Out of 47+ of my civil or criminal cases, I was never asked by a judge or clerk regarding my personal details of a vacation or anyday to set a court date.  Eastern Housing Court personnel went outside their job responsiblities when a court date landed on my South Carolina vacation.  Here is the letter addressed to the clerk.  I also sent internal and external complaints for every police report I filed and the one the state trooper filed.  The application and complaint is coming out of Boston Municipal Court at 24 New Chardon Street, 6th Floor, Boston, MA 02114.  No US Mail envelope or email receipt was not produced on how the State Trooper got the Motion of Continuance without my personal details.

Boston Police Detective Keith P. Kaplan mentioned I can use any colorful language including profanity for self-defense, just no active shooter content given the current environment. Boston Police Officer Natasha Lajara agreed and talked with me also.

I was able to send approximately twenty (20) criminal applications back to Massachusetts on the people and organizations that did me since August 2020.  It feels real good for therapy in handling my issues.  I also sent a big civil case involving the federal, state, and city government for the incident.

My adrenaline is very high daily and I am pushing more weight than my personal record.  I spent New Year's Eve and New Year's Day all day workouts and sore as hell.

It was a pleasure speaking with you today, 11/17/2023 approximately 10:00 am.  I am the African-American male that is a part of Collins vs SplitSpot case and Collins vs Pine Street Inn case.

The issue is with the Collins vs SplitSpot case.  I was speaking with a latino woman regarding the case.   The case had hearing dates.  I have not been getting all the notifications on the case.  The October 2023 hearing mailed to me, but no information on date being change.  The November 2023 date was issued on my personal vacation week.  I came in person on October 2023 hearing date thinking it was a hearing.  The latino woman informed me the hearing was moved to November 2023.  I informed the latino woman November 2023 date falls on my personal vacation or I will be out-of-town.  The latino woman asked for a written Motion of Continuance.  The latino woman illegally asked for personal information about the personal vacation to submit with my Motion of Continuance.  I told her, “No.” I do not want to provide that information.  [HINDSIGHT/HIDDEN THOUGHT: Post traumatic stress disorder and schizophrenia from New York City incident.]  However, the latino woman said she would follow up with a phone call or approval letter from the Judge.  A whole week and a half went by with no phone call or letter follow up before my approaching vacation.  Thus, out of anger, I submitted an electronic copy of Motion of Continuance with consequences if my personal information is misused in any way reflecting back to New York City incident.  I have physically purchased my Paris 2024 Olympic tickets, waiting for my volunteer to Paris 2024 Olympic games application results, have obtained my United States passport, reserved my French lodging, and purchased my AirFrance tickets from Boston Logan to Charles De Gaulle airport. 

Massachusetts repeated the same situation just like the New York City incident.  Someone from your office extracted from the electronic Motion of Continuance’s only the portion with the consequence of wrongful misuse of my personal information and sent it the Massachusetts State Trooper Joseph A. Middleton, #1544 (250 Leverett Circle, Boston, MA 02114) on October 5, 2023.  An application for Criminal Complaint was made by Boston Municipal Court.  I had the initial hearing today, November 17, 2023 at 9 am.

Yesterday, November 16, 2023, I spoke with a white male Caucasian about the incident and requested how to make a grievance, and “Was it in their job responsibilities to ask for personal information to change a court hearing date?”  Friday, November 17, 2023, I spoke with you for more details.

Your question: “Whether I want you to respond and how to resolve this?”  Since the cop Joseph A. Middleton, State Trooper #1544 (250 Leverett Circle, Boston, MA 02114) is taking the fall.  I want you to respond via phone call to me at (617) 955-0689 with a written letter follow up to 198 Tremont St, Suite 335, Boston, MA 02116 USA.

How to resolve this: 

While my application for felony threat to commit a crime is being processed, then I want the latino woman on administrative leave with pay.

My next hearing is January 4, 2024 in front of a judge, if my case goes public and the charge becomes public costing me all my freedoms, independence, Paris 2024 Olympics and relocation to France, my employment opportunities, public assistance benefits, housing opportunities, educational opportunities along with already obtained four business degrees, and everything else, then I am requesting the latino woman to be fully terminated without benefits and severance pay.

I still have the housing cases to proceed with, but please make sure she avoids me at all costs.  I have no problem requesting someone else like I did today.  Please do not share any additional personal details with the latino woman or anyone outside this letter other than your supervisor, director, attorney general, or mayor.

Had Zumba at La Vie at Millennium Place in Boston, Massachusetts

I met my BCBS new primary care physician at Boston Medical Center.  I got my Monobivalent COVID-19 booster and tested for HIV/STD panel. I also got refills on my medications, Banophen, Zyprexa, and Truvada.  I met the preceptor over the resident doctor.  I went back to BMC Psychiatry to attempt to re-establish care.  Unfortunately, after six months or more disconnect, I have to get a referral from my PCP.  My BMC BCBS PCP mentioned Psychology Today was a good resource for therapists.  I did make the recommended two or three calls to connect with a therapist or psychologist in my area.  My initial HIV test came out negative - HIV Ag/Ab Combined Qualitative - Result Non-Reactive.  My basic metabolic panel came out on the normal ranges. My Calcium was 9.3 mg/dl (normal range 8-10.5 mg/dl).  My CO2 was 22.0 mmol/l (normal range 19-28 mmol/l).  My Chloride was 108 mmol/l (normal range 98-110 mmol/l).  My Glucose was 85 mg/dl (normal range 70-100 mg/dl). My Potassium was 4.3 mmol/l (normal range 3.1-5.3 mmol/l).  My Sodium was 136 mmol/l (normal range 135-145 mmol/l).  My Urea Nitrogen (BUN) was 10 mg/dl (normal range 7-25 mg/dl).  My Creatinine was 0.95 mg/dl (normal range is 0.7-1.3 mg/dl).  My Estimated GFR value was >90 mL/min/1.73_m2 (normal value >59 mL/min/1.73_m2). My anion gap without potassium was 6 (normal range is 7-16).  I weighed 171 lbs (77.8 kg) with all my layered clothing on. My blood pressure was 115/74.  My body mass index is 27.71.  My temperature is 97.6 F (36.4 Celsius).  My oxygen saturation is 99%.  My pulse is 51.

GymIt had the special needs people clean the equipment or gym areas under supervision.  It is a neat idea to employ or utilize the mental and physically challenged.

CVS Pharmacy is fantastic as usual with my refills and those variety of coupons keep me in the store.

General Motors is fighting back and forth to clear its name in the Collins vs Kyambade et al., case.

Christmas and Kwanzaa was nice at my AirBnb for the winter.  My superhost was amazing and surprising me on AirBnb features and highly physically active in his 70s.  We had discussions regarding on Boston's real estate, eating and drinking the best foods to stay healthy, giving wars, our family history, providing boundaries and space, having meals together, similar train of thought that family can be the people currently physically surrounding us, house chores, and house rules.  I am so surprised that it took four years after and during all the fighting, and at the time I am leaving that the Greater Boston area decides to show hospitality from a Harvard graduate/alumnus.

South Carolina Vacation

South Carolina State University Bulldogs Die Hard Supportive Fans was sitting, and weathering the cold and rain, and watching the SCSU Bulldogs 17 vs Morgan State 20 last home game. I stayed all four quarters.  It was Band Day and Buddy Pough Day.  I still took my photos in the rain and frozen hands.  I ate a chili and cheese hot dog and did a special request to add jalapenos.  Belcher Hall is the School of Business and where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness.  I also pledged Phi Beta Lambda Business Fraternity.

South Carolina State University Meet and Greet Alumni Event started without a hitch and on time. Great location and venue.  SCSU Alumni Relations planned a very good event.  I had a good time getting to know some of the alums and fraternity brothers.  The DJ was jamming. The bartender was doing the drinks...you might get a little tipsy.  I only had cranberry-orange juice. I can't do alcohol.  Thanks, SCSU Alumni Relations.  I tried to watch the SCSUNAA Alumni Stellar Calendar event on FaceBook, but disconnected since I am not in it.  Good times traveling down Russell Street and down US 301 to try to see Cross High versus Allendale-Fairfax High School - SC High School Football Playoffs.

The day and the life of a substitute teacher. I had 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 9th through 12th. Thanks for the opportunities - Reeves Elementary, Beech Hill Elementary, Sand Hill Elementary, Newington Elementary, and Ashley Ridge High. I learned some new methods on managing kids, getting work out of them, build in positive reinforcement, and masking punishment. For the younger kids, the emoji stick 😐 😐 face destroys their whole world if they do not get a smiley face at the end of the day.  For older teens, the importance of respecting a substitute teacher when over 50% of the class decides to use the restroom, go to office, go to media center, or recover a lost item.  I was happy to start introducing a one-by-one concept of line and numbering each of them.

Spent quality time with a dear friend Darron Denmark . You really do not know someone unless you physically and literally spend time with them. Good times...parallel lives and three intersections...two in Atlanta, Georgia and one in Columbia, SC. Thanks for your service, Mr. Denmark. Much love ❤️🥰🖤💚, my strong brother.

South Carolina State University Homecoming Week 2023 is in the books. The football game was a nail biter to the end - SCSU 27 vs Howard 24.  The SCSU Marching 101 band was larger and played beautifully. The guest band Jonesboro Georgia High School Marching Band.  The scoreboard played nice and loud.  ESPN got the HBCU show of a great time. The classic chants played, old school music, and new school music played throughout the entire time at the game.  The cheerleaders had great spirit and large group, but it was a shame to remain only on one side or section when the past cheerleader groups took school spirit on all appropriate sections.  I visited Beta Delta of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. tailgate tent and ran into Ogunna and Pugh, and met a new brother Wes, and saw Terry Holmes.  I never reached SCSU Track and Field tailgate.  I ran into more classmates and good peoples.  I attempted to get a photo with The Honorable James Clyburn.  The Clyburn cameraman could not take the photo on a smartphone after two tries, but I got to shake his hand and see him in person after 28 years when I personally visited his office in Washington, DC in 1995.  For President Conyers, I shook his hand, but he did not know me so I can understand brushing off someone you do not know or heard of in taking a photo.  Bulldogs on the Run was a great success and running into my Freshman year roommate and classmate, Andrew Lawton and my SCSU track and field teammates, Linnell Cooper and Donald Cooper, and the family.  I ate my first Lawton's Chicken Sausage biscuit I came in 5th in my age group for Bulldogs on the Run.  Thanks Nike+ for the encouragement per mile.  It was my very first outside run in the cold since SCSU Men's Track and Field practices. Coach Jeffries gave me my 30 second conversation and a cherished photo.  It was good for my mental health with all the love, excitement, and laughter shared among my peoples.  I ran into Mrs. Heyward, Cross High Librarian, and a Ravenell brother from Pineville, South Carolina. I found Planet Fitness and walked through the Prince of Orange Mall.

Another eventful day at SCSU Homecoming.  I picked up my race packet for Bulldogs on the Run from some classmates.  It was good getting some Randolph Italian Ice.  I went on campus of South Carolina State University to check out the student center and student plaza.  I captured some of the memories of The Dungeon in Dukes Gymnasium from 5am and 6am gym workout for SCSU Track and Field.  I saw a women's volleyball game going on in Dukes Gymnasium.  I took some photos of the Whittaker Library and Alpha Phi Alpha shrine.  My last event was the SCSU S.T.A.T.E. Club Fish Fry Cookout on Felton Field.

It has been 25 years stepping back into Smith-Hammond-Middleton Memorial Arena on the campus of South Carolina State University.  Quite a few physical changes to the campus. Congratulations to New tradition of Mister South Carolina State University and the long time standing tradition of Miss South Carolina State University. A flood of memories of giving speeches, sport games, classes, and dancing at that facility. Miss SCSU JaMelia Baylor-Stroud, Sam Hinton, and I chuckled over the good times and kept critiquing our generation versus today's generation. Beta Delta of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. started the stepping or stroll to the current theme song. They were lit.  Go Bulldogs! 1896. Congratulations to all the Kings and Queens, and their supporters.

One major change is the tailgating has gotten so big that I missed the social component.  JaMelia did call and ask where was I while I was driving back to my hotel, but the old times when SCSU had a game, the day just ended with the game and I thought everyone just pack up and gone home.  This was not the case.  A definite lesson learned from SCSU Homecoming.

I went to HearUSA as a part of a contractual benefit with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. When healthcare insurance provides hearing screening as a benefit...wow! Thank God I still can hear after all the loud noises from warehouse work, partying and nightclub, family and friends arguments, EMS and anything with a siren. No raising hands to say I can hear, I have to yell out the words from inside sound box.

I went to Studio Optics for my second vision examine.  We, the doctor and I, went through the various glasses.  I made my selection and order, but the doctor is simply waiting for payment to place the order.

I renewed my membership with USA Track and Field Association and Potomac Valley Track Club.

The United States Department of Defense (Department of the Navy) closed the federal tort claim and stated to sue in the federal court.

I had my Boston Housing Authority Public Housing final interview.  Rosanna Ramirez stated they needed more information and updated information to state I am eligible for public housing.  I sent them Citibank information because they were apart of the problem.  I sent them a 110 page legal document showing my housing for the past 2.5 years and everything that happened.  I stopped showing any income. I signed a release of information document for Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance and Pine Street Inn.  The young lady still requesting up-to-date banking, income, and housing information.  I asked her, "Who is seeing all these documents or show me the information system this information is going in?"  She lied and said, "Only her and her supervisor."  Tell me I am crazy for sending all my personal and professional information to the fourth BHA employee.  I do not know where my information is stored or being sent.  The property is not brand new, no amentities, no assurance of security, none of BHA is my friends or family, and still have to pay some type of rent on a sliding scale.  None of the information from previous interviews and request for information was not even mentioned.

SplitSpot settled their side of the lawsuit for $1400, which is less than what I gave them.  I told Ernesto Gaxha to not pull an AT&T situation, which is AT&T went bankrupt, kept the name, and rise as a new company with same name.  Ernesto Gaxha, the President and CEO, of SplitSpot gave me courtesy call because the company went bankrupt and riddled in debt, and was bought by another company.

I had my SplitSpot case hearing, which is left with the roommates and the insurance company.  I stood my ground and stated, "I oppose the Motion to Dismiss and hold all allegations true to each one of them."

I submitted my United States Department of Education's Total and Permanent Disability Application to discharge my student loans held by Nelnet.

I finally started my new group exercise instructor position at Boston Sports Club/New York Sports Club/Town Sports International.  I had my first Zumba class. I shadowed another instructor for Total Body Conditioning.  The group exercise manager mentioned needed Les Mills BodyPump instructors.  I am torn because my goal was BodyCombat, but the gym wants BodyPump.  I am practicing my second full routine of Zumba.

I like the Blue Cross Blue Shield referral request system on HMO plans.  I finally understand how it works.

I followed the Paris 2024 Volunteer Instagram.  I got a response to volunteer application and got accepted for the 2024 Paris, France Olympics and Paralympics.

I joined a Zoom call with the Alpha Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. regarding the Alpha Light Fund and Alpha House being built in Ithaca, New York.

With data breaches, a company called WellTok informed of Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) data breach. As a part of proactivity, they offered and I signed up for the Experian  IdentityWorks product and service.

I got rejected or turned down by Paris 2024 employment staff, it seems in part with Randstad of France.  I guess it was because I was not legally authorized to work in France without living there.

I had to process plenty of US mail when I returned from my South Carolina vacation.

I am responding to all the motions to dismiss, which taking plenty of time.

I am still getting most of my physical workouts in for stress and anger management.

December 16th was a decent day until a tall and large kid that do not run the 200m dash trips and rolled right in my lane 2. My final time was 29s, when I was on pace for 26s chasing kids down. The TRACK at New Balance USATF New England Indoor Season Opener never a dull moment.

December 26th was okay at the New Balance USATF Night at the Track.  I registered and ran the 60m like I stated my time 8.82s.  I was bloated with food, fruit, and drink.  My body must think it is still on vacation...the pounds are trying to creep back on.  I had to set my alarms again to begin waking up at 5:30 AM EST.

The Maryland arrest was alluded to in Journal Entry 29.

The date and time was October 30, 2008 to November 7, 2008. 

As my head was spinning out of control and blackouts were occurring while at 3222 Theodore R Hagans Dr NE, Washington, DC, I had a flight moment to leave 3222 Theodore R Hagans Dr NE and head up Route 1 to New York City.  I only made it as far as Halethorpe, Maryland on foot because it was the I-95 and Route 1 junction. 

I was on Interstate 95 hitchhiking, but my mind was spinning out of control and I could not speak for some reason in which depression took a hold of me.

A white female Maryland state trooper stopped and was asking questions.  I was not in a frame of mind to respond.  My head a spinning along with my vision of seeing everything fast.  While on Interstate 95, I wandered into the road like supposedly a suicide, but all the cars and trucks slowed down.  Men got out of their trucks and cars.  Everyone was asking me questions, “Was I alright?”, “What is my name?”, etc.  They were talking among each other.  Then all I remember fast was all four (4) men took a long time to pin me down.  Then, I was still being asked the same questions and no response from me.  The officer ask the men were they alright.  The officer asked one of the men whose arm was across my mouth during the pin down, “Is your arm alright?”  All I know, I had my Invisalign retainers on and my mouth was closed.

The white female officer called the ambulance while I was handcuffed and I went to MedStar Harbor /Franklin Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.  While at MedStar Harbor /Franklin Hospital, I remember seeing on television the election of President Barack Obama.  I could not vote that year.  I was still handcuffed to the bed while screaming similar to my panic attacks, anxiety, etc.  The hospital made the classification of schizophrenia and the doctor used some dye to ensure no aneurysms or brain damage.

The white female officer was still by my bedside making her report.  I remember the handcuffs came off before transported to Sheppard Pratt Adult Inpatient Care in Ellicott City, Maryland.  Nothing else heard of since then.

I moved to Connecticut in February 2012.  As leasing companies were doing criminal background checks, Maryland arrest charge appeared stating Second Degree Assault (a felony).  I hired David Krum, Attorney at Law, to get the charge dropped.  The actual report stated I bit someone.  We were successful and got the charge expunged.  If you pull any criminal background and it states Anne Arundel county equals blank, then the charge was Second Degree Assault (a felony).  Maryland did state I could not sue the state for any problems occurred during expungement.  I went through the entire process of expungement, but lost the original paperwork and kept an electronic copy on my storage drives which was lost in Chicago, Illinois – April 3, 2016.

Words, just words…I am facing the fears of my psychological foundations while standing still, moving nowhere, little materialism, zero purpose accounts closing, old school and new school social networks running, and stopped doing distractions that has no purpose or result.  Down to the final three (3) states of my routine travel schedule, Massachusetts, Georgia, South Carolina, plus United States of America Track and Field (USATF) Association track meets to cities and states I never been to or have little record of me.   Eliminated or downsized and letting go – New York (Over Words, not mad or angry, but solidified my travel schedule, supports my 2030 decision, and making sure my United States passport comes out pristine) and Illinois (Over Storage Drives). Words, just words.  Year eight (8) count down from ten (10).  "Yep, they did Manley Marvell Collins ya'll."

 

Family, Friends, Acquaintances, Co-Workers, Associates, Fraternity Brothers, Classmates, and Teammates:

 

The Federal Government and State Government are still using me as a communication tool to reach folks not paying attention to regular media and apply updated laws.  Laws were updated for the use of technology and words in the English language in the United States of America.  One line of statement out of frustration directed at a large banking company for something the large banking company caused/did got me in trouble for trying to do different.

 

This type of pattern in my life of people or organizations doing something to get an out-of-character response has been happening since I was born.  I was telling the folks or organizations that suppose to help fix the problem, but no one listened except for this one frustrating statement to make me fear for my life and scared me a lot.  For all those like me that grew up with various forms of technology and different television shows, federal and state laws are updated/updating to include email, social media, texting, online or 800 number customer service, not to say things that make another person uncomfortable even if they are the cause of the problem, issue, and/or frustration.  All this because I did not know.

 

All folks out there using and learning the English language make sure to use the delete, undo, disappearing, etc., features, or mix the language with other languages.  Get creative, and I will continue telling, showing, doing, and sharing in English while in the United States of America.  USA dislikes me pulling out of everything that I discovered I will never be and USA never confirmed anything told or shared involving USA processes.  My question, "Why am I still being done?" , "Why am I being kept in USA after I physically could not keep my materialistic stuff, the surmounting barriers placed to do different, and nothing I cannot change as one (1) counted person out of 332, 811,821 counted Americans?"  Again, "Why am I still being done?"

The frustration was no one in the Citibank financial center or over the 800 number was telling me what was on happening on my account.

Now for all the frustration and I still went to NYC to celebrate birthday, I got ten (10) to eleven (11) plain clothes, Caucasian, officers trying to take me down; a holding cell to ensure nothing happened for remainder of birthday week; the officers took my USB thumb drive and SD card containing the documents above plus all data from laptop, cloud, and email (no search warrant, but I do not care) – no social media posts – no cloud or email information - which has no physical or circumstantial evidence to support any of the charges placed or the frustration statement; and follow up court dates for unknown decision for Words, Just Words.

 Follow up to the situation

The New York situation brought together Ohio, Delaware, and Maryland.

I saw the entire situation in 2007 via losing control of my mind through anxiety, panic attacks, and mental health issues, and when I opened my first Citibank account.  I did not know how it was going to play out in reality.  In 2022, Social Security Administration little mini conscious voice stated send the money the Citibank.

Think back to the question Teachers, Managers, and Executives, ask the question, “What do you want to be in ten (10) years?”  For my life, if I started out as nothing and did not dream of becoming anything, then examine the families are nothing, and the United States of America system does work to ensure I become nothing in reality with all the barriers and keep doing me thinking of something else to f*ck up my life comes out.  These ideals are being pushed onto neutral countries.  

Like I said, “Give me my United States passport, the European visa, and plane ticket in year 2029 or 2030, there will be no real problems.”  

The academic and medical research was already done before I was born, the academic and medical research still proves the same thing today, and the academic and medical research proves the exact result in the future if United States of America does not let me go.  The books of George Washington did not say he killed anyone even though he is revered to lead other people to kill others.  The books of Martin Luther King, Jr. did not say he killed anyone. The books of Malcolm X did not say he killed anyone.  Without sitting in front of television, watching youtube, or watching a movie all day, show me the other way…hmmm...phff.  United States of America better do everybody from age 12 and above since law is first.

September 28, 2022 - Court date. Judge Decision and District Attorney Message - "Case dismissed and sealed", which means the record remain there forever, no expungement.  I said, "Thank you." and Judge stated, "Stay out of trouble."

I logged on the New York Courts eWeb systems to find the case and it is no longer there.  My attorney did advise that the Certificate of Disposition should be available the next day or thereafter.

Thanks to the staff of The Legal Aid Society of New York for serving as my pro bono attorney. Great job and excellent work.  I hope I did not share too much medical and health information.

This New York situation did take 90% of my current W2 and 1099 employment opportunities away due to background checks.

New York eliminated three of my major tasks in and for the United States - voting, blood donation (diamond platinum O+ blood), and physically seeing the city and state itself.

Planet Fitness and Boston Police

I joined Planet Fitness because it is the most affordable and convenient locations without a vehicle, and over 2,000 locations. The Boston downtown location was the only one in Downtown Crossing.  I tried to continue my training and conditioning based on the format of the gym.  One thing in the past I have been doing was traveling from gym to gym and not observing the culture.  With no wheels and only public transportation, it made me actually paying attention to the gym culture alongside with YouTube videos making full fun of the different types of people in the gym.  The YouTube videos were spot on the various personalities of those attending the gym.  With downtown Boston culture, I started storing my items in the Men's Locker Room.  On one evening while I use the gym locker with a lock and my post about what happened at Sports and Fitness in Washington, DC, I did my training and discovered my lock was picked or unlocked.  I was furious because I just got to Massachusetts and this happens, but I retained my wallet, smartphone, and keys on my person.  With my smartphone, I called 9-1-1 and told what happened, and what was going/planning to happen if Massachusetts continue the crazy stuff I left.  9-1-1 referred me to the police department to file a report or talk to them.  I checked my locker for any items stolen.  With my smartphone, I took plenty of pictures stormed out of the gym and went straight to the Boston Police Department closest to the gym near Government Center MBTA (T) station.  I had a discussion with the on-duty BPD officer desk clerk and we talked about what happened, and I show him the pictures.  BPD Officer mentioned if nothing was stolen, then talk to gym management. I went back to Planet Fitness and spoke with staff members on duty first.  Planet Fitness staff members stated since no general security camera can be placed in the Men's Locker Room because of a violation of privacy laws.  Then, PF staff finally tells me that it has been an ongoing problem for a long time.  PF Staff recommended using the lockers in the general gym area to be watched via the security cameras.  The issue made me upset for at least a day or two, and PTSD super cautious around non-gym users.  Even to today (March 2022), the problem of theft occurs even with posted signs and verbal warnings.  On my back, I have three different types of locks on my backpack for the variety of gym lockers anywhere Planet Fitness or Crunch Fitness exists.

Voting - Presidential election

I did request the option to register to vote when I filled out my RMV driver's license and permit.  I did request an application to register to vote from the Boston Election Department.  I filled it out and sent it in several weeks before the actual cutoff deadline.  When I did not receive my voting registration card, I went directly to the Boston Election Department at City Hall to follow up and I provided all the information they needed. The Boston Election Department mentioned they could not find my address.  I said okay, then the election came and I did my first provisional ballot.  I provided everything again including my Massachusetts Driving Paper Permit with the address on it.  The Election staff performed most of the steps to get me the ballot, but failed quality check when submitting the ballot.  I did get a receipt of the placing the ballot and a vote sticker.  After the election passed, I followed up according the weeks of when to follow up to see if the vote was counted, and called the Election Department.  The election official stated my ballot or vote was not counted because the outside envelope was not signed.  Then, I received a call a few days later stating my address was a commercial address or I had to live / attend one of the nearby colleges, such as Emerson.  Most of this process was shown during my photo blog. I was disappointed, but not angry because wherever Boston says, "No," as a resident, I know I can rely on my other residencies for voting in future elections.  However, the law is vote only once.

Thanksgiving holidays

Thanksgiving during the pandemic was a little different and never seen before.  I am not cooking for anyone. I was eating with the homeless people at different shelters.  I was invited to spend Thanksgiving festivities at a Muslim Somalian friend and their special social circle.  This invite felt okay and weird.  It was not my standard normal invite, but I was grateful.  I tried to see others during the weekend, but it was full of no-shows thus bringing my project management and previous experiences to eliminate the bullsh*t. The friend and their cousin tried to cook.  I brought the drinks and snacks.  It was good, but not knocking the friend.  It was a literal, government-public-housing-unemployed-or-underemployed event that I have never experienced in my entire life with the exception of the extended, not-DNA-tested- maternal-side-of-the-family cousins that moved from South Carolina to Jersey City and Newark area.  I am not talking to much about the New Jersey and New York families because via my photoblog you can see in reality on how I made decisions for my families, and separating the OLD from the NEW.  Those NJ and NY families made decisions for their lives and I am a grown man making my own decision for my life.  The pictures or memories of the extended cousins of NJ and NY families were in my storage drives and taken so please note I am in no mood to see, hear, speak, or care about them.  Back to my friend, the public housing location was okay, but needs to be updated.  My acquaintance did show me how to wash clothes in the bathtub, which gave me PTSD of my African-American ancestors washing clothes in the big, round grey, metal bins.  At the time of my birth or coming to South Carolina from Washington, DC, my grandmother and cousins up their private dirt road had the metal bins. It was funny how clothes were being recycled at my friend's home.  To wash my clothes (which was not needed because I do laundry every other week), they gave me clothing from a previous guest who left items behind.  It was cool.  My acquaintance was disappointed when I did not provide them sexual satisfaction after their own internal fighting of let me do what I do or not (which went on all day and night).  I could not sleep. Their attraction to me was my body, muscles, and my role, and I was their second person to help them change roles and begin the process of them being in that role.  My acquaintance did place the coat hook inside my coat and I did not discover it until a few days later by Southampton Street Shelter security.  While they were doing their continuous internal fighting with self, they tried to put me out or wanted me to leave at midnight and I told them I could not, but I can leave at 5 am.  What happened is that I checked-in to the Southampton Street Shelter and got my bed, but that is when my associate decided to invite me over for Thanksgiving festivities.  So at Southampton Street Shelter, once I passed security check and check-in to receive a bed, there is no checking out until the next day.  If I do happen to leave after check-in with a bed, then I cannot come into the shelter until the next day.  I thought about the weather, which was bitter cold. I was angry, but we texted later as with all other acquaintances it fizzled out to absolutely no communication.

Covid-19 testing

As I previously mentioned, South Carolina hospitals, doctors, nurses, and licensed professionals never really tested me for the coronavirus, but recommended that any pandemic symptoms that go to the emergency room.  I never felt any symptoms so when I got to Massachusetts and stayed in the city-managed shelter called Southampton Street Shelter, the health care management team from McInnis Health Group Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program conducted the first test for me in October 2020. The October 2020 test result was negative. I am listening and performing all the precautions as the CDC, federal, state, county, and city officials state what to do. Even though, this is a November 2020 post, some December 2020 stuff is going to be stated.  Giving credit where it is due, Southampton and MHG BMC BHCHP were having continuous testing every two weeks at an inconvenient day and time from October 2020 and I heard most of them or saw flyers.  Giving failure where it is due, the virus came out in February/March 2020 and testing came out in May 2020 based on South Carolina residency. I came to Massachusetts in August 2020. Restrictions in place, but no regular testing was happening at the shelters, gyms, or any public places requiring it. These are excerpts from the civil case filed in May/June 2021 (please note this case or the fighting is still going on).

The first shelter restriction date is Tuesday, December 1, 2020.  The first surge of scientific and political data creates emergency orders across all cities, towns, and counties in Massachusetts to get tested.

3. BPHC Police Officer, large, football build, 5'7”, 210 lbs, black hair braided, in uniform, African-American male.

Description of the activity first shelter restriction date on Tuesday, December 1, 2020

a.  Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 12 midnight to 1:30 AM – Plaintiff arrived to 112 Southampton St, Boston, MA after my day of normal activities.  Please note Plaintiff have slept at 112 Southampton St for 85% of time since September 2020 with no issues.  Plaintiff encountered a white male at check-in stating Plaintiff needed a recent COVID-19 test in order to stay there for the night.  Later, he stated they did testing all day at 8am, 3pm, and 6:30pm and Plaintiff needed a wristband or white paper stating negative.  The weather is heavy rain, windy, and cold.  So Plaintiff went to my smartphone to retrieve my results, of course, McInnis Health Group patient portal was down, but Plaintiff already kept a screenshot.  Plaintiff showed the guy my screenshot and he stated in the test had to be in the last 48 hours.  Then, a black guy came and stated if whoever did not have a test in the last 48 hours could not stay there until the COVID-19 test is done.  BPHC Police is standing around and guarding the door while myself and others stand there.  So I told the white guy and everyone present, “You better cover your ass.” All this action should have been captured on camera.  Plaintiff left and stated, “I am going to get you what you want.” And at the door BPHC Police black man guarded the door, Plaintiff asked, “Who or what names stated I cannot stay at the shelter?”  The BPHC Police black man stated it is the supervisor.

b.  Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 1:30 AM to 2:00 AM – Plaintiff walked to Massachusetts General Hospital.  Plaintiff got my test and stayed overnight.  In the COVID-19, the staff was able to do extra and extensive testing, including chest ex-ray.  Same test conduct via nasal swab came back negative

c. Tuesday, December 1, 2020 – Plaintiff returned to 112 Southampton with his results, but no one wanted to see them.

d.  Wednesday, December 2, 2020 – Since Plaintiff already knew the McInnis Health Group conducted the testing, Plaintiff went and got tested there too.  The test came back negative too.

Workforce and Housing Appointment

St. Francis House provided an opportunity to help those receive a small income check on getting job training after workforce or resident displacement.  Laymen's terms is getting the druggies, alcoholics, chronically ill, and/or mentally ill back into the workforce by receiving technology training, resume creation, and how to prepare for job interviews while St. Francis provide a small paycheck for attendance.  I did interview for the program and was provided two avenues.  After evaluation of my information, in addition, to working for Federal Express, the instructor (which I did the same position at Byte Back in Washington, DC) told me I was overqualified or I had to be waitlisted to be selected because the program was so popular, and St. Francis had to adhere to pandemic group restrictions.  I was not selected for either program despite all the issues I had in life in restarting my life and my career.

Corporate America Industry

The onsite jobs moving from onsite to remote.  The job requirements were repetitive as ever from a new recruiter from the same company.  During my mental illness, I could not keep up with spammed and bombardment of information coming from all the places I sent my resume.  I started unsubscribing from the subscriptions when I thought I was coming up to be President of something, so this was the United States government newsletters, different states, etc., from GovDelivery subscription services.  At this time, I rarely got called for interviews for the remote positions.  At this time or even in the past, the recruiters are continuously screening for application programmers if any type of language is mentioned in your resume.  Presently, the Microsoft technologies opened up to so many different flavors of languages...thus means if a 10-year old decides to create a programming language or application...it can be snapped up and merged into the main technology.  The new job description is the main technology plus a billion different languages or requirements that are hardly being used.  My subscription with Microsoft Office 365 ended when the American Express Business Credit closed.  However, I had to plan how to best use the most productive and most likely to pay subscription services for which online properties serve me best.  Microsoft and Google implemented a policy that any data stored in the cloud with two years of inactivity is automatically deleted.  I found that out with one of my alternative secondary storage accounts, went through the email, and open up OneDrive and the information (very little storage) was not there and opened up brand new.  Again, back to the workforce, I was also excited for remote because I thought about companies like WeWork and other remote office companies.

Federal Express

I was hired by Federal Express Air Freight Express Services for the Boston Ramp in October 2020.  I initially was excited, but the physical assaults and sexual assaults by twenty (20) or more employees were annoyed and unexpected for a minimum wage paying job.  Excerpt from May/June 2021 civil case (please note this case is still going on):

During the first initial weeks on the FedEx Boston Ramp, street side, warehouse conveyor belt near freight trucks and Harborside Drive, I was physically assaulted with angry punches to the upper body, such as on the arms, biceps, elbow, shoulders, back near kidney, chest (pectoral area), stomach, and abdominal area from October 20, 2020 to November 12, 2020 between the hours of 5:00 pm to 11:30 pm EST, Sunday through Thursday.  I was hired as a Material Handler, so eventually I would be able to unload and reload the FedEx planes and drive the airport vehicles outside the warehouse.

At this time, I moved to a state and location where I did not know anyone and did not want to directly pounce, ultimate fighting combat, beat-their-motherf*cking-ass, SouthEast Washington Highlands/NorthWest Georgia Ave-Petworth Washington, DC, Berkeley County South Carolina, Atlanta, Georgia, 30 years of gym and shooting guns, f*ck them up, send-them-early-to-get-a-disability-check personality to take place without giving a benefit of doubt how Massachusetts does touching, hand pounding, handshakes, physical contact, etc. without consent or any manners.  Again, I let Massachusetts physical contact continue go on for a good year and a half until I changed the game.  Yes, today I still feel this way, but it is a little lighter (1% percent lighter) still working on setting Massachusetts straight.  Please note New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland, Washington, DC, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Illinois, and Florida already saw this personality for real.  The reason the original fighting personality still exists because the anger shifted FROM slavery and civil rights striving to achieve American dream TO real personable loss plus March 26-April 3, 2016.

I received University of Phoenix Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval to collect my data, do my report, and write Chapter 4 and 5 for Quality Review Final (QRF).  I am still recruiting and it is tough getting to 75 completed surveys.  I am currently in my DOC 734 class for Quality Review Final (QRF).  New career path, new phase of income, new career recognition and contribute to the education is ACADEMIC WRITING and book writing.  This is a total surprise on why I was working on this doctoral degree so hard.  So for those of you who are pursuing doctoral degrees, it is a major setup to write or talk alot to contribute and make an impact on the world of academia.

Happy New Year everyone
I sent past state tax paperwork to State of Virginia and State of South Carolina.  I am paying on State of New York and State of South Carolina tax bills.

For drill, it was convenient in being close to WMATA metro station.  It is never boring with my military group.  I learn about advanced triaging and OPSCON and CONOPS regarding my organization.

From the American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma, I attended and earned a certificate on Bleeding Control (B-Con) Basics.  I learn of the latest technology in tourniquets and blood clot bandages, and proper procedures to help prevent death.

From the indoor shooting range, I took the beginners course to re-acquiant myself with firearms and bullets.  Thanks to State of Virginia for introducing me to these new devices.  Thanks State of Maryland for correcting some instructions on how to handle the firearm and finding my strongest aim sight.  I am looking forward to obtaining State of Maryland and Washington, DC Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) licenses.  I am excited to go gun shopping; however, my first purchase will be probably in State of South Carolina.  In the indoor shooting range, I did see a Glock 35 for $700 dollars.
