TOPIC: First time for Everything...Workplace Hostile Environment Teleworking for United States Federal Government and Got Check Shorted Not By Classification, but based on Optional Notes

I thought working for the government in an entry position, and as separated employee via the intermittent or temporary classification by the Census department, would have been easy. The policies in place are crazier than the all the so-called rules for life.  The Census thought I abide by those rules of life as an extreme extrovert.

First, the work environment was okay that the regional office or headquarters team members were call at 7 am or 7:30 am to handle tasks or have a conversation.  Mind you, Census Human Resources Department states Census is open from 7 am to 7 pm.  The position as field representative states only to call respondents or respondents can call me from 9 am to 9 pm.  I cannot bill all that time to be available for their schedules.

The call(s) and texts that broke the camel's back was when my field supervisor decides to call on my day off from all my employers.  I also sent in an optional work schedule weekly, but the field supervisor argued for a good hour and half over timesheet language in an optional notes field and all the performance emails after every cycle.  Guess what happened...payroll rejected those line items pertaining to the argumentative day and Friday's argument.  I went to DC DOES Office of Wage Hour to report the wage theft and short.  DC DOES OWH stated the United States Government is not in their jurisdiction.  I sent out mass emails removing my personal cellphone from the situation, and the Census paid for the CAPI laptop device to communicate.  I also sent complaints to Human Resources Department for the hostile work environment because my field supervisor was doing double talk stating the opposite of everything I was trained on, and thinking I was an USPS Postal mail carrier.  Human Resources Accommodations team paused my mental health request because the letter by my psychiatrist was insufficient, and HR Accommodations wanted a full dissertation on how my mental health and medications affect my work.

I considered myself a star performer because I am/was very efficient in getting folks to respond to a 45-minute to an hour survey.  I remove being intelligent, assertive-aggressive, and efficient from giving my all to the position.  The geographical areas I am covering is Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC.  I also removed my broadband data support for the Census CAPI laptop.  The telephone policy was dated 2019 and only covers plans that have billable minutes, such as 200 minutes for Census business over your plan of 100 minutes, can be submitted.  No support for unlimited plans with data, texts, and calls.

In my Human Resources requests and claims, I had to incorporate what I learned legally from the legal field.

This is my first position in my entire career where I am billing for real work and real time, and zero fluff, and return to Business versus Personal.  All the corrections back and forth is so much of a stress reliever for me, but frustration for Census Bureau because they cannot talk to me on my personal cellphone without getting a police report.  Learning from these strangers, the income people make versus rent/mortgage on what people pay made my reflection on my career, relationships, and housing look stumped, stupid, and how could people single-handledly bust way above all ceilings, or stay in the same spot for 25+ years and keep the same rent back in the early 2000s.

My credit score finally went up into the 600s when I reported all the type of paid bills including rent.  I support Zillow, CreditClimb, and Esusu.  Experian Boost is really good too, and I am unsure why Equifax and TransUnion do not do the same.

My civil case versus Jet Security went from Federal Court back to State Court.  This is the first time Federal Court did it without a hearing, but I received an Artificial Intelligence (AI) marketing email summarization of the decision, why, and more information I pretty much already knew about the United States and judge decision.

I did not have the budget to hold a milestone birthday party so my mind was telling me to visit Montreal, Quebec, Canada.  It was fun, but 50% of the time was at the hotel because of the torrential thunderstorms.  The Marriott hotel I selected in Midtown Montreal had two conjoined hotel brands - Courtyard and Residence Inn.  I was near Burger King and Walmart Supercenter.  The Canadian dollar was way less than the United States dollar.  After taking a walking tour of Old Montreal and Montreal downtown explained all the transitions Quebec and Montreal went through.  I did see Cresent Street. I rode the STM public transportation network.  I used the Teo cab application.  I forgot my Izzy Miyake cologne by rushing out of the room.  Delta did a wonderful job going to Montreal, and storms and turbulence made the Delta trip back to Atlanta and Washington, DC a little rough and no snacks.  Thanks to Delta for getting me to all my destinations safely and keeping me updated. My emotions and feelings does feel quite different than last year.  It is a feeling of how to care for others without damaging my own protected world.  Just like the YouTube video, "When you have endured too much."

Borrower's Defense by the United States Department of Education did not work because my application was denied for Keller Graduate School of Management because the loan was too old.  It is now dependent on my TPD application.  This made me really reflect back on all the financial decisions I made when the loan could have been paid off.

I feel pretty good about choosing to teach group fitness classes at local DMV gyms.  My e-bike had a massive rear tire blowout.  I did not budget on getting it fixed early, but plan to in August or September.  My Markel full coverage insurance on the e-bike lapse and canceled because I overinsured the bike.  I was not riding the e-bike daily so I know insurance is not needed especially when I have three different locks to secure it.

I ran in a PVTC all comers meet and won my 200m heat while still running 30.5 seconds at 182 lbs.  I long or broad jumped to 14 feet 4 inches.  I ran the 100m dash in 14.4 seconds.  It was held at Alexandria City High School in Alexandria, Virginia.  I also ran in the Easter 5K held at Bluemont Park.  I have attended and am attending PVTC team meetings.  I attended the LA28 Olympics Volunteer webinar.

Mu Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc elected a new slate of officers.  Some positions were a surprise on who was serving in them, but it does keep the chapter interesting.  It was passed down some of the Mu Lambda blazer and other blazers.  It cost quite a bit to get alterations.  I took the American Red Cross online course for my Adult and Pediatric First Aid/AED/CPR plus the in-person class version at the Mu Lambda house.  My article was published in the Torch.

I got my Greater Orangeburg Polo Shirt from the Polo fundraiser the SCSUNAA Greater Orangeburg Chapter was having.  I attended SCSUNAA DC Chapter Hangout at Yard House in Gallery Place-Chinatown.  It was fun and I made some new friends, and met a former USDA colleague.  I did my usual and did not go with flow of where those new friends were going.  I attended SCSUNAA DC Chapter Cookout and it was so good to see line brothers and members I have not seen in a long time.  Also, it was in an undiscovered part of Anacostia Park.  The walk from the metro station was amazing.  I passed so many graduation parties, family reunion parties, etc.  I had to register and prepare for my first SCSUNAA National Convention.  It seems not many people was interested in Busch Gardens since I got a refund back, but I did register for the Gala dinner.

I went to my dental cleaning at Tend Dental.  It went smooth.  Delta Dental was changing their payment policies on dental plans so I sought a new dental plan.  I came out better with Cigna Dental PPO because it includes orthodontist, higher deductible, and lower premium payment.

The change in the Medicare payments did not impact too much on my monthly income.  I guess life definitely lets discipline come in later after life shows the crazy.  My financial discipline has always been strict, but now it stricter than when I first started working.

I attended a Meetup for Gen X (30s 40s 50s) and it was at the Lucky Bar in Dupont Circle.  It was more of a sign up for social gatherings at local establishments.  I met some interesting people and international folks.  I was greeted by a guy named Mer, which he led me straight to the bar.  I do not knock what bars and nightclubs have to do to stay alive. Yes, I am glad establishments serve Ginger Beer when requested.  My body or mental health immediately rejects or slows intake of any alcohol.

I did attend Group Fitness meeting at New York Sports Club.

I saw the Devil Wears Prada 2 movie in the theatres.  Thanks to T-Mobile Tuesdays, I saw Masters of the Universe. Both movies were really good in my opinion.

I had my second physical at Unity Healthcare.  The Together Take Me Home non-profit sends me HIV home screening self-tests.  The self-tests are oral swab and fingerstick.  CVS Pharmacy calls me on regarding taking a statin because I am on Metformin diabetic medication.  I have to remind CVS that the medication is being taken for alopecia (hair loss) or something else.  I saw the dermatologist for the second time and it was major progress between the first and second visit regarding hair growth.

I met with my new DC DOES workforce specialist since my last workforce specialist retired.  I met with my DC RSA DDS counselor to update work plan.  It seems all systems are now cutting resumes down to two pages.  As my workforce specialist suggested cutting my resume from ten (10) to two (2) pages.  It was a task, but I was able to do it.

I got a Las Vegas postcard from one of my aunts.  I mailed her a Montreal postcard back.

I joined University of Phoenix and Mu Lambda Chapter Group Me groups.

It is so funny reading and watching the comparison between Obama vs Trump events.  Congratulations to the candidates winning a position in the next DC Election in November.

Congratulations to all the World Cup teams invited to play.

Thanks to the birthday wishes and giveaways by Delta Airlines, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, and Marriott.

On streaming television, my show Zatima is really good and all the track and field championships/outdoor series.

Via the news, now the United States residents want the physical CDs, albums, DVDs, and cassette tapes due to overpriced streaming platforms, which I or no one has ownership of their purchases.  I had a pretty good collection before I lost it. People are at the mercy of the Corporate American company.  This is going to be interesting. Companies are building out data centers, but technology's physical devices lifespan are 18 months to 5 years to become obsolete.  So, my question is, "Who is replacing all that equipment with the next version of technology?"  Data Centers upgrading energy infrastructure who, what, when, where, and how?

I did not play the Mega millions or Powerball lottery this quarter, but do have my lottery ballots ready for when I am ready to make the $300 sacrifice.

I did get a call about an affordable condo property, but with all these homeowner association news raising prices from affordable $150 per month to mortgage payments $2250 per month has me concerned what am I getting for amount.  I talked with a real estate homebuilder and sent my questions on the EYA Reservoir District, but I have yet to hear back.  EYA stayed firm no cash desls and yes, the price stays at $899,000 to $1.5 million dollars in 2026, when I know DC will do a tax assessment of $350,000.  The house I lost to foreclosure, I paid $575,000 for more space and same three levels/stories.  What am I getting in a EYA townhouse for all that price?

Happy Independence Day and Happy 250th Birthday United States of America.

Journal Entry #86 - Evolution...Psychology...Reflection

TOPIC:  Evolution...Psychology...Reflection

It is interesting for a path not traveled or lived before now social media now wants to show me a reflection of my life from the fields of psychology.

Yes, I watched the following YouTube videos:

"Why Some People Choose Not to Post Their Lives On Social Media" AND "Psychology of People Who Don't Use Social Media" = Almost had this life until 2016

"People That Have Gone Through Too Much" = SPOT ON TRUE FOR ME

"Why Some People Cut Off Their Family" = PARTIALLY TRUE because I went back or came back to family in a different form and different way.

"People Who Love Staying At Home" = Beginning life as homebody, but I do enjoy those moments when I am chilling, freshly showered, naked all day and not doing anything at home and not even watching TV or listening to music....just peace and quiet.

"If You Have Few or No Friends...You Probably Have This Power." = Experienced this at South Carolina State University and Few Months into my first annulment like marriage.  Still have those 20-year, 30-year, and 40-year friendships going with and without social media.

"If You Were Born Between 1977-1985, This Will Finally Make Sense of You" = 2008 WAS SPOT ON and DEFINITELY a defining year.  I definitely was in life slow lane, then it sped up and out of control.  What makes me angry - Europe kept all nostalgic old and new materialistic around so loss is minimal, and USA takes it away (maximum loss) from me or depreciates it and brings the updated item back 20 years later.

I continued my perfect attendance chapter meeting streak with Alpha Phi Alpha Mu Lambda Chapter.  I attended A Voteless People, Hopeless People mayoral forum for Washington, DC candidates at Kramer Middle School.  I was very active signing everyone's petition to make it on the ballot.  I do not play favorites until the ballot.  Good conversations and questions not only from me, but others spoke up as well.  I walked in the MLK Parade in Anacostia with my chapter.  I attended a very lively Omega service and memorial service for Bro. Dr. Paul Cotton.  I went to an alternative Superbowl gathering with Beta Delta line brothers, when Mu Lambda canceled its Superbowl party.

I hope all my non-profit organizations understands I am giving with a purpose and benefit, and not my heart.  My reckless giving happened from 2005 to 2020, and got f*cked over by them (all the non-profits).  2020 started my giving with a purpose and benefit, and not my heart.  I show love through communication and listening ear.

I took my electric bike through its first service maintenance appointment at Level One (1), and it was free through a promotional offer.  I discovered there are three levels of service maintenance. This is going to be fun.

I discovered that I can earn up to $24,000 in wages and salaries for year 2026.  The courts told me $14,000 in the amount I can earn in 2025.  Well, it is an interesting experience sitting on money after all the loss.  I am such a minimalist now.  I am still reviewing homes (appreciating asset) and vehicles (depreciated asset) to at least own something before retirement.  Own something means having the title free and clear of the property and only paying HOA/non-HOA fees, utilities, taxes, and maintenance. Some of the social media shorts or photos describe how life is at certain stages.

I went through National Background Investigative Service (NBIS) by with US Department of Justice and US Department of Defense (War) DCSA.  The same agency that did my security clearance investigations.  I got my PIV card and now I can go to several different federal government buildings that can use it.  I only have access to the fitness center or gym.

Tend Dental and I spoke a lot on the dental care for the appointment on Tooth #30.  Tooth #30 was a 20-year infection.  Plenty of discussion regarding bone grafting to prepare for the possibility of getting a dental implant.  I had to inform Tend I was totally against Allografts, but all for the synthetic as the preferred bone graft and xenograft as an alternative.  At the appointment, the synthetic was purchased and used.  My insurance and I paid the bill, but was surprised by a final bill or balance after I asked was that all.  I saw the Orthodontist to discuss braces again.  I had to let them know I only wanted metal braces.  The budget for that is $8000, pay in full or payment plan.  The treatment plan is only for 12 months.  I saw the periodontist for discuss of the dental implants.  It was a long discussion of the entire treatment plan for all teeth missing.  It was also a discussion regarding synthetic ridges and grafting materials.  The guesstimation proposed treatment plan is $15,000 without dental insurance, but I pay $8000 with dental insurance of course broken up per tooth and surgical area.

I played the QuickPick Powerball and MegaMillions lottery in February and March.  I did not win anything.  I did learn something new regarding the multipliers.  YouTube and Instagram are funny trying to believe people who knows the science behind the lottery.

Life with New York Sports Club, US Census Bureau, and Health Fitness kept me busy through the winter.  I started Grubhub again on the warm days.  With the Census Bureau, I had to let them know my boundaries and limitations against "fast, crazy, and harassing" customers/clients/respondents.  With Health Fitness, I became overwhelmed with the DC Wage and Theft notices and had to check all my paychecks, and argued over something one paycheck that did not seem to belong.  After a Grubhub shift, I pinched my thumb on the kickstand peeling the surface and blood started coming out, and thank goodness I knew First Aid and after a week it is healing pretty well.

I did use StyleSeat to find a good hairstylist. I tried to get a new look, but instead ended up with a haircut that I do not like.  I went to the dermatologist for my alopecia (hair loss) scenario.  The needle injections were a lot, then I was given minoxidil in the pill form (low dosage), metformin, clobetasol Propionate, and doxycycline.

I loss my AirPods case at Golds Gym Buzzard Point and not the AirPods Pro.  I had an Apple appointment.  It was interesting watching my AirPods case travel over SouthWest and SouthEast Washington, DC.  The replacement purchase price for the new AirPods Pro case was almost at the cost of at buying a brand-new AirPods Pro.

At Capital Park Plaza and Twins, the new FMB laundry service went out on March 2026 which means the cashless pinpoint systems was not working on the washing machines or dryers.  I had to email, call and leave voicemails, and put in a service request.  Unfortunately, while the system was down, I had to travel to Spring Laundromat on Georgia Avenue and ended up losing one of my sleeping bags.  Also, I renewed my lease for another year so of course I put in service request to replace all my appliances, such as my refrigerator and stove plus oven.  We still have a pest problem after my super deep cleaning.

DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) provided a program for inclusionary zone (IZ) housing or affordable dwelling unit (ADU) for rental apartments and homes for sale at market or below market prices.  It is a program created 2009 after the housing market crash and after I loss my customized home.  Housing Counseling Services provided the training for the 2-IZ program, 8-hour homeownership, and the Pre-Purchase Orientation.  It is an interesting program because DHCD and property owner are titled the property.  There are strings attached, such as it must the primary residence of the renter or owner, no AirBnb shenanigans, or no attempt to get an astronomical amount of profit from the property.  Only new topic I learn was the warranties and insurance views on various types of properties.  I did check with Bank of America or Truist for pre-qualification and pre-approval.  Both banks did not issue anything because of having $8K of credit card debt.  The logic I do not ever understand, such as issue the mortgage loan with $120K of student loan debt, which my house got foreclosed upon.  Now, I got the $120K of student loan debt removed, but only got $8K of credit card debt with downpayment and income and no pre-approval and pre-qualification issued.  If I kept the home in Washington, DC or Atlanta, Georgia from 2007 and based on a 30-year mortgage, I would have owned my customized home in Atlanta, Georgia or Washington, DC at age of 61 and Year 2037.

With government benefits, I let Medicaid go because I really no longer need it.  DC DOT did not issue me a e-bike voucher. My 1099 came with me only, and not my daughter and me.

I attended my first Zumba Choreo Jam.  It was a packed house at Onelife Fitness in Crystal City (Arlington), Virginia.  I think my Instagram is becoming all my Zumba peers.  I saw the cruise and everything going on for the 25th anniversary year of Zumba.  I am excited for 2027 and my plans.

I attended VSDC Veg Singles Game Night.  It was fun and I enjoyed a vegetarian lasagna.  At home, I still cook my Morningstar, Gardin, and Beyond Meat products along with my rice, mashed potatoes, beans, peas, collard greens, cabbage, etc.  I am still 90% vegetarian.

I sent my usual holiday phone calls and check in texts and direct messages to my social media family, friends, etc.

I attended SCSUNAA Quarterly Meeting and Orangeburg Chapter Meetings.

I attended another Shuffle Dating event and got a new friend.

I attended another ANC 6D business meeting.

I attended a University of Phoenix webinar "How AI Can Reduce or Reinforce Cognitive Overload at Work"

I attended a Meetup social group at the Boardroom in Virginia. It was trivia night.

I signed up for HBCUConnect career fairs.  I attended the virtual career fair and asked a question or two to the panelists.  The employers were from various parts of the United States.

I went for my physical at George Washington University Primary Care and everything came back negative and within range except cholesterol.  As soon as I got notification of various screenings and tests, I did pose the questions direct to my Primary Care Physician (PCP).  Unfortunately, I have to seek another Primary Care Physician because I found out she left the practice recently.  My secondary care physician is still around.

I graded 2026 National Leadership Conference scholarship applications for Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA).  Unexpectedly, the organization was able to give me an Amazon gift card.  I was pleasantly surprised and appreciated the note coming from the organization.

I had my first 2026 e-bike to e-bike accident with the speeding e-bike from alley and I was on the sidewalk.  We did not see each other until the front tires collided (my tire T-boning his front tire), and we just sat there for a good solid minute in silence, and did not apologize to each other or said a word, but he said he was having a bad day.  He kept going and I kept going on my delivery for Grubhub.  I had a good laugh afterwards because we literally stared at each other and no one admitted fault.

I rejoin Toastmasters International with Alpha Toastmasters 1906 group.  My first experience that happen with Toastmasters was working at Georgia-Pacific Corporation in Atlanta/Smyrna, Georgia in the late 1990s.  My second stint was with a group called District Toastmasters in Washington, District of Columbia in the early to mid 2000s at 899 North Capitol St NE or Union Station over a meal.  It is time to realign the big mouth, public speaker that the State of South Carolina knew me for when I was six (6) years old doing Easter speeches at Greenland Baptist Church, all the up to South Carolina State University public and private events.  Public speaking is my hard skilled talent just like track and field. Little humor joke, "Did someone say 'Speech'?"

TOPIC:  I love all my HBCUs...Love Shared on a WMATA bus.  Happy New Year!

September 20, 2025

It was a typical day.  It is my older sister's birthday and we chatted it up a bit.  I won tickets from Hot 99.5 FM radio for a B.O.B. concert at Howard Theatre, but it was postponed until October 2025.  I traveled the WMATA bus C53 toward H Street, but the bus detours at Florida Ave NE and Sixth St NE so I had to walk to H Street.  H Street Festival was packed with people from 2nd St to 13th St...Oh my goodness...it was beautiful seeing most African-Americans with a speck of the other races/ethnicities.  I play my music on speakerphone or external USB speaker.  I was riding the C55 until I got to my stop, but ran into traffic at Audi Field.  It was the unexpected Howard University vs Hampton University football game.  The students and alumni from both schools got on the bus.  My Spotify playlist was playing the premade shuffling of my Rhythm and Blues, Neosoul, Soul playlist.  The song Come and See Me by PARTYNEXTDOOR and Drake came on followed Exchange by Bryson Tiller.  The entire WMATA C55 bus broke out in concert singing all the lyrics and background of both songs.  Someone tried to ruin the moment saying, "Is this a concert?" but everyone kept singing.

Another moment while delivering food, a girl stopped in her tracks before crossing the street to finish singing Sex You by Bando Jones played through my handlebar speaker.

Another moment while at WMATA bus stop for the C53, a man celebrated having a good time with his memories singing in church, Back II Eden by Donald Lawrence.  His hands were clapping, mincing up the words to the song, and feet was stomping.

Pine Street Inn and Longwood Security let two documents die to prevent them from going to trial...so now here comes the trial next Spring.  I am getting ready.  Jet Security avoided being served by Norfolk County Sheriff Officers, but everyone else was served in the case including federal defendants.  Progressive obtained its deposition so waiting on response to settlement demand letter.

I successfully donated plasma, platelets, and whole blood without any issues across several states and institutions as a heterosexual and read all the updates.

I have all my supplements and went back on Nugenix, who could psychologically and physically help me regain my energy in the mornings.

With my little bit of income, I actually can afford food without SNAP (or Food Stamps) and other life responsibilities.  Whoever came up with the formula should be awarded a silver medal or trophy.  I played PowerBall and MegaMillions was unsuccessful winning the jackpot.  I still go to Martha's Table and Bread for the City to keep food costs down and keep eating healthy.  When I cook, I do offer meals to neighbors on my floor.  DC Government HHS DHCF PARIS division kept coming after me regarding Medicaid and having three cases open, Massachusetts, District of Columbia, and South Carolina, open at the same time. South Carolina went inactive or away. The cases open left was with Massachusetts and District of Columbia.  I explained to the DC Government that Massachusetts issued a letter of termination and Massachusetts is operating without an address.  I also threaten DC Government HHS DHCF PARIS that I will open a can of whoop a** (civil suits in all the courts) from all the DC trauma dating back to the 1990s or as far back records are kept, and DC MPD holding back police reports from me.

My Experian IdentityWorks free two-year subscription expired.  Nothing was detected.  My information is guarded like Fort Knox or IMF or US DOD plus Global TIA Security settings unless I give you access.  Biometrics and passphrases make me forget passwords and account information with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) already configured on those accounts.

ETRADE by Morgan Stanley tried to deliver mail to South Carolina address and it came back undeliverable.  I had to update that address.

The scams are now becoming more creative and real like receiving a robocall to call the exact number that shows up on the caller ID regarding the or an issue or concern.  The robocall leaves no name or company or government who sent the robocall.

Saturday Night Live with Ariana Grande and Cher were funny as heck along with the Bowen Yang farewell.  The new characters have to grow on me.  I will probably skip plenty of episodes until it becomes matures into funny again.

CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield said it was okay to stick to my current insurance plan and no need to change.  The benefits revealed themselves throughout the entire year.  CareFirst paid for groceries and over-the-counter benefits.  CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield should see a major drop in pharmacy costs after I stopped refilling a certain type of medication that does not belong on my medical and health records domestically and internationally.

Microsoft Ads ending its Advertising app.  I was and am using to promote my business.

Google Ads ending its Advertising app.  I was and am using to promote my other business.

T-Mobile upgraded my internet because they started offering unlimited broadband in Washington, District of Columbia.  Yes, I live for T-Mobile Tuesdays.  Hulu and Paramount+ Essentials are included with the broadband package.  It is so funny how my streaming was mostly done on public library computers and updates to all my technological devices.  I am researching an all-in-one print, scan, copy, and e-fax device.  I am also researching a shredder.  T-Mobile tried to convince to add a mobile line, but I am satisfied with AT&T after all these years and service got much better after I did not successfully complete the class action lawsuit regarding the data breach.  Library of Congress would never let an updated Windows 11 PC laptop join its network in the Jefferson Main Reading Room, but would let Apple devices join.  My previous Windows 10 PC laptop during my doctoral program was able to join its Adams Main Reading Room (Science and Technology floor) with any issue.

I got a brand-new item or TV camera for my television from eBay.  It works great too.  I had to get it because some of the Smart TV apps would not work without a camera.  I am getting used to getting notifications about my sports teams while watching a movie or show.  LG still has to figure out NCAAF to display all conferences. When I went to register my devices with LG, LG still had an old smartphone registered I had a decade ago.

Gold's Gym raised my dues by $26 dollars, which is $1 bi-weekly.

I celebrated my 1-year anniversary as a Google Local Guide.

My ongoing communication with DC Department of Disability Services, Rehabilitation Services Administration was the discussion of Mayor.  My counselor informed me running for office is a job especially if I get the position.  I asked my social networks regarding running some were thrilled, but others gave me a reality check regarding funding and name recognition.  A fraternity brother stated people run anyways without funding and name recognition. I am still on the fence, but I have to get those 2500-3000 voters to sign a petition to get my name on the ballot.  Friends said they would participate if I paid them.  I met folks from Bowser campaign and they were paid to get the names and knock on doors.

I had my Massachusetts criminal record sealed and so far, no Massachusetts State Police public reports.  I still have to order my iCORI to double check.  However, the judge did mention it is a possibility the federal government can still see it.  Thank a million to working for Grubhub to make all my court dates with all my civil and criminal cases with very little flight, public transportation, taxis, and lodging disruptions.

I did not win Mu Lambda's ugly sweater competition, but it was a very fun event mixed with everyone.  I also saw brothers from the chapter registered for our regional conference without being a delegate.  New path to attend Alpha and PBL-FBLA fraternities' conferences is discovered.  I did not know this beforehand or when I joined because we (SCSU Beta Delta) always went together as a chapter and FBLA-PBL conferences were paid by fundraisers.

I am researching potential vehicles to mostly remained parked when I need to go somewhere outside of the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia.  The research started with Jeep, Toyota, and Ford using websites and apps of Cars (dot) com, AutoTrader, Carvana, Enterprise Car Sales, Hertz Car Sales, and GSA Auctions.  Then, the news outlets and junk news started revealing the issues with the potential car brands.  The research went to Mitsubishi and Lexus.  Then, so far, the news outlets agree that Toyota and Lexus are the most polished, streamlined technologically advanced cars with the best resale value.  The outcome of gas vehicles is becoming isolated to just the United States.  Europe and China are moving forward with new infrastructures and policies surrounding electric vehicles reducing carbon footprint and emissions.  I did sign up for updates with Lucid and polestar, but polestar got eliminated when they eliminated the entire rear window.

I got partially over my trauma regarding people passing away so fast.  The trauma was getting over reconnecting with Bro. Terrance Head of SCSU Beta Delta chapter and he dies less than a month of seeing him, and I attend his Omega service in South Carolina.  I rented a car drove down on the day of and drove right back to Washington, DC.  I attended the memorial service for Bro. James Wright of Alpha Phi Alpha.  A maternal cousin, Tara Coffee, passed away in New Jersey and I did not know she was ill. I did not get the details of Tara's Memorial Service, but I was able to speak with the mother who reached out to me later and after the Christmas holiday.

I am continuing to study French with the Duolingo app.  It is funny, fresh, and cool.  I am trying to see how far I can get without purchasing anything.

I renewed my membership with USA Track and Field and Potomac Valley Track Club.  I updated my Group Fitness certification with NASM AFAA.  I celebrated my two-year Zumbaversary.  I registered for LA 2028 Olympics updates.  I also started another part time position with different type of gym, such as corporate and government gyms.

My inaugural Friendsgiving and Thanksgiving Holiday Potluck was a success.  Thanks to Eventbrite and people who helped make it a success.  Of course, I overbought everything from the food to the drinks.  At least investing in a $200 bottle drink at 750 ml does last a long time. I bought two of everything.

I discussed with my primary care physician because in Washington, DC. I have been choking on everything, such as water, carrots, food, my protein shakes, etc.  I also discussed with my primary care physician regarding being hit as a pedestrian in Boston.

I met a doctor cosmetologist and he mentioned I possibly could have skin alopecia and referred me to a dermatologist for further analysis.

I am getting phone calls to sell my company or exit the business offers.  Collins Incorporated and Manley Collins brands are going to die with me - with or without funding - unless I make it a biological family business.

I was not able to attend this year's Celebration Bowl featuring South Carolina State University and Prairie View A&M University in Atlanta, Georgia.  South Carolina State University, my alma mater, became the 2025 HBCU National Champions winning the Cricket Celebration Bowl in Atlanta, Georgia in four overtimes.

To get to know my wing of the apartment building, I sent out my Christmas cards with a free drink or Secret Santa exchange.

My apartment complex just welcomed the new Flex company to help people pay their rent.  The leasing agent had to explain to me what the Flex program was all about.  It is an interesting program for a company to help pay rent upfront on the 1st while you decide how to pay Flex back the full amount through the month.  It is a program too late for me because I never include middle men in any of my fiscal responsibilities.  Either I can afford it or not afford it - is my logic.  I deal directly with the source.  Living above means is out the window and I am a minimalist now.  Small increment change to partially comply with community.

I am attending the SCSUNAA Orangeburg Chapter meetings and they are very productive, and attending SCSUNAA Washington DC Chapter social events.  I am still involved in some way or variety of ways.

Mission Impossible with Tom Cruise #7 - Dead Reckoning and #8 Final Reckoning was very, very good from start to finish on Paramount+ streaming channel.

I went to my Vegan meetup and we met at Falafel Sam and heard a presentation on Fish Feels.  I went to another Shuffle Dating event in Ballston's Compass Coffee in Arlington, Virginia.  I went to see Zoolights at the Smithsonian Zoo and went to my meetup group at Red Bear Brewing in the NOMA community.  I am pretty proud of myself for the maintenance of new and existing people connections.

Happy New Year and hope 2026 is your best year yet.

TOPIC:  I am Just Saying A Lot...With Action Behind my Words

Happy Labor Day to all who celebrate

Zane's Vengeance

Caprice, LaDonna, and Wicked is a good story of childhood trauma affects adulthood. Dr. Marcella Spencer kept the consistency.  Life is very risky on decision making. BDSM is definitely a psychological change of mentality.  True love can be found at the right time.  Letting go of the past is very difficult after severe trauma happened.  Yes, I do agree therapy and medications work too, but the way LaDonna or Wicked handle vengeance on her former friends is justified and I agree with everything Jonovan said at the end.

Zane

Sex Chronicles II

Gettin Buck Wild

It was very creative in the different sexcapades by men and women.  It does leave little to the imagination on various scenarios which are close to reality.  This is reason for my next marriage to incorporate a pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreement to understand the life we are heading into together.  Life does through curveballs, but I want to minimize those curveballs to not disrupt the peace.

Noah's Arc The Movie

It was really good and updated.  I enjoyed watching it on Paramount+ Plus Showtime three times.  The truth with babies was good.  Very good ending as if the show is coming back.  Jasmine Guy definitely played an awesome role.  It has me thinking about surrogacy and its process to have more children because the dating scene is very slow.  I did have a 30-minute virtual meeting with a full service surrogacy firm.

Attended AKA Juneteenth Jubilee

Attended the Wharf Rock and Roll Concert with Pebble to Pearl band.

Attended a fishing event at Diamond Teague Park sponsored by the Anacostia Riverkeepers and notified through DC DOES. I caught my very first catfish out of the Anacostia River.  I met some good people too.

Attended HBCU Connect Career Fair at Gaylord Hotel and Convention Center at the National Harbor.  It was my first trip to the National Harbor area.  I met some people too.

Novocaine is really a silly, slapstick old school comedy and unexpected gore. That is definitely some power medication.  Nathan Caine definitely put his nerve disorder to good use.  It was wild what EpiPen shot of adrenaline will do.  Good friends in interesting places.  The race card at the end for all the damage and get super light punishment for being a white guy in a suit.

Paramount Plus streaming is good for business or public library use.  It is not good for home streaming, but

PBS Passport Human Footprint on WETA

It was a good view of fashion and clothing.  I lost my full priced fashion wardrobe to only be sent to a landfill or Inchichi, Chile.

----------------------------------------------------------------

Walmart and Angi partnership are a great service to use when I do not want to assemble anything.  My place is coming along pretty well and unexpected.  Qualities from my Washington, DC grandparents' home and the gym, I got mirrors everywhere.  Etsy provided some unique SCSU and Alpha Phi Alpha decorum.

I participated in the Junteenth in the District.  It was fun and sweaty yoga in the heat.

For my birthday, I just did not work that week.  I am still working with Office of Disability Services and DC Department of Employment Services to find that right permanent part time for supplemental income.

I talked with Archway Publishing Group part of the Simon and Schuster crew regarding publishing my first book.  To publish a book, it is a process and the varied packages better pay off as suggested.

I had my second primary care physician doctor's appointment with Unity Healthcare.  The healthcare systems got much better and synchronizing payments and everything.  I had my full panel done again and HIV/STD testing done.  HIV and STD testing came out negative.  The doctor did list a new problem of obesity on my record, but however, since I am borderline obese, I do not need the GLP-1 medications like Wegovy or Ozempic.

I went fishing at the Diamond Teague Park behind the Nationals Stadium.  I was lucky and the first one to a catfish from the Potomac River.  I have not been fishing since my Uncle Jimmy Nelson took me and my adopted uncle Matthew there.

I went to a Meetup event at the Wharf.  It was fun, but it was a smaller group than usual.

I went to speak with a group of teens at the National Press Club for a fraternity brother.  Topics covered my career and the transitions and where to find help to launch careers.

I took my Trek e-bike in for the complimentary service offered. I did get a reward coupon from the RIDE club app.

I continue to substitute teacher for my group fitness classes.  I lost my substitute teacher position with South Carolina Public Schools Dorchester County District Two.  I found out when I could no longer log into Frontline and none of my calls were returned, and emails made it seem that staff moved on with the failure to deliver address.

I started canvassing again for the Washington Commanders.  DPI (Donovan Partners), Crimson and Gold or Burgundy and Gold group was the consulting firm.  It was fun except this was different working in the heat and thunderstorms and pile on of additional duties/responsibilities.  It was to support the RFK project.  I run into several of the people from the project in DC stores sometimes.  I was able to set my own days.  I did meet some good people.

I still made my therapist and psychiatrist appointments, but it is moreso just medication management and talk through issues mentioned and not mentioned online.

I tried a virtual Zoom court hearing - Collins v Pine Street Inn.  However, the Zoom did not go well because of the audio feedback so it was rescheduled for in-person.  I made the in-person hearing, which my trip was just overnight.  The hearing we discussed the two motion to compel and motion to dismiss.  A lot of information was covered, but the at the end the bailiff was trying to piss me off while I was fully distracted.  An African-American attorney or paralegal did offer very good advice on how to counter the motions presented by the Defendant attorneys.  He offered the Prisoner's Self-Help Legal or Litigation Book to gain better interpretation of the legal process and to prepare for pre-trial and trial.  The judge gave plenty of information regarding the pre-trial and trial process as well.

I finally did a virtual swearing in for the Census Bureau.  It is interesting the training dates kept landing on court dates.

I went to another Vegan Meetup potluck in Rock Creek Park.  I took cooked cabbage this time.  People ate some of it until a bug died in it.  It was good to fellowship and meet some of the people from other meetups.

I attended an ANC business meeting via Zoom.  It was plenty covered and talked about regarding crime, and other situations in the neighborhood before the federal policing.  I was not here when the first federal policing happened 1998-2003.  This is my first time seeing it done live and what they do.

I attended one of National Park Service monthly roller skating at the Anacostia Park in Washington, DC.  It was good fun for two hours.  I was not as sore.  I tried not to fall because it seemed the floor was harder than wood or polished rinks.

It was good to see most of my Beta Delta line brothers via Zoom and catch up a little.  We are coming up on our 30th anniversary milestone.

I went to another Shuffle Dating event.  Picked up no one this time, but ran into a previous participant and an intentional dating person.

I went to Mu Lambda Summer Retreat and Open House.  I am going to talk about the house.  I expected entire house to be finish, but my fraternity brothers did half house which means the main floor, kitchen, and basement is finished, but the second and third floors are not complete.  Some of my fraternity brothers and I did present unofficial ideas, such as meeting rooms, breakout rooms, or rooms for rental.

I think I went through a Legionnaires disease moment when I had a bad cough and horrible headache moment.  I run the house air conditioner 24/7 probably only turned it off four times. I took my 500mg acetaminophen tablet and return back to normal.

My flight to Boston via Delta was okay except I could not get an extra Biscoff cookie.  I tried a new route to BWI Airport and rode an MTA Commuter bus from Shady Grove metro station.  My flight to Washington, DC via Delta was excellent.  I guess buying refundable fare airline tickets really do pay off when changing flights.  I did get my extra Biscoff cookie on my flight back to Washington, DC.  I stayed at the Howard Johnson by Wyndham in Malden, Massachusetts.  It was under renovation, but they did have some completely done rooms.

I took my Kappa Alpha Psi and NAACP friend to celebrate his birthday at the Hamilton on 14th Street NW.  It was our first time eating and drinking there.  We covered plenty of ground and catching up on life.

I bought my second lottery ticket via the online app.  I still went into a store to buy a separate, paper ticket.

I hired my first bartender through Thumbtack for my upcoming potluck event.  I am ordering top shelf alcohol through MiniBar and ReserveBar, or go to the store they plan to ship from.  It is a very expensive process.

I gave money to Friendship Baptist Church and it came back via tips while delivering for Grubhub.  Now, the church system or religious system decides to work after all the money I gave it.

I got the notification Serve American Express Prepaid Card is no longer a service after 2026.

Capitol Park Plaza and Twins got a lot of longtime residents.  It does have it issues such as shutting the water off once every other week, broken gates sometimes, broken entry doors, and non-working dryer machines, but all and all it is a very decent location.  I am happy I chose this location.

My Sword Health program seems to go pretty well.  It starts at the beginner stage of workouts and progress to more intermediate workouts.  I complete about 75% of the entire week of workouts.  I rarely see Planet Fitness and Gold's Gym as I work in my apartment complex gym.

My UPS Store Boston mailing address has closed permanently so the store may go out of business like my previous addresses. I had Boston return all mail back to the post office and return all mail back to sender.  My UPS Store Washington DC mailing address is getting 80% of all mail and packages.  Capitol Park Plaza and Twins gets 20% of mail and packages mostly the large and bulky and heavy stuff.

DC Department of Motor Vehicles found something on my record and sent me official letters about reinstate driving privileges for $98.00.  I paid it, but complained and got the funds r8eturned back to my credit card when nothing was found on my driving record.

I did not get the group fitness instructor position at American University.

T-Mobile Tuesdays can be the peak highlight of my week when T-Mobile gives away useful stuff, plus Tropical Cafe Smoothies, plus Little Caesars cheesy puffs, plus 7-Eleven slurpees, plus Cinnabon rolls, plus...

I took a break from Microsoft Advertising and Google Advertising.  It was a lot knowledge to take in and changing options on my business accounts.

My credit is doing its own rollercoaster.  My supervisor at the gym I work at decides to text message me after six months in the area.

CVS Pharmacy is doing the most with couponing and bargains to keep me in the store.

I signed up for Color Genetics and I did the home test kit test.  The results found nothing was genetic.  I did my home Covid-19 test.  Nothing was found and it was negative.  I did the HIV/STD TTMH OraQuick home self test kit.  Nothing was found and it was negative.

I did receive my Life Member certificate and lapel pin from the South Carolina State University National Alumni Association (SCSUNAA) via Orangeburg Chapter.  Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA)-Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) did not select me as volunteer State/District Director, but I was happy to score and grade scholarship applications for the national convention.  USA Track and Field volunteer chair position is still pending.  I have not taken on any Alpha Phi Alpha positions yet as I re-learn the organization and re-engage myself.

I ordered my Massachusetts iCORI report.  The mistake is still there so I hired an attorney to help me seal the record.  The Massachusetts State Police public records have nothing on file when I requested my public report.

Thanks Lenny and Larrys Protein Cookie are great, delicious, and on reorder every month.

I went to the Library of Congress a few times in the Main Reading Room at the Jefferson Building. I still hang out and go DC Public Library a lot.

My litigation with Collins vs Jet Security are also among the following defendants D’andre Young, Lucien Widley, Thomas Marcklin, Aldo Norales, James Green, Christopher Cobuccio, Nikolaos Papathanasiou, Yvon Georges, Don or Doni Shehu, Jean Simmons, and Jean Desrosiers.  All are Massachusetts residents.

Journal Entry #83 - Life Progresses Upward

JOURNAL ENTRY #83

Name: Manley M Collins

Social Security Number: 5 7 9 – * * – 6 5 4 1

TOPIC:  Life Progresses Upward

After experiencing the bottom of the barrel with life for five (5) years in the Northeast, I came back to familiar territory with new and old people into my social networks.  When I return back to Washington, District of Columbia, the communities or locations where I felt comfortable were taken away.  I had to find a new location which the UPO sent me directly to Community for Creative Non-Violence with a co-ed security firm.  The craziest situation for this homeless shelter because it creates a violent environment to scare people and I do not have time to sue/civil suit every single officer performing illegal tasks or pushing the law to the limits.  The security officers were literally acting out all the actions I was fighting against in Massachusetts.  Thank goodness I was able to find my apartment soon enough because it was a clear crash course to go buckwild and hurt the unauthorized hitting and send it back directly to them.  I never saw the limits of special police officer pushed so far until this experience.

I had to find my medical care and begin the process of reestablishing my care with Washington, DC.  One very different change in life I did was to look for help within the African-American/Black community.  I rejoined Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. financially and reconnect via Mu Lambda Chapter.  It was good to meet the brothers.  It was good to see the variety flavors of black men and the openness of joking, taking care of business, and topics that were taboo when I first joined.  With Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda, this organization surprised me to ask to apply and volunteer State Director.  I volunteered for the first time to score scholarship applications on the collegiate level.  I really enjoyed reading the parts of the scholarship application.  The contribution felt good for my first national convention conference.  I also applied for a chair position in the United States Association of Track and Field (USATF), which was a first to get involved in the internal workings of the organization.

I met with Washington, DC Office of Disability Services to establish vocational rehabilitation services.  Thank goodness for good recordkeeping was helpful for the process.

I joined the Vegan Meetup group.  I attended the group movie called Mission: Impossible with questions and answers with the CEO of Impossible Foods.  I love the Impossible Whopper at Burger King.  I tried some of the sample plant based products, such as the sliders, skewers, and sugar cookie.  I attended another event in Virginia which was a potluck.  It was good and all my sweet and plain baked potatoes are gone.

My medical and health care transitioned back to Unity Healthcare and George Washington University Primary Care System.  It was interesting how GWU was connected to or gained access to the same medical and health system used by Boston Medical Center.  It is good thing to alleviate some of the stress of continuously retrieving my medical records from place to place.  I still keep it for my records.

------------------------------------------

I am still in litigation with Pine Street Inn, Longwood Security, and Jet Security plus eleven (11) individuals.  It took a minute to organize the Sheriff service, but I understand why they are involved.

I went to Boston for the Collins vs Kyambade, General Motors, Progressive, Simon and Simon, Morgan and Morgan rule hearing.  It was good defend my point of view in person.  I met an airline flight buddy on the way back to Washington, DC.s  Most of the Defendants were granted their motion to dismiss.  This is a very crazy country for not being able to sue the manufacturer, insurance company, or any parties involved with vehicles hitting pedestrians.

---------------------------------------

I ran in Washington DC's 5K Running Event on New Year's Day in Anacostia Park.  I had a job interview with VivSoft.  I ran in my first DMV track meet at the Prince George's Sports and Learning Complex.  I finally got the title of a future book to write including the chapter outline.  I purposely missed the doctor appointments in Boston at Boston Medical Center and Massachusetts General Hospital.  I learned that my primary care physician from Massachusetts General Hospital was leaving the primary care group.  I established care with GW Primary Care (Blue Cross Blue Shield and Medicare) and Unity Healthcare (Medicaid).  Washington, DC PARIS group or Medicaid investigation had the balls to come after me talking about fraud in South Carolina, District of Columbia, and Massachusetts.

-----------------------------------------

I taught a strength and bootcamp class, and completed my transfer from Boston Sports Club gym to Washington Sports Club gym, but now all the gyms are labeled New York Sports Clubs gym. I started looking for rooms in Facebook marketplace and Craigslist.  Facebook marketplace had the most interactive response for rooms.  I went to 1731 Kenyon St NW first.  I ran in the USATF Potomac Valley Association Masters Indoor Championship meet at PG Sports and Learning Complex.  It was a decent meet.  I did not achieve my best because for the past three months my biological or physical body hormone ghrelin decided to help put back on 30 pounds I loss.  It is hard running with all the fat or weight gain.  My Unity Healthcare doctor claimed obesity and now I am researching an alternative way to lose the weight without resulting to Wegovy, semiglutide, GLP-1, Zepbound, Ozempic.  The heavy duty physical activity is now limited to just two or four hours a day instead of twelve hours.  The next open house I visited was 1714 Montello Ave NE.  1714 Montello Ave NE discovered something on my background check regarding the New York tax lien that happened a decade ago.  I requested a copy of my report and kindly called the State of New York for a certificate of disposition regarding the paid tax lien.  I tried to tour an apartment at Carver Terrace, but the listing was not true or they did not have any apartments available.  I attended open house at Rockburne Estates along with Patriot Realty Management Company. 2627 Jasper St SE was the first application I put in for low income housing and it was the first to delve deeply into my personal life and finances.  It was in comparison since I have never rented in so long.  I only remembered for market rate apartments or rooms I only had to submit to a background check, credit check, and paystubs.  I had to let and argue with 2627 Jasper St SE Patriot Management Company what happened with Boston Housing Authority and New York City Housing Authority recent events involving people personal information including banking statements, etc.  DC Housing Authority close or suspended its waitlist.  Flats on the Hill was a former SplitSpot property so I did not pursue that one.  Capitol Park Plaza and Twins guided me into the apartment with ease on filing through the Low Income Tax Credit Program, but now the landlord has the building up for sale at $85 million dollars.

-----------------------------------------------

I am still attending Microsoft Advertising Conference calls and applying to all my advertising accounts including Google.  I attended the DC Meetup of the Chinese Lunar Parade.  I had a job interview with OneLife Fitness, which also had a Crunch Fitness location.  Crunch Fitness in Boston was ready to interview me, but I already had moved to Washington, DC.  I attended Mu Lambda Super Bowl Watch Party and it was very fun and enjoyable.  I taught a cardio dance/Zumba class.  I was able to suspend my Zumba membership for three months and was elated how easy it was, but they still charged $10 for freezing the account.  I found my new psychiatrist.  I am attending SCSUNAA Quarterly Meetings. Unfortunately, I do not have a travel budget to attend the SCSUNAA National Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina NOR Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity General Convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. SCSUNAA did recognize me as a Life Member and plan to honor Life Members at a luncheon at the convention.  Capital Park Plaza and Twins started formulating a Tenant or resident meeting to address concerns of the tenants and discuss the transition to a new landlord. I taught a total body conditioning class at the gym.  I still workout all the major and minor parts of the body, but my routine is not as structured as when I was using Bodybuilding's BodySpace app.  I went to a Meetup Mardi Gras at the Wharf.  The meetup group started at the ZOOZ, watch the parade, and then end up at various stages of music concerts.  I completed another Shuffle Dating moment.  I went to the Board of Elections to update my voter registration and to my surprise, they printed the card right on the spot...wow...impressive.  I anticipated the wait for my Boston Municipal Court Criminal Court Hearing.  I asked the attorney the day before on what could have happened.  The decision to dismiss happened, then I waited a week before I sent in the paperwork to seal the file.  My attorney said he could do it for a fee.  I still have in the backpocket if my CORi or Public Record did not clear.  I request my certificate of disposition from the BMC Criminal Court.  I fixed the Checkr background service.  Unfortunately, for UberEATS, they told me surrounding my NYC arrest that Uber cannot be fixed.  DoorDash gave up.   However, Uber and DoorDash surprisingly had Facebook groups exchanging people information, such as driver's license and getting around the background checks, come out at a Congressional hearing and traditional media.

------------------------------------------------------

I had my very first housewarming party in a totally empty apartment.  Thanks goodness an event planner friend came through to suggest a last minute event setup person.  It was just in time. An Alpha brother, a couple of high school classmates, a graduate college classmate, and a good friend appeared, ate food, enjoyed drinks, and had good talks with each other.  I was happy to see them as them with me.  It was suggested to get plants and coverings to cover my business due to the logistics of the bathroom.  I attended University of Phoenix webinars.  I updated my profile in DC Networks.  I updated my profile in Facebook Dating.  I updated my profile in eHarmony.  All other apps got updated with my most recent HIV, STDs, STIs, and DDF status. I attended my Vegan Meetups events and potluck.  I took pictures in front of Lady Liberty taking a break or lying on her side.  I renewed my small business registration status with DC Government.  I attended my first Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc Board of Directors meeting and it seems plenty of stuff going on at the top of the organization and the new general president.

I attended my first Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity History Lesson.  I attended my first Omega or funeral homegoing services conducted by Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. DC DMV Meetup canceled the much anticipated Easter Egg hunt.  I attended Friendship Baptist Church for Easter Sunday service. Grubhub got it right and surprisingly their stuff and paraphernalia survived all my physical losses.  I only work for Grubhub once a week.  I send updates to DC ODS and DC DOES as I apply for positions to meet under making $1200 per week.  I filed my taxes and got a hefty refund I have not seen in decades.  Thanks to Federal Express for that one.  In reality and at this point of time, it is now just puzzles me that I have no reason to spend the money.  After all the wars of losses, companies begging for money, replacing the losses, and charitable causes needing money, my basic needs are met differently through government help and severe budgeting led me to never live beyond my means.  I now can say and mean, "No!" to grown adults and offers without any unfortunate harm happening to me or feeling guilty.  I taught yoga class all during the month of May.  I went to the Wharf SW DC Bike-To-Work day station and conversate with some people there.

-------------------------------------------------------------

On the transportation front, DC DMV took away my motorcycle credential when I finally showed up with my Massachusetts license plus correct paperwork. I have to attend Prince Georges Community College for another motorcycle course.  To waste some time, I did try to seek out a similar vehicle deal like I had my Ford Expedition, but no one was budging on the price of high mileage cars.  It was very difficult to find a 5-7 year old vehicle under 100K miles for $5K without an accident.  I bought my first Trek electric bicycle for $3600 including taxes and fees plus security.  My Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is doing everything it can to protect the investment from registries to over the top physical security to render the electric bike useless.  As I mentioned from a previous blog and South Carolina Berkeley County police advice, I got a Ring video doorbell to help prevent the crazy shenanigans at my previous addresses.  Gun ownership or competitive sport is on my mind, but I am getting too much mental negative feedback on all the crazy possibilities of shoulda, coulda, woulda, and can happen.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Eric Jerome Dickey's Business of Lovers

It was a fantastic read and so many levels of romance and sexual fantasies. Brick is so selfless as an older brother.  Andre being Andre and flying high in the entertainment business.  Dewayne overcoming his obstacles.  Mocha Latte handled Brick so well.  I want to experience the three level orgasm with myself and my partner(s). I want to know how Dewayne, Sr named two children Dewayne Junior.  It is interesting the business of sexual escorts.  I love the role reversal of Coretta, a woman, living the secret and double life.  I love the cross or intersections with other books and characters, such as Ken Swift and Jack Ellis, or Erica from the Blackbirds.

Eric Jerome Dickey's Finding Gideon

Finding Gideon was very revealing about father and son relationships and the love triangle of not knowing where you were from originally.  Domestic violence is no joke.  Being an assassin can be an attractive trait for anyone.  It is interesting to how some people have to go great lengths to discover themselves.

Zane's Addicted

It was plenty of reflection on how kids grew up.  Zane gave a good reflection on traditional marriages on marrying young, having kids so young, and how sexually marital problems start.   When you cannot change your friends' situation, I have learn let them find out for themselves.  Every single person and married people have their own problems.  Yes, I am a sexual addict nymphomaniac, but it is controlled.  No background checks on sexual partners is a costly decision.  Therapy is never to be ashamed of.

Zane's Nervous

Multiple personalities can be real.  It does relate to my blackouts.  However, my blackouts came out to reality and now reality seems to cannot handle reality.  Thank goodness I survived my blackouts.  Thanks to my security cameras showing me what I do during my sleep.  Yes, my blackouts were 5th grade, 2007-2009, and 2015-2016. I was sleepwalking during my childhood years.  At the end of the story, it does give hope for someone as unique as me to find my second wife.  To really bring an Atlanta memory was the mention of Justin's Restaurant.  I do agree too many people think they do not need counseling for any type of mental health.

Apple TV+ Loot

I tried to find a streaming show that I like, but it was hard.  I started with Severance, but that did not last 30 minutes.  I did find Loot with SNL alum Maya Rudolph and it was really good for two seasons.

I spent time with my dad, Tommy, and we watched Riches with an African UK cast.  It was good.

This was unexpected.  It was good to know my cousin and family, Cindy.   Last time I remember seeing her at the usual spot, Yvette and Dell's house, when I came down to South Carolina.  She was a beautiful human being.   She was kind and loving.  Thank God we lived in the same community Eadytown section of Pineville, South Carolina.  The Manley Marvell Collins family share their condolences and will grieve appropriately.  You are welcome to reach out for any emotional and moral support as we need each other to celebrate this angelic soul sent to her next phase of life.  Love you, Cindy, and the Collins and McCray clan.

I watched my usuals, such as Abbott Elementary, Amazing Race, Grey's Anatomy, and Bold and the Beautiful.  A new daytime soap with some memorable and known cast members, Beyond the Gates, caught my attention and starts very strong.

TOPIC: Boston and Massachusetts are the most racist city and state I have ever encountered...Back in Washington, District of Columbia...Yes, I went back to correct the issues that sent me to Boston...Reconnection with family, friends, classmates, teammates, and my familiar environment...The Death report of all I missed because of personal and professional concerns was tremendous.

Yes, the Massachusetts charge stood tall while a white male judge, three white male attorneys all claim immunity for the wrong imposed me the black man especially without the who, what, when, where, why, and how on the Massachusetts charge.  You have to read the Massachusetts repetition of New York journal entry to understand the civil suit that was dismissed because the judge said they were doing their jobs.  This will continue to keep my life and the life of police always on opposite ends and never be in agreeance ever again.  Thanks to people in my social network was able to relate to the similar situation.

Yes, Commonwealth of Massachusetts was the last defendant in the Boston Public Health Commission civil suit.  Despite 112 Southampton still physically hurting homeless people, the white male judge did not fully read the case, but said to me, "Move on, you survived and you are okay."  Then allowed the Commonwealth Motion to Dismiss granted.

Now Pine Street Inn and Jet Security team of white male and female attorneys took my sole deposition and tried to fight my own words against me for telling; at the same time, never included the people that committed harassment, assault and battery, and personal injury.  But here is the list:

Pine Street Inn and Jet Security took a deposition and suspended the deposition for me refusing to answer questions involving 2024 changes and my future.  The Housing Court tried to be so fast to set a court date without me being present and right after the white attorneys filed for Motion for Summary Judgment.  Pine Street Inn team of attorneys and Jet Security attorney tried to mix and match plus make story spin on all the information given.

I have been apart of numerous data breaches because of system upgrades or system transitions and referred to the same company called IDX or ExperianWorks to monitor profile.  I am still getting some French emails for signing up for services.  WeightWatchers program did not seem to work for the first year I was on it logging the calories and foods.

As I arrived back to 127 Second St, Cambridge, Massachusetts from Paris, France, my roommates Alison Cramer and Emre B Hayir, landlord Meng Monde Ouyang triggered my anxiety and worry.  The financial worry in which I never had before brought me down to my knees on October 16, 2024 sending me to Massachusetts General Hospital Emergency Room, October 17, 2024 sending me Boston Medical Center Urgent Care, October 18, 2024 referral from MGH ER to HRI Hospital, October 19, 2024 - Alison sees medical bracelet and signal student loans in a small message.  Anytime Emre talks sends me pacing the house.  Meng Monde triggers my anxiety and worry every time he speaks, texts, or calls.  October 22, 2024 - ruminating thought "student loans" occurs at 127 Second St.  I spoke to Cambridge law enforcement regarding the situation and the white male cop mentioned it was a housing issue or landlord/tenant problem and if any criminal situation arose from a civil suit, they would handle it.  I was in HRI Hospital for five weeks.  HRI Hospital / Arbour Triangle provided five groups of Process, CBT, and DBT groups.  I did address the paperwork side of my student loan problem through the Total Disability Program and Borrower's Defense program.  These were programs suggested by other doctoral students or my best Atlanta friend, who did the program and succeeded.  So, I guess I will not be renting, buying a car, or any other installment loans situations for a while to save paying off my student loans.  Meng Monde Ouyang did give me half my money back through Zelle.  I did tell all of them I may file a civil suit to get the other half.  I continued talking with my social networks and fixed some of the family, friends, classmates, and teammates issues that sent me to Boston.  I tried Latuda and for some odd reason, the medication was doing something different while I was feeling plenty of side effects, such as body temperature and barely eating during the worry period 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and it was time to take the medication.  I went back to Zyprexa.  I did use the 127 address lease for CHAMPS and to vote before moving out.  I moved out of 127 Second St, Cambridge, MA in November 2024.  I had to cancel my superfast T-Mobile Home Internet; in which, Alison said they had wifi after I said something about my service offering. The landlord stated there was no internet or wifi offered.  The trash overflowed weekly plus recycling...I had to say something to ensure everyone was participating in household chores.  I did my once-a-month house cleaning and had the entire house smelling with PineSol, Clorox, Comet, etc.  I thought homeless people were nasty and smelly, but working roommates and student roommates (white people) are nasty and unkept, too.  The coin laundry in the basement was good at cleaning small loads of clothes.  I did file a Consumer Financial Protection Bureau complaint against this situation.

After 127 Second St, Cambridge, Massachusetts, life put me back into Southampton situation again, but I learned of the other shelters, such as Somerville Shelter, CASPAR, Harvard Square, and Lynn Emergency Shelter.  Harvard Square Shelter was doing it by lottery and I was on the waiting list.  Somerville Shelter was full and I was placed on waiting list.  CASPAR was a fun one because I did not find out what type of shelter it was until after staying there via daily lottery.  So, the two shelters remained was CASPAR and Southampton.  CASPAR is a shelter for addicts or addiction recovery, but the small community accepted others like myself and I was placed on the waitlist for potentially a permanent bed.

I was able to get my position back with Boston Sports Club/New York Sports Club, but it was interesting because my classes were schedule way late in the evenings.  I did sub for cycling, yoga, bootcamp, and total body conditioning classes.  I started my NASM Personal Training course.

I went to the Boston Landing Movie Night watching the Mighty Ducks, but stayed for the four complimentary foods, drink, and items, and did not stay for the movie.

I attended a Harvard Radcliffe Institute public event which ended up being canceled because of a group of protesters protested the person's climate agenda.

I joined Peoples Baptist Church, which was Boston's first African church.  It was mainly mixed black people with African-Americans and all the English speaking islands.  It was a traditional Baptist church.

Tend Dental and an Endodontist examined my tooth or root canal infection in under my crown.  Tend Dental gave me a cleaning that I did not ask for.  The same Endodontist applied cold to crack the brand new crown.

I went to my Cross High School 30th Class Reunion.  It was good to see the classmates that were able to make it and catch up on each other's lives.  I was surprised by seeing other family members and neighbors there as well. The Charleston Dinner cruise was great. Cross High did well to make it to the SCHSL national championships, which was held in December 2024 at SCSU Oliver C. Dawson Stadium.  I went to support and it was a great turnout.  Spiritline Cruises kept trying to make money from a group of us.  After working with customer service and technical support, I finally got the electronic photo of the class.

I took the US Department of State Foreign Officer Service Exam.  It was pretty interesting on testing the basic skills of English, Math, and Comprehension.  It was an interesting test in which it does not breakdown the amount of missed or which areas needs improvement.  I failed it on the first try.

I attended Rollerama (roller skating event) in Cambridge Kendall Square  It was fun and definitely a workout. It was fun watching and talking to the beginners up to the advanced skaters.  I fell for the first time hard backwards and my arms broke my fall.  My body did ache a little bit and could not eat until my body got over the shock.

I started substituting for group fitness instructors.  A couple of new fitness classes I selected are cycling and bootcamp.  Each class had its own playlist and workout.  It was fun.  Some days I got ill a few days before the class then I had to reopen the substitute job for other subs to pick them up.  My attendance for Zumba was low with one or two persons per class in the new timeslot at 7:30 pm.  My bootcamp class was attended with regular two people at the 5:30 pm timeslot.

I participated in my first 5K of the year. From the USATF website, they promoted Paddy's Cambridge Classic 5K and in honor of someone.  Paddy's was a small pub and bar located in Cambridge for decades.  It was super European white Caucasians and not one minority in sight.  The 5K was diverse with a variety of runners.  I ran without or little warming up and felt the consequences after talking to a doctor about it.  He prescribed 500mg of Tylenol or acetaminophen. I only take it as needed.  The doctor states the back muscles soreness should go away within a week.

I started therapy sessions at Thriveworks and for the female therapist to state she cannot handle my mental concerns.  This was a first to start hearing mental health professionals stating they cannot handle my mental health concerns.  The Massachusetts Mind Center were really bad and kept switching providers and canceling appointments, etc.  Blue Cross Blue Shield offered filing grievances against all four professionals, Therapist Cherie D'Souza, Therapist Emmanuelle Ferrell, Medical Director Dr. Rashid, Psychiatrist Dr. Hashmi, Nurse Practitioner Dr. Matthew Griffin, for not providing service based on race and discrimination on disabilities.  Massachusetts did racism at its best.  It was a first for me to experience denial of medical and health services.

I visited MGH Foot and Ankle doctor due to a corn growing out from the side of a middle toe next to the big toe. I got an x-ray of the right foot.  The female doctor explained it was time for a shoe change from Nike to other brands, such as Brooks, New Balance, Altra, etc.  I have to wear new shoes and new cushions.

I traveled to Berkeley County, South Carolina from Boston, Massachusetts because it was the most inexpensive way to travel after coming from Paris, France.  I met with the Thriveworks therapist describing what happened in 2007 at work during my uncontrollable mental health concerns.  It was so interesting that what I told the therapist came true while driving down to South Carolina. I got sick in Pennsylvania with my stomach turning over and over near Philadelphia, and had to talk with family and friends to calm me down. I was on Latuda.  Latuda was giving me different side effects with a worrying time between 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm anytime to take the medicine.  My body temperature was rising to make me overheat.  My brain or mind kept trying to spin like in 2007, but nothing was left and nothing happened other than a little lightheadedness. I obeyed and did not listen to the doctors' saying come off the medicine and did not do any caffeine, alcohol, chocolate, etc. I reserved a vehicle through Expedia when Enterprise said nothing was available.  I was able to apply the rental for my Enterprise points.  The vehicle was already prepped with EZPass. I stayed at Red Roof Inn in Santee, SC with a last minute, onsite reservation.

Doctors made it clear that I was on the lowest dosage close to not being on anything.  It is very interesting with all the free time available - two events try to compete for the same date.

Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission was going through staff turnover and finally got me an interview with the City of Boston as Library Aide (part time).  Unfortunately, I did not get the job citing that they wanted someone closer to their culture, goals, etc.  Racism at its best in hiring people.

I cancelled my doctor's appointment and my MGH primary care physician rescheduled it for later in the month.  I tried to sub for a lot of group fitness classes before I got my own schedule.  My hearing for Collins vs Kyambade was rescheduled for January 15, 2025.  However, I have cooperating with the Progressive claims team on getting the same information I provided them twice.  I met a Boston Social Running group, but have not run with the group yet...I found the group on Meetup.  I did join Dashing Whippets - Boston Chapter and did not run with the group, yet...I found the group on Meetup.  I joined some District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia (DMV) groups.  I did interview with Events and Adventures, which they host events 30 days per month for singles.

HRI Hospital/Arbour Triangle Program was interesting because the programs and General Adult Program (GAP) Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) was unique on providing two major meals - breakfast and lunch, check-ins with clinician and nurse practitioner.  Each therapist holds a 45-minute group and the topics covered are check-in for the day with emotions and mental health and personal issues, then cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), then diabolical behavior therapy (DBT), and check-out for the day plus open process, and a fifth makeup group if you missed the any of the four groups.  I used all of it and the people to address my issues and problems.  After five (5) weeks, I left the program.  The clinician and nurse practitioner did use their resources to get me a winter coat.  I was disappointed the clinician and nurse practitioner could not fill out the federal government total and permanent disability paperwork for my student loans, which was the problem that brought me there. In Massachusetts, I really hated being touched, assaulted, or even pounded because white people and many other races try to adopt the African/African-American culture, but do it with anger emotion.  I really hated it, and stopped fighting, and moved because of touching, assaults, racism, twisted truths, and personal injuries.  My physical body was trying to de-condition itself.  From the death report via family and friends, I really cried over my stepfather, Willie Lee Butler also known as "Bo".  I saw him in 2020 when I was in South Carolina when he stated everything was okay, but not until my phone calls and texts went unanswered in 2024, my brothers told me he passed two/three years ago from recurring stomach cancer.  I was angry when I missed my Washington, DC grandparents' funerals.

Open enrollment started for Medicare.  Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts kept miss applying payments.  After several phone calls and on the phone with the banks, we finally got the situation straightened out.  I wanted to change my plan.  I got sick and miscommunicated to United Healthcare, but they did not have any plans comparable to what BCBSMA offered.  Also, after the United Healthcare executive death versus customer/assailant's situation, it reminded me never to do United Healthcare because I was one of those customers that was denied medical and health care claims.  I am on the customer/assailant side for what Corporate America does with all its greed.

I got my MGH test results from Covid-19 and it was negative.  I canceled my AT&T parental controls account and kept Google parental controls on my child's phone.  It is interesting how Google sends out notifications as soon as the child turns thirteen (13) that he/she can select more options with their services.  WeightWatchers paid program did not achieve anything the first year.  I am at the same weight.

I bought my child her first smartphone, but through conversation I discovered she already had one. The conversations are easygoing.  One of my Illinois aunts sent me a gift card unexpectedly.  She started the giving war that I learned from my former Airbnb host.  Yes, I sent out my address because I wanted to return to 1990s and 2000s when social media was sent through postal mail.  Its kind of funny SEPTA keeps reminding me to renew my SEPTA KeyCard that I registered.  I renewed my Potomac Valley Track Club membership and United States Track and Field Association (USATF) membership for 2025.  CHAMPS, Massachusetts State Housing, tried to act like they were hurting me in stating I was ineligible for housing based on information they never asked for.  I attended City of Boston Zoom workshops on Knowing Your Employment Rights.  It was good information regarding disabilities and other areas of the workplace.  I joined Peoples Baptist Church for additional support while I was in the hospital, but the membership was short lived.  I contacted the US Department of Education Federal State Aid office regarding my student loans options presented by my friends and social media.  MassHealth ended up with new website to pay my CommonHealth premiums.  I renewed my No-IP service subscription.

I spoke and videochat with my good friend and Californian about my life situations.  It was interesting she shared about the same legal situation I had in New York City.  It was a pattern across the United States to throw threats charges onto the African-Americans (black) people.  I spoke and videochat with my good Indian friend about my life situations and his life situations.  DICE disabled my online profile because I showed the reality of jobs held by a techie or working person.  I reported harassment calls to the National Do Not Call Registry.  I signed up for District of Columbia e-Bike voucher program.  I also applied for all District of Columbia government services again.  I joined Gold's Gym again and love the facilities and fitness gear/toys after bankruptcy.  I am searching for a church home again so I attended Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church first for Sunday worship.  I got my private residence mailing address.  I got my DC Public library and Library of Congress library cards.  I got my CareFirst BCBS card, but everything will not activate until after January first.  I did apply for DC Housing via DC Housing Authority, but the customer service representative stated the waiting list was suspended or closed.  I played the MegaMillions $1.22 billion lottery and did not win anything.  The job interviews started in the government space.  In less than three days on the ground in Washington, District of Columbia, my expensive GEOX wallet was stolen or pickpocketed from my jean front pocket on the WMATA X2/X9 bus.  Thank goodness I kept sanitizing the wallet and able to lock/replace bank cards before any fraudulent activity happens.

The Celebration Bowl was awesome with South Carolina State University Bulldogs versus Jackson State University Tigers.  Delta Air Lines definitely get A+ across the board for the ability to points during check-in to upgrade my flight experience and check my bag.  It was kind of funny when the rules state one carry-on, but 85% of the flight customers had two carry-ons.  Enterprise did something funny and made me skip the desk, grab a car, and check out at the Exit.  I stayed at Days Inn next to the airport because I did not want to battle Atlanta traffic and parking.  I use MARTA and thank goodness my Breeze card worked without a hitch.  Mercedes-Benz stadium was very nice.  I saw folks I did not see in a very long time, classmates, or only saw them on social media.  I finally got my photo with the SCSUNAA Atlanta Chapter President and SCSU President as well.  I saw some of my Atlanta family and friends, but for those I missed I will make them priority on the next trip to Atlanta.  I supported Cross High School at SCSU Oliver C. Dawson stadium at the SCHSL State Championship. I am excited with what new friends and adventures awaits with eHarmony, AdultFriendFinder, Shuffle Dating, Meetup groups, PVTC and USATF, Gold's Gym, Planet Fitness, Washington Sports Clubs, and Events and Adventures group.  It has started with happy hour and attending the Live! At the Library of Congress Thursday event movie screening of Home Alone in the Coolidge Auditorium.
