TOPIC: Adventurous Springtime Work with Repetitive Activities, but Major Reflections

It is very cold in Massachusetts.  This is a big temperature difference from the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.  It does not feel like the MidWest, but it had the same concept for lasting an entire six (6) months. For Federal Express and Boston Public Health Commission, I was getting United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission involved.  I bought a new Lenovo laptop with the IRS pandemic money, which I desperately needed.  Massachusetts started a unique avenue of cash flow with surveys, discussion panels, and focus groups.  I paid my incorporation fees to Washington, District of Columbia since it is headquartered there now for my American operations.  I actively started using my family name, "Marvell," to change the element of those who grew up with me, and become my own independent person and thinker.  This post is the largest reflection of how life attempted to keep me scatterbrain and lack focus.

Question:  I guess on self-confidence and good looks, why did I attempt to pursue Hollywood and joined the SAG-AFTRA union?

Question:  why did I have the desire to be an Olympian or spectator based on sports, my track athleticism but I was set with bills and problems that needed support of money?  Two missed Penn Relay events - SCSU and Potomac Valley Track club?  High school injury torn or sprained hamstring normally when not warming up properly.

Team USA looking for regular people through social media for the team members.  I applied before the pandemic, but the only opportunities were the bobsled team for Winter Olympics. Company (Nike, Reebok, Adidas, Puma, AT&T, NBC, Bank of America, etc.) sponsors only picked up the best go give them money to survive.  I own the sport as my passion, the sport is me, I desire the sport, when things happen I return to the sport, and  as of right now nothing is left except the sport. I even coached kids.

Question:  with sex being my vice or thing, why did I get the desire to be a stripper, escort, or chippendale dancer?

Question:  why do I have the desire to become Mr. Classic Olympia when my body is nowhere near any of those who trained for years or decades?  I saw the bodybuilder since the 90s and see them now.  I desired to be a bodybuilder when I was younger, but now it is fat.  Now, I am training to go back to my appropriate BMI index weight.

Question: at the gym, there were dance groups - Culture Shock, etc., why I wanted to be a dancer?  The Filipino group, Culture Shock, competed.  I love to dance whenever there is a good beat. I even auditioned for rapper Shawnna, and singer Beyoncé, Dangerously in Love tour.

I applied for the Harvard University Chief Information Officer (CIO) position, but a white, female woman was selected.

I applied to the Higher Education Jobs for New York system of universities.  However, I applied for executive positions, but during the pre-screening or interview, I asked questions regarding that if I needed to be in education to get the role?  The answer was yes (twice from two different interviewers).  I unexpectedly spoke with the President Emeritus of Charleston Southern University (Charleston, South Carolina), who participates in the hiring process for other universities and colleges.

I applied again with the United States Department of Education for Income-Sensitive Repayment Plans with Great Lakes and EdFinancial/IDAPP.  I kept trying to make some type of payment, but life keeps me from paying them.  I continued to file my Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to keep the information updated and fresh.

I started my UberEats and DoorDash adventure with BlueBikes across the Greater Boston metro area exploring all the neighborhoods, North, South, East, and West.  It was super fun, stressful, and enjoyable.  However, Uber was still pushing notifications to get a car or vehicle.  Lyft, owner of Boston's BlueBikes and New York's Citibikes, was doing the same thing pushing for a vehicle.

I signed up for credible research groups in the Boston area.

I discussed with Federal Express Human Resources regarding my days off, such as June 20 and 21, 2021 personal days, July 5, 2021 float holiday, September 6, 2021 float holiday, April 4 and 5, 2021 as float holidays, May 27, 2021 personal holiday, March 28, 2021 personal day, vacation days off was April 24-30, 2022 and June 27-28, 2021 personal days.  Unfortunately, due to the incidents happened at work, I was dismissed for telling in May 2021.

1. Plaintiff filed a Boston Police Report #212023808 on April 13, 2021 (Exhibit B).

2. Garrett Sexton helped Plaintiff to file a Federal Express Corporate Workplace Violence report #C-11085290-F3F8V2 on April 13, 2021 approximately 7:30 pm EST with Fred (another FedEx manager as witness).  Mr. Sexton also took the initial written statement and sent it to FedEx Corporate Human Resources.

3. Plaintiff filed an FedEx EEOC report #175392 on April 13, 2021 approximately 8:30 pm EST.  Plaintiff was discriminated against performing his job correctly and safely because of Plaintiff's color, ethnicity, age, sex, and race.  Plaintiff is apart of the American history of those born from slave ancestors and America's violence against African-Americans.  Defendants tried to intimidate Plaintiff since he was male and should be able to take whatever the Defendants dish out without telling.  All Defendants assume as stereotypical, black male I should be fighting back or act out of character based on history of domestic violence, PTSD, and sexual violence.

4. Plaintiff filed Massachusetts State Police report #2021-0F1-016855 on April 15, 2021.  Plaintiff requested copy or Officer's business card.  Nothing nor instructions was provided.

5. Plaintiff met with FedEx corporate security officers and corporate attorney, April 20, 2021, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at 142 Harborside Drive, Boston, Massachusetts USA.  Meeting was recorded by Federal Express.

6. Plaintiff filed a United States Equal Employment Office Commission Inquiry report #523-2021-01266 on April 24, 2021 at 4:29 pm.  Plaintiff has spoke with Edward Ostolski, Anthony Pino, and Marc Hawley regarding discrimination.  Plaintiff also discussed continued retaliation by defendants for telling and communicating out all incidents, assaults, and battery.

7. Plaintiff plan to file work harassment restraining orders against existing individual human Defendants, and any new participants in the assaults and battery, and discrimination.

a.  Description of BPHC individuals from third incident.

1. Black (African-American) male, large/heavy set, 5'9”, 300 lbs or more, yellow safety vest, security wand and x-ray person, dark eyes, black hair in cornrows, BPHC employee

      b.  Witness of Plaintiff for third incident.

1. Black (Haitian male), short dreaded flat top hair, 5'5” yellow safety vest, BPHC Employee performing the duties of initial check-in of BPHC client identification.

12. Description of the activity from third incident date on  Monday, April 12, 2021.

a.  Plaintiff arrived to 112 Southampton on April 12, 2021 approximately 12:50 am.  Plaintiff checked-in or got his BPHC card scanned by black Haitian, medium build described as Witness (11.b.1.).  Plaintiff proceeded to security checkpoint.  Plaintiff sent his bag through x-ray machine.  Large, black, BPHC employee male (described in 11.a.1.) stated come through the body scan.  The large, black, BPHC employee male (described in 11.a.1.) proceeded to scan/wand the front of my body and went down to and wacked Plaintiff's right calf leg hard.  Plaintiff turned around as directed and the same BPHC employee proceeded to scan/wand the back of my body.  The large, black male went down to Plaintiff's left calf leg and wacked it in a similar position as the right leg.  Once he was done, he landed his hand on Plaintiff's shoulder and bore his entire weight down.  It was not authorized to touch Plaintiff in any form.  A Boston Police report #212023803 was filed for assault and battery (Evidence Exhibit B).   

13. The fourth incident date is Monday, April 19, 2021 approximately 12:01 am to 1:30 am.

15. Description of the activity from fourth incident date on April 19, 2021.

a. I proceeded through the security checkpoint and coming out of his check-in office was the black male described in 14.a.1., 8.a.3, and 5.a.2..  He proceeded to security wand me and swiped close down my legs to ensure I felt the wand.

16. The fifth incident date is Monday, April 19, 2021 approximately 11:00 pm to 11:59 pm.

17. Action from BPHC Employees and BPHC Police at security checkpoint on  Monday, April 19, 2021.

a.  Description of BPHC individuals from fifth incident.

1. Black (African-American/Haitian), middle age woman, attempts to act friendly, island dialect/accent, shoulder length hair or wig, wears African garments, yellow vest.

b.  Witness of Plaintiff for fifth incident.

1. BPHC, Caucasian, police officer, slender build, blond hair and curly.

c.  Evidence of BPHC employee is a photo submitted as evidence Exhibit C.

8. Description of the activity from fifth incident date on April 19, 2021.

a.   Plaintiff arrive to 112 Southampton and African-American/Haitian female was performing initial door check-in (described in 17.a.1. and in photo evidence) and security checkpoint was being performed by large black male from second incident (described 11.a.1).  The large black male, BPHC employee decided to leave the security checkpoint and ask the door check-in female to perform the security checkpoint.  The African-American female performed the bag x-ray.  The same African-American/Haitian female proceeded to perform security wanding.  While security wanding, the Caucasian BPHC police officer exits building and turned around somewhere and comes back in.  Plaintiff turned around facing the glass doors entryway (BPHC white police officer comes in) and BPHC employee female wands the back of Plaintiff, but hits Plaintiff in the head with the security wand.  

b.  Plaintiff attempted to report African-American/Haitian female on April 22, 2021 through 911.

9. On April 14, 2021, Plaintiff submitted three grievances to the Boston Public Health Commission.

10. On April 22, 2021 at 1:30 am, Plaintiff called 911 to report another assault incident and to be escorted into the 112 Southampton shelter and get through security without incident.  Two Caucasian male police officers reported for duty and escorted the plaintiff into 112 Southampton.  Plaintiff informed BPHC employee to be careful with wand.

11. On April 26, 2021 at 10:30 am, Plaintiff met with Diniz Alves, a Director of the 112 Southampton Shelter to discuss all incidents and grievances.

12. Plaintiff reserves the right under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution to make original complaint and responses public for all current and future American generations.

I am celebrating my first new year in Massachusetts during the second-third wave of the coronavirus/Covid-19 pandemic in the United States of America. I am still single bachelor.  I am working for Federal Express and staying at BPHC Southampton Street Shelter.  I applied for my first apartment or shared room in Boston for six months.  The shared room was a corner room close to the roof approximately 200 square feet.  Only one person was in the whole house of eight (8) to nine (9) rooms.  The house was cleared out because of the pandemic.  The real estate agent was an Asian female young adult with child who was trying to get the rooms rented.  I found her through craigslist and other sources of apartment hunting.  It was for the period February 1, 2021 to August 31, 2021.  The security deposit was $550.00 done by Zelle...and rent was $500 per month. I had Federal Express income, and UberEats and DoorDash income. I gave her my spiel that my credit was sub-par, but I had the income to support the rent and I never miss a rental payment.  She ran the credit check and denied me the room. She told me she was refunding the deposit.  I told her the same way I sent it...she can send it back.  My storage unit was with CubeSmart.  I tried Roomster subscription service through the Apple store.

8. Action from BPHC Employees and BPHC Police was denial of shelter in weather of below 32 degrees on Sunday, January 3, 2021.

Black (African-American) female, curvy figure, unique glasses to fit personality, hair wrapped up as if dreaded, braided, or wig, no safety vest, sits at check-in, 5'8”, maybe supervisor or assistant supervisor, 215 lbs, dresses well depends on the day (sometimes casual, sometimes professional), BPHC Employee

3. Black (African-American) male, supervisor maybe, slender, 5'8”, 180 lbs, sits at check-in, blue hoodie normally, no safety vest, black hair, haircut very low, dark colored eyes, no earrings or piercings, no visible tattoos, BPHC Employee

9. Description of the activity from second shelter restriction date on Sunday, January 3, 2021.

a.  On Sunday, January 3, 2021, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, County of Suffolk, and City of Boston tried to invoke a rule stating, “Unlabeled or non-readable labels on prescribed medicine cannot be allowed in the building.”  Please note at 112 Southampton employees enforced the rule on January 3, 2021 at the time of Plaintiff entry approximately around 11:00 pm to 12:30 am.  Plaintiff has the full video on my smartphone and saved it into the cloud and many other places.  This is 112 Southampton second time keeping Plaintiff out of the shelter and sending me into the below freezing temperatures outside.  As a new resident of Boston and with the pandemic, Plaintiff already went to all the open shelters, which stated no new residents could come in.  Other shelters completely offer no services or totally closed.  Since this is Plaintiff's first situation encountering this rule, Plaintiff offered 112 Southampton St employees to verify the medicine via Google and told them all the businesses and government agencies involved in providing the medications for my conditions.  The choices 112 Southampton St employees gave while pleading total ignorance abyss were as follows 

1. Go to hospital to get it relabeled.

2. Go to clinic to get it relabeled.

3. Leave it outside for the current drug addicts currently using drugs inside and outside shelter.

4. Cannot come in with the medication.

It is BPHC’s attempt to avert from any individual on pressing charges on dumping perfectly legal medication.  Plaintiff chose option number 4 because the medication is prescribed for me by reality of Plaintiff's life mental health issues.  Thus, the consequence for the second time by 112 Southampton Street employees leading me to hypothermia and shock, Plaintiff had to keep himself awake all night to ensure Plaintiff make it to a warm location the next morning.

The additional physical and sexual assaults of hitting continued directed toward me in my arm very hard, across my body while conversing with me.  Throughout peak season, it was random touching by people.

14. Once the initial weeks were over with everyone participating in the physical and sexual assaults, the hitting continued.  Please see Exhibit A – Dates of additional assaults.

a.  Andrew – Team Lead, Jamaican, male, 5'11”, age range 50-70, 215 lbs, medium build for age, normally on middle belt of warehouse, assaulted Plaintiff's arm very hard while arriving down the stairs from the center bridge and I called his name.

b.  Ahmed Abdillah – kept talking in casual conversation with me while hitting me. Plaintiff  do not know any reason why.

c.  Camila Salas – whenever she had a bad day and FedEx schedulers kept us together on the various belts, she kept punching my shoulders, chest, and stomach/abs for no reason.

15. Throughout peak season, it was random touching by people.

16. On COVID-19 vaccination day, Wednesday, January 20, 2021 until Sunday, January 24, 2021 , I informed my Caucasian manager, Garrett Sexton, and the warehouse deck Caucasian team lead, Ronnie, that I received my first Moderna vaccination.  However, the assaults really came in. The following happened:

a.  Ahmed Abdillah – punches made me yell at him to stop hitting and touching me.

b.  Frederick Yancy – Handler, African-American male, 6'0”, slender, age range 60-70, 195lbs, wears loud colored and matching outfits, did the shaking baby syndrome, and handshake by jerking my arms.

c.  Ernesto – Team Lead now Ramp Agent, Latino/Hispanic male, 6'1”, football build, 250lbs, age range 25-35, nicknamed Big E, black hair, normally wears short pants and short sleeve anytime of the year, performed the three way touching – salutation hand-to-hand pound, touch on arm, and then the angry punch in shoulder.

17. After yelling and the hitting stopped with certain individuals, the assaults continued with the following people:

a. Dhakari Thomas – Handler, 6'1”, 195lbs, two ear piercings, Sagittarius tattoo on arm, African-American male, normally wears sweatpants, sweat jacket, small to low cut afro, black hair, no glasses, and performed the double hard hit onto shoulders bearing his weight daily onto Plaintiff, then dropped to once a week, and stopped after Plaintiff was placed outside to work.  Locations assaults occurred in break room, in employee van, on the warehouse deck, on the warehouse conveyor belts.

b. Maria – Handler, 5'4”, blond mixed with brunette hair, black framed glasses, Latino/Hispanic, female, age range 30-45, 150lbs.  Performed assault on shoulder in break room and punch my ass  on ramp belt after saying hello.

c. Rafeal – Handler, 5'5”, age range 45-65, 155lbs, former military, Latino/Hispanic, male, normally wears black stonewashed jeans with red trim and sweatshirt.  Performed same tactics as Ahmed Abdillah while attempting to have a casual conversation and hitting Plaintiff.

d. Alex Angurita – Team Lead, 5'7”, Hispanic/Latino, male, bicycle rider, 185lbs, tan to very light skinned, black hair, normally wears athletic tights under shorts and shirts, age range 27-47.  Performed an out-of-character hard grab of Plaintiff's right arm on ramp side conveyor belt close to airplanes.

e.  Christian – Handler, 5'8”, slender, Caucasian male, age range 19-30, works casual days, wear baseball cap, wears blue jeans and sweatshirt.  Performed a hard grab or slam on Plaintiff's right arm against the ramp belt railing to grab the Plaintiff's attention for a casual conversation.

f.  Don Nash – Load Captain now Ramp Agent, Caucasian male, age range 50-65, 6'1”, 235lbs, normally wears baseball cap, wears shortpants, always wears a safety vest, dark brown eyes. Performed a hit with an emergency wand on right hand/wrist.

18. All Defendants violated the pandemic COVID-19 protocols for groups and gatherings and no six (6) feet for general conversations.

19. Plaintiff's responses to individual human Defendants were withdrawing from them, walking away, avoiding them, placing a FedEx package between us, tapping the Defendant in the same area where the hit occurred, yelling at them, telling them it arises my Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and blocking or attempting to grab the Defendants hands before touching me.

I continued getting my SARS-COVID-19 Test at Massachusetts General Hospital on 12/28/2020.  The Rapid COVID test was ordered while in the emergency room visit.  The SARS-COVID-19 PCR reference range came back negative and value was negative.  The status was final.  My blood pressure was 125/71. Weight was 150 lbs.  Temperature 97.8 degrees. Pulse is 70.  Respiration was 16. Oxygen Saturation was 100%.  Lab test completed was Pandemic Respiratory viral Order (PRO).

I continued getting my SARS-COVID-19 Test at Massachusetts General Hospital on 1/11/2021.  The Rapid COVID test was ordered while in the emergency room visit.  The SARS-COVID-19 PCR reference range came back negative and value was negative.  The status was final.  My blood pressure was 120/58. Temperature 98.5 degrees. Pulse is 64.  Respiration was 18. Oxygen Saturation was 97%.  Lab test completed was Pandemic Respiratory viral Order (PRO).

I visited Studio Optics for my very first set of glasses and vision exam on January 27, 2021. I got my first Moderna COVID-19 vaccination by BHCHP Southampton January 20, 2021.

I got my second Moderna COVID-19 vaccination by BHCHP Southampton February 17, 2021.  I went to Massachusetts General Hospital emergency room visit after this dose and get a work excuse for February 18, 2021.  I had nausea, nonintractable headache, and vaccine reaction.  Medications given was acetaminophen (Tylenol) and ondansetron (ZOFRAN-ODT).  Blood pressure was 149/92. Temperature 99.1 degrees.  Pulse was 100.  Respiration was 18. Oxygen Saturation was 95%.

I did some calculations for focusing on my small business when the federal government was offering PPP loans.  I did not take any of them.

I went Dental Associates of New England regarding dental work.

Freegal Music through the District of Columbia Public Library was soothing the hurt of the 15,000 songs music collection lost in Chicago.  Massachusetts and Boston Copley Library showed the website with ways to obtain music the same way, but I felt so uncomfortable and did not want the repeat trauma.  I can do it Europe.

I was struggling to pay the credit cards that helped me escape from South Carolina's negative impact on my life and start anew in Boston, Massachusetts.

I renewed my membership with United States Track and Field Association and Potomac Valley Track Club.

I went to CVS Minute Clinic for vaccination appointment.

Planet Fitness and Boston Police

I joined Planet Fitness because it is the most affordable and convenient locations without a vehicle, and over 2,000 locations. The Boston downtown location was the only one in Downtown Crossing.  I tried to continue my training and conditioning based on the format of the gym.  One thing in the past I have been doing was traveling from gym to gym and not observing the culture.  With no wheels and only public transportation, it made me actually paying attention to the gym culture alongside with YouTube videos making full fun of the different types of people in the gym.  The YouTube videos were spot on the various personalities of those attending the gym.  With downtown Boston culture, I started storing my items in the Men's Locker Room.  On one evening while I use the gym locker with a lock and my post about what happened at Sports and Fitness in Washington, DC, I did my training and discovered my lock was picked or unlocked.  I was furious because I just got to Massachusetts and this happens, but I retained my wallet, smartphone, and keys on my person.  With my smartphone, I called 9-1-1 and told what happened, and what was going/planning to happen if Massachusetts continue the crazy stuff I left.  9-1-1 referred me to the police department to file a report or talk to them.  I checked my locker for any items stolen.  With my smartphone, I took plenty of pictures stormed out of the gym and went straight to the Boston Police Department closest to the gym near Government Center MBTA (T) station.  I had a discussion with the on-duty BPD officer desk clerk and we talked about what happened, and I show him the pictures.  BPD Officer mentioned if nothing was stolen, then talk to gym management. I went back to Planet Fitness and spoke with staff members on duty first.  Planet Fitness staff members stated since no general security camera can be placed in the Men's Locker Room because of a violation of privacy laws.  Then, PF staff finally tells me that it has been an ongoing problem for a long time.  PF Staff recommended using the lockers in the general gym area to be watched via the security cameras.  The issue made me upset for at least a day or two, and PTSD super cautious around non-gym users.  Even to today (March 2022), the problem of theft occurs even with posted signs and verbal warnings.  On my back, I have three different types of locks on my backpack for the variety of gym lockers anywhere Planet Fitness or Crunch Fitness exists.

Voting - Presidential election

I did request the option to register to vote when I filled out my RMV driver's license and permit.  I did request an application to register to vote from the Boston Election Department.  I filled it out and sent it in several weeks before the actual cutoff deadline.  When I did not receive my voting registration card, I went directly to the Boston Election Department at City Hall to follow up and I provided all the information they needed. The Boston Election Department mentioned they could not find my address.  I said okay, then the election came and I did my first provisional ballot.  I provided everything again including my Massachusetts Driving Paper Permit with the address on it.  The Election staff performed most of the steps to get me the ballot, but failed quality check when submitting the ballot.  I did get a receipt of the placing the ballot and a vote sticker.  After the election passed, I followed up according the weeks of when to follow up to see if the vote was counted, and called the Election Department.  The election official stated my ballot or vote was not counted because the outside envelope was not signed.  Then, I received a call a few days later stating my address was a commercial address or I had to live / attend one of the nearby colleges, such as Emerson.  Most of this process was shown during my photo blog. I was disappointed, but not angry because wherever Boston says, "No," as a resident, I know I can rely on my other residencies for voting in future elections.  However, the law is vote only once.

Thanksgiving holidays

Thanksgiving during the pandemic was a little different and never seen before.  I am not cooking for anyone. I was eating with the homeless people at different shelters.  I was invited to spend Thanksgiving festivities at a Muslim Somalian friend and their special social circle.  This invite felt okay and weird.  It was not my standard normal invite, but I was grateful.  I tried to see others during the weekend, but it was full of no-shows thus bringing my project management and previous experiences to eliminate the bullsh*t. The friend and their cousin tried to cook.  I brought the drinks and snacks.  It was good, but not knocking the friend.  It was a literal, government-public-housing-unemployed-or-underemployed event that I have never experienced in my entire life with the exception of the extended, not-DNA-tested- maternal-side-of-the-family cousins that moved from South Carolina to Jersey City and Newark area.  I am not talking to much about the New Jersey and New York families because via my photoblog you can see in reality on how I made decisions for my families, and separating the OLD from the NEW.  Those NJ and NY families made decisions for their lives and I am a grown man making my own decision for my life.  The pictures or memories of the extended cousins of NJ and NY families were in my storage drives and taken so please note I am in no mood to see, hear, speak, or care about them.  Back to my friend, the public housing location was okay, but needs to be updated.  My acquaintance did show me how to wash clothes in the bathtub, which gave me PTSD of my African-American ancestors washing clothes in the big, round grey, metal bins.  At the time of my birth or coming to South Carolina from Washington, DC, my grandmother and cousins up their private dirt road had the metal bins. It was funny how clothes were being recycled at my friend's home.  To wash my clothes (which was not needed because I do laundry every other week), they gave me clothing from a previous guest who left items behind.  It was cool.  My acquaintance was disappointed when I did not provide them sexual satisfaction after their own internal fighting of let me do what I do or not (which went on all day and night).  I could not sleep. Their attraction to me was my body, muscles, and my role, and I was their second person to help them change roles and begin the process of them being in that role.  My acquaintance did place the coat hook inside my coat and I did not discover it until a few days later by Southampton Street Shelter security.  While they were doing their continuous internal fighting with self, they tried to put me out or wanted me to leave at midnight and I told them I could not, but I can leave at 5 am.  What happened is that I checked-in to the Southampton Street Shelter and got my bed, but that is when my associate decided to invite me over for Thanksgiving festivities.  So at Southampton Street Shelter, once I passed security check and check-in to receive a bed, there is no checking out until the next day.  If I do happen to leave after check-in with a bed, then I cannot come into the shelter until the next day.  I thought about the weather, which was bitter cold. I was angry, but we texted later as with all other acquaintances it fizzled out to absolutely no communication.

Covid-19 testing

As I previously mentioned, South Carolina hospitals, doctors, nurses, and licensed professionals never really tested me for the coronavirus, but recommended that any pandemic symptoms that go to the emergency room.  I never felt any symptoms so when I got to Massachusetts and stayed in the city-managed shelter called Southampton Street Shelter, the health care management team from McInnis Health Group Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program conducted the first test for me in October 2020. The October 2020 test result was negative. I am listening and performing all the precautions as the CDC, federal, state, county, and city officials state what to do. Even though, this is a November 2020 post, some December 2020 stuff is going to be stated.  Giving credit where it is due, Southampton and MHG BMC BHCHP were having continuous testing every two weeks at an inconvenient day and time from October 2020 and I heard most of them or saw flyers.  Giving failure where it is due, the virus came out in February/March 2020 and testing came out in May 2020 based on South Carolina residency. I came to Massachusetts in August 2020. Restrictions in place, but no regular testing was happening at the shelters, gyms, or any public places requiring it. These are excerpts from the civil case filed in May/June 2021 (please note this case or the fighting is still going on).

The first shelter restriction date is Tuesday, December 1, 2020.  The first surge of scientific and political data creates emergency orders across all cities, towns, and counties in Massachusetts to get tested.

Description of the activity first shelter restriction date on Tuesday, December 1, 2020

a.  Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 12 midnight to 1:30 AM – Plaintiff arrived to 112 Southampton St, Boston, MA after my day of normal activities.  Please note Plaintiff have slept at 112 Southampton St for 85% of time since September 2020 with no issues.  Plaintiff encountered a white male at check-in stating Plaintiff needed a recent COVID-19 test in order to stay there for the night.  Later, he stated they did testing all day at 8am, 3pm, and 6:30pm and Plaintiff needed a wristband or white paper stating negative.  The weather is heavy rain, windy, and cold.  So Plaintiff went to my smartphone to retrieve my results, of course, McInnis Health Group patient portal was down, but Plaintiff already kept a screenshot.  Plaintiff showed the guy my screenshot and he stated in the test had to be in the last 48 hours.  Then, a black guy came and stated if whoever did not have a test in the last 48 hours could not stay there until the COVID-19 test is done.  BPHC Police is standing around and guarding the door while myself and others stand there.  So I told the white guy and everyone present, “You better cover your ass.” All this action should have been captured on camera.  Plaintiff left and stated, “I am going to get you what you want.” And at the door BPHC Police black man guarded the door, Plaintiff asked, “Who or what names stated I cannot stay at the shelter?”  The BPHC Police black man stated it is the supervisor.

b.  Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 1:30 AM to 2:00 AM – Plaintiff walked to Massachusetts General Hospital.  Plaintiff got my test and stayed overnight.  In the COVID-19, the staff was able to do extra and extensive testing, including chest ex-ray.  Same test conduct via nasal swab came back negative

c. Tuesday, December 1, 2020 – Plaintiff returned to 112 Southampton with his results, but no one wanted to see them.

d.  Wednesday, December 2, 2020 – Since Plaintiff already knew the McInnis Health Group conducted the testing, Plaintiff went and got tested there too.  The test came back negative too.

Workforce and Housing Appointment

St. Francis House provided an opportunity to help those receive a small income check on getting job training after workforce or resident displacement.  Laymen's terms is getting the druggies, alcoholics, chronically ill, and/or mentally ill back into the workforce by receiving technology training, resume creation, and how to prepare for job interviews while St. Francis provide a small paycheck for attendance.  I did interview for the program and was provided two avenues.  After evaluation of my information, in addition, to working for Federal Express, the instructor (which I did the same position at Byte Back in Washington, DC) told me I was overqualified or I had to be waitlisted to be selected because the program was so popular, and St. Francis had to adhere to pandemic group restrictions.  I was not selected for either program despite all the issues I had in life in restarting my life and my career.

Corporate America Industry

The onsite jobs moving from onsite to remote.  The job requirements were repetitive as ever from a new recruiter from the same company.  During my mental illness, I could not keep up with spammed and bombardment of information coming from all the places I sent my resume.  I started unsubscribing from the subscriptions when I thought I was coming up to be President of something, so this was the United States government newsletters, different states, etc., from GovDelivery subscription services.  At this time, I rarely got called for interviews for the remote positions.  At this time or even in the past, the recruiters are continuously screening for application programmers if any type of language is mentioned in your resume.  Presently, the Microsoft technologies opened up to so many different flavors of languages...thus means if a 10-year old decides to create a programming language or application...it can be snapped up and merged into the main technology.  The new job description is the main technology plus a billion different languages or requirements that are hardly being used.  My subscription with Microsoft Office 365 ended when the American Express Business Credit closed.  However, I had to plan how to best use the most productive and most likely to pay subscription services for which online properties serve me best.  Microsoft and Google implemented a policy that any data stored in the cloud with two years of inactivity is automatically deleted.  I found that out with one of my alternative secondary storage accounts, went through the email, and open up OneDrive and the information (very little storage) was not there and opened up brand new.  Again, back to the workforce, I was also excited for remote because I thought about companies like WeWork and other remote office companies.

Federal Express

I was hired by Federal Express Air Freight Express Services for the Boston Ramp in October 2020.  I initially was excited, but the physical assaults and sexual assaults by twenty (20) or more employees were annoyed and unexpected for a minimum wage paying job.  Excerpt from May/June 2021 civil case (please note this case is still going on):

During the first initial weeks on the FedEx Boston Ramp, street side, warehouse conveyor belt near freight trucks and Harborside Drive, I was physically assaulted with angry punches to the upper body, such as on the arms, biceps, elbow, shoulders, back near kidney, chest (pectoral area), stomach, and abdominal area from October 20, 2020 to November 12, 2020 between the hours of 5:00 pm to 11:30 pm EST, Sunday through Thursday.  I was hired as a Material Handler, so eventually I would be able to unload and reload the FedEx planes and drive the airport vehicles outside the warehouse.

During the same time October 26, 2020 to November 19, 2020, I was sexually assaulted with a continued swipe across both buttocks with arms and hands from individual human defendants and defendants who are no longer with FedEx totaling 20 or more people.  Just name some of the people during the October to December 2020 time frame was Brianna, Samson, Claire, Ahmed, Camila, Kiki, Kiki's best work friend, Claire's work buddy that was not me.

All Federal Express employees, even though we were essential workers, were violating the pandemic COVID-19 for groups and gatherings, and no six (6) feet for general conversations.

Self-Defense in Massachusetts

At this time, I moved to a state and location where I did not know anyone and did not want to directly pounce, ultimate fighting combat, beat-their-motherf*cking-ass, SouthEast Washington Highlands/NorthWest Georgia Ave-Petworth Washington, DC, Berkeley County South Carolina, Atlanta, Georgia, 30 years of gym and shooting guns, f*ck them up, send-them-early-to-get-a-disability-check personality to take place without giving a benefit of doubt how Massachusetts does touching, hand pounding, handshakes, physical contact, etc. without consent or any manners.  Again, I let Massachusetts physical contact continue go on for a good year and a half until I changed the game.  Yes, today I still feel this way, but it is a little lighter (1% percent lighter) still working on setting Massachusetts straight.  Please note New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland, Washington, DC, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Illinois, and Florida already saw this personality for real.  The reason the original fighting personality still exists because the anger shifted FROM slavery and civil rights striving to achieve American dream TO real personable loss plus March 26-April 3, 2016.

As my normal routine goes, I start doing the information systems, paperwork, and process to go through most federal, state, county, and city systems to get my information known to the state.

I did start walking Boston area at the same time I did purchase the Lyft's BlueBikes membership.  I have owned my own bicycle so I wanted to try something different.  The adventures of Lyft begun.  I had a Lyft account since Washington, DC, but the problem has always been that I did not have a vehicle to transport passengers.  I re-filled out my application, but I did not have a Massachusetts driver's license.

I went to seek out medical services, the first encounter was the Boston Medical Center's McInnis Health Group, Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program. This is the first encounter with the Massachusetts State Department of Health.  I became a member of the MassHealth insurance and community public plan.  I received a thorough initial testing and reporting of being associated with the Mass and Cass drug-infested, public nuisance community.  I got my first drug toxicology report.  This is my first time seeing all the types of drugs in the medical field that was not health or chemistry class.  You will see it in my medical and health post.  It was a unique phone registration process.  My primary care physician recommended Truvada again.  I did take the medication for HIV prevention. My STD, STI, and HIV full panel was negative.  I was speaking with Snow Company - Gilead - MyStory marketing campaign.  Unfortunately, the MyStory marketing campaign did not work out as expected as if the expectation was for me to become HIV positive, lose a kidney, or lose a liver while on the medication or something.  It is slightly hard to do with an above average, healthy person.  Later on, I was selected for the Gilead Sciences PrEP Advisory Community Board.  I was paid an honorarium and it was an informative three hour session.

Next department was Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV).  I guess this is the England version of Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) that is known across the rest of the United States.  However, the pandemic sure changed a whole lot of process.  The RMV was partially open and the lines were long.  I went to the Haymarket location.  I am still not use to the neighborhood names and locations.  Following the same pattern that I did in Connecticut, I  registered for the permit, then get the driver's license.  I had my recently expired Washington, DC driver's license, which came in handy everywhere that required a government ID.  I felt so good that having an expired driver's license made it pointless to steal wallet or use ID.  The PTSD situation from lost wallet made me continuously trim down wallet.  I did download and read the Massachusetts RMV manual several times via smartphone PDF. I did have the eye exam at the Haymarket location.  The Massachusetts learner's permit exam was not held onsite so I was permitted to take the exam at a random computer.  I went straight to FedEx Office and use the computer system there.  I barely passed on first try.  In order to be environment friendly I guess, my learner's permit was a paper for the driving test - non endorsed, which means I did not get a hard copy permit like other states.  I scheduled the first driver's test in November 2020.  Massachusetts driver's test require a sponsor, which a third person in the vehicle while taking your driving test.  My sponsor came from Chinatown neighborhood called Boston Metro Driving School.  Since I visited Brockton, I knew that location and scheduled the driving test.  When I scheduled it, the paper stated November 10, 2020, but on my calendars I had November 11, 2020 for some odd reason.  My sponsor took me and we reviewed the paper.  I was pissed and lost out of $250 for the sponsor, $35 for the driving test, and the Brockton RMV was closed on Veteran's Day.  The Massachusetts RMV did have learner's permit expiration for two years.  Since I was angry and mad, I waited until closer to my expiration date to re-take the driver's road test and got the same sponsor school.

Next department was Department of Mental Health.  I had to get to DMH before I have DMH do me.  I realized in life that the departments I did not use or see growing up comes out in way that I least expect or experienced it.  I had a great time filling out packets of paperwork to get all the medical and health experiences from all the other states into this system.  Something new that I encountered was a two-way authorization for the transference of information.  I was like uh-oh this should be fantastic synchronization of all the states that were part of medical and health issues.  On every form, I made sure to check everything.  The case file or information system should be overloaded and stacked to the from floor to ceiling.  Massachusetts DMH did not provide any specific services because I already had set Arbour Counseling Services for psychiatric care and therapy, Massachusetts General Hospital for psychiatric care, primary care physician, STD/HIV testing, and emergency services, and McInnis Health Group BMC BHCHP for primary care physician, emergency services, and HIV/STD testing.  I spoke to someone twice regarding the information packet and services needed.  Everything was being done by postal mail.

Next was CVS Minute Clinic for my third HPV (Gardasil-9) shot, only CVS could have seen this one to reach me before vaccination age expiration.  I had to travel to the Harvard (Cambridge) neighborhood to get the vaccine dose.

Next since Massachusetts was a big research domain, I applied for several Boston Clinical Trials regarding my mental health issues.  I also tried the FaceBook heavily advertised OpenBiome, this was interesting to get paid for bowel movements to transplant in diseased patients.  I did the interview and filled out the paperwork.  However, I did not meet the criteria and got banned for life. OpenBiome did fulfill their bargain with an Amazon gift card.

Next finding a job, of course, since FedEx South Carolina in my previous post did not work, I gave FedEx Boston Logan International Airport a try.  I had my interview along with someone else. It was an okay interview.  However, a young, Black male that was with me during the same time and left the same time, was going through his issues and gave plenty of concern about having clean urine for the drug exam.  I really did not what to say.  I kept to myself on the Airport bus to the MBTA (T) station Blue Line.  This is one of my last W-2 positions. I never saw that individual rambling off ever again.

Next department was Boston Public Library.  Copley Square was beautiful and big, but most of it was closed to the public.  I applied for the library's e-card services, then I had to use my paper driver's permit to get an actual library card.  The computer reservations had to be scheduled several days in advance.  It was on laptops.  I did not have my own computer yet because it was a delayed purchase waiting for the pandemic stimulus help.

Uber and DoorDash worked me all over Boston and Greater Boston neighborhoods.  It was a little hard to get acclimated to the Boston streets because they did not follow the format of Washington, DC, New York City, Atlanta, or Chicago.  Massachusetts was still white (Caucasian) as my research indicated.  The minorities (African-Americans, Latinos, Migrants, and Immigrants) were in the Southern neighborhoods like Dorchester, Roxbury, Roxbury Crossing and East neighborhoods like East Boston.  I am still waiting for reality to hit to see who is affording the $3500 rent for a one-bedroom Boston or Boston suburb apartments, $1,500,000 mortgages, and I had a townhome of 3800 square feet for $3500 mortgage payment in the city.  It seems like community is the theme in Boston, Massachusetts; in which, no one actually got to know anyone, but at least be cordial, respectful, and treat each other with dignity and communicate.  I think that is what Connecticut had too, but life did not let me stay there too long or just off and on because it was harder.
