for law school for my prayfully 130 score.  My dissertation is currently trapped between Quality Review Methods (QRM) and Institutional Review Board (IRB).  I did all the appropriate revisions requested and my dissertation chair signed off so patiently waiting.  My next University of Phoenix class is not until July 31, 2018.

As I prepare for the gubernatorial race to become South Carolina's first African American governor since I made that promise since May 15, 1998, I am sending and updating all data with South Carolina Department of Transportation, South Carolina Department of Social Services, South Carolina Ethics and Commission Board, and South Carolina Department of Tax and Revenue.  South Carolina Department of Tax and Revenue, I hope you processed my 2012 tax return because I do not see it online.  To make me feel slightly comfortable, I need to see the late processing fee.  My deepest and sincere apologies to South Carolina and its residents for taking this long to get it together, I just had to see what was going on with the United States, my life and the world, but now I am ready.

South Carolina, I have formal request from any resident to remind me 120 days before July 15th gubernatorial primary so I can obtain the 10,000 signatures to do nominating by petition.  I am highly dependent on Berkeley County, Charleston County, Orangeburg County, and Dorchester County to meet my 10,000 signature requirement.  I am talking to the Republican and the Democratic parties for the nomination by party for the best strategy to win.  As of 2018, I already have the $4875 filing fee.

Corporate America, I have formal request for the South Carolina gubernatorial race. All brands I have been loyal to since 1994, 1999, and 2000, I need all the corporate rules to play out regarding political candidates for me to understand what you can and cannot do, and also I need all available properties to host fundraisers and other community events through the entire state and preferably each county.
Another California company/employer coming into the mix, Instacart. I can not believe I can possibly be paid for grocery shopping for other folks.  I am thrilled and excited.  I am excited on how crazy and mixed up my employers are.  I am looking forward to the Americorps Habitat for Humanity project for 10 months.  Could AmeriCorps lead to reestablishing shelter independence onward to another brand new home?  This will be my 3rd brand new home experience and hopefully I keep this one.

Bills, I do recognize all of you that are out there including the ones not on credit report and from all active addresses he has.  I received all of your information and just waiting for the universe and stars align for my new primary line of work to bring in the income to pay them.  Information technology is no longer the single focus of the next line of work.  Business is still the core line of work.  Since I continuing to detach from a particular state (start with I and ends with S), I let my PERC license expire on purpose.  State of New York, you issued a tax warrant on April 15, 2018 or around that date for $3900 in state taxes.  Since I do not know what the modern day tax warrant does except I got the information that you can double tax any New York income when I work in your state again, and have a hold on my federal tax refund.  Because of that I will be staying in Washington, DC for my birthday and letting go or letting expire my State of Connecticut driver's license and temporarily disconnect with my Connecticut primary physician.  I wonder if start playing the US Department of Education lottery again, could I win something with all this chaos?  I have AmeriCorps resume aligning with a retail resume so it will be interesting what the new position maybe.  I will not apply for state government positions, county government positions, or city government positions again until I am in South Carolina.  Federal government, I am continuously applying to you and I must have been truly out of touch for trying score high on the application, I will research and check bookstores for the latest ways to score higher on applications.

Prepping for my very first marriage, I am going back on the dating scene for more practice. In the 1990s, I did the in person pick up, talk to females, and expressed how I felt immediately.  In the 2000s, I did Yahoo Dating and Blackplanet in Atlanta, Georgia and found plenty of female freaks. In 2004-2005, I did 'It's Just Lunch' program in Washington, DC, and they did present some very good female dating candidates. I tried eHarmony and the site at that time only presented one or two female match ups.  I tried the nightclubs and bars to pick up women, and not good results or my pick up game was whack.  In 2013-2015, I did NY Minute Dating, Match dating programs, OnSpeedDating, and plenty of meetups in New York City and Hartford, Connecticut, and they did present some good female dating candidates according to the theme.  In 2018, I am wondering what female dating scene I am going try, such as S.W.A.N.I.T.C and swingers parties, Professional in the City, and Match events in Washington, DC, Atlanta, Philadelphia, and New York City.  I answered all 100+ eHarmony questions and eliteSingles and Zoosk, and those sites are presenting plenty of females.  Freaking, flirting and messing around never gets boring.  Please note in any of my serious relationships, I never cheated once and my partner is utilized as the sole vessel from Sex and Love 101 to Sex and Love 1,000,001 ways to do it.

Change Element and DNA Activation: I am learning the French language informally and formally, which is associated with my Ancestry DNA connection to Cameroon and Republic of Congo in Africa.  To keep it active, I have joined Washington, DC French Meetup and former member of New York French Meetup Groups.

State of Illinois, County of Cook, City of Chicago and City of Harvey, we are done....so done....so done.  You can mail me anything that belongs to me to Washington, District of Columbia.

Washington, DC, I never appreciated my primary home so much...any outside opportunities I will definitely think five (5) times before moving again. You (DC) welcomed me back with all my shenanigans.  A whole of lot of innocent bystanders, but we all know there is a purpose behind every movement through DC, MD, and VA.  The nightlife is back reconnecting to Washington City Paper and Washington Post, and making all advertisements come alive - starting with the Nellie's Sport Bar, 9:30 Club, Karma Nightclub, and Ziegfeld’s/Secrets.  I also saw they built around Aqua and Love Nightclubs.  Archibald's and Fast Eddie's in the same place. Ultrabar and Cobalt pulling same crowds. I spoke to some of the white 9:30 club patrons to find out what bands to see at Black Cat or similar nightclubs. I LOVE ALL MY FRIENDS THAT MADE TIME TO SEE ME OVER THE HOLIDAYS starting with Thanksgiving until present, it felt so good to be loved.  I have been commissioned for Notary Public number 2 for Washington, DC. No, I did not return back to the Nelson or Jones household because 2017 begins MY independent life adventure #2 without doing anymore connected family. Life adventure #2 is only friends, acquaintances, associates, and creating the pseudo-family just like my start mixed with biological connections.  I can drive again, Thank the Lord, and got most of important documents back.  I am only driving two wheels at the moment, but it works. WMATA/Metro, I like the new trains and bus upgrades and keep doing SafeTrack with no pauses. I rode an ART (Arlington Transit) bus for the first time.

Yes, I have worked South Carolina, Georgia, District of Columbia, New York, and Connecticut Senators and Representatives to get me any type of Presidential Inauguration tickets to any event this year.  Thanks to the Senators and Representatives for the responses and working in the background.

Let's see if I can lose 50 pounds to defy biological and natural law of body shape, but 30 pounds is realistic and I am overdue for a photoshoot.  US Department of Defense, if the first hit was 2007, why in the H*LL you decide to waste time to do twice times two (government contractors) hits (workplace violence) again in 2016?  You see I kept the power of telling every time a contract opportunity comes up regarding security clearance until 2023 for incident management.  Thanks for the help or start, I did get my CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ renewed for three (3) years. Dissertation Version 3 submitted to my committee after dissertation editor made their comments.

Thanks for the great meals, Central Union Mission, Martha's Table (known affiliation with FBC), Walmart, Safeway, Giant, Whole Foods, and Harris Teeter.  It was a pleasure to meet the new FBC pastor and her entire Pennington-Russell clan at the church and their new home.
